Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely ensure the electrical insulation of an outgoing wire from a wound coil from a metal plate by a method wherein the outgoing wire from the wound coil is guided so as not to come into contact with a coil passage groove in the metal plate and it is passed from one face side to the other face side. CONSTITUTION:A wound coil 2 is attached to one face 1a by making use of a metal plate 1 as the center, and a terminal stand 3 to which outgoing wires 2a from the wound coil 2 are connected is attached to the other face 1b. Then, in an electric insulator 4 which is interposed between the metal plate 1 and the wound coil 2, coil guide holes 4a whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of coil passage grooves 1c are formed in positions which coincide with positions of the coil passage grooves 1c in the metal plate 1. The outgoing wires 2a are passed through the coil guide holes 4a from the face 1a on one side to the face 1b on the other side so as not to come into contact with sidewalls of the coil passage grooves 1c, and they are connected to the terminal stand 3. Thereby, the electrical insulation of the wound coil can be ensured surely.

2. Description of the Related Art The moving part of a conventional voice coil type motor is as shown in FIG. An insulating layer is formed on the metal plate 1 by painting, the winding coil 2 is adhesively fixed to one surface 1a, and the terminal block 3 is attached to the other surface 1b. The lead wire 2a of the winding coil 2 passes through a coil through groove 1c provided on the outer peripheral surface of the metal plate 1 and is connected to the terminal block 3 on the opposite side of the winding coil 2. Here, for the insulation of the metal plate 1, the winding coil 2 and the lead wire 2a, an electric insulation method using a coating film is used.

However, according to the prior art, the lead wire 2a of the winding coil 2 is formed in the groove 1 of the metal plate 1.
There is a problem in that there is a risk of contacting the portion a and causing a decrease in insulation resistance or a short circuit between the lead wire 2a and the metal plate 1. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to reliably ensure electrical insulation between the lead wire 2a of the winding coil and the metal plate 1.

In order to solve the above problems, a method of insulating a wound coil according to the present invention is a metal plate having a coil through groove on an outer peripheral surface and a winding attached to one surface of the metal plate. A wire coil and a terminal block attached to the other surface of the metal plate are provided, and the position of the coil through groove of the metal plate is matched between the metal plate and the winding coil, and the diameter of the coil through groove is larger than that of the coil through groove. With a small-diameter coil guide hole or an electrical insulator formed with a coil guide groove, the lead wire of the winding coil contacts the coil through groove of the metal plate from the one surface side to the other surface side. It is a guide so that it will not pass.

By the above means, an insulating layer is formed between the winding coil and the metal plate, and the lead wire of the winding coil is passed through the coil of the metal plate by the coil guide hole or the coil guide groove of the electric insulator. Since the guide is provided so as not to contact the groove, the insulation between the winding coil and the metal plate can be reliably ensured.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1A is a front view showing a movable portion of a voice coil type motor according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a side view showing a part of the same in section.
FIG. 2 is a front view showing the electrical insulator in the first embodiment. With the metal plate 1 in the center, the winding coil 2 is mounted on one surface 1a and the winding coil 2 is mounted on the other surface 1b.
Attach the terminal block 3 for connecting the lead wire 2a. Further, an electric insulator 4 such as a resin plate is interposed between the metal plate 1 and the winding coil 2. This electrical insulator 4
Forms a coil guide hole 4a having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the coil passage groove 1c at a position corresponding to the position of the coil passage groove 1c of the metal plate 1. That is, the centers of the coil guide hole 4a and the coil passing groove 1c are matched or substantially matched with each other, and a gap corresponding to the difference in radius is formed between the side walls (outer peripheral portions) of the coil guide hole 4a and the coil passing groove 1c. Therefore, when the lead wire 2a of the winding coil 2 is passed through the coil guide hole 4a of the electrical insulator 4, the lead wire 2a does not come into contact with the side wall of the coil through groove 1c of the metal plate 1 and one side of the metal plate 1 is not contacted. Can be passed from the surface 1a to the other surface 1b, and can be connected to the terminal block 3. FIG. 3 is a front view showing an electric insulator according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the case of this embodiment, the coil guide hole 4a
Since the coil guide groove 4b is used instead, it is not necessary to pass the lead wire 2a through the coil guide groove 4b from its tip, and the lead wire 2a can be passed from any position of the lead wire 2a, which facilitates assembly.
