Description

Electromagnetic driver
The invention is directed to the parent application (title of the invention: coil lead-out structure of electromagnetic driver; divisional application proposed by application number: 201410138277.0).
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a coil wire lead-out structure of an electromagnetic driver, and more particularly, to a coil wire lead-out structure of an electromagnetic driver such as a Voice Coil Motor (VCM), an electromagnetic Actuator (Actuator), or the like.
Background
For example, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a lens focusing structure with hand vibration prevention and fig. 2 is a schematic view of a cross section a-a of fig. 1, in which a Voice Coil Motor (VCM) and an electromagnetic Actuator (Actuator) are commonly used for controlling a camera lens, that is, a voice coil motor 100 is used for focusing control of the distance (Z axis) of the lens, and an electromagnetic Actuator 110 is used for image correction (X-Y axis) of the hand vibration of the lens. However, when the coil wire of the conventional electromagnetic driver is connected to the related conductive element (e.g., the spring), the coil wire is soldered to the conductive element, and the conductive element is connected to the driving circuit to conduct the driving current to the coil for excitation.
However, the size of many electromagnetic drivers used in mobile phones and cameras is relatively small, the difficulty of welding coil wires is relatively increased, and the coil wires need to be welded one by one manually, which cannot be manufactured by automation. Taking a Voice Coil Motor (VCM) manufacturing process used in a focus lens as an example, the VCM 100 shown in fig. 2 includes a lens holder 101, a lens 102 is disposed inside the lens holder 101, a coil 103 is surrounded outside the lens holder 101, and a spring plate 104 and a spring plate 105 are respectively connected to the lens holder 101. In the process, the lower spring plate 105 needs to be assembled on a base 106, the lens holder 101 is connected with the lower spring plate 105, the coil 103 is sleeved outside the lens holder 101, the lead-out wire of the coil 103 is welded on the lower spring plate 105, and subsequent assembly of other components can be performed after the assembly is completed. Therefore, when the lead-out wires of the coil 103 are soldered to the lower spring plate 105, the process needs to be performed manually, which is inconvenient in terms of process.
