Abstract

The self-service settlement system comprises a conveying device, an identification device, a degaussing device and a server. Preferably, the self-checkout method further comprises: the server sends the quantity information and the position information of shopping carts with commodities to be settled in each settlement channel of a shopping mall to shopping carts positioned outside the settlement channel, and the shopping carts positioned outside the settlement channel display the quantity information and the position information of the shopping carts in each settlement channel. Thus, the user can know the optimal settlement passage through the shopping cart, thereby improving the settlement efficiency.
Preferably, the self-checkout method further comprises: the shopping cart identifies the commodity to be traded placed on the shopping cart, recommends the commodity used in cooperation with the commodity on the shopping cart, and displays the information and position information of the commodity.
For example, the shopping cart is provided with a recognition and recommendation device, when a user purchases a certain shoe, after the shoe is placed in the shopping cart, the recognition and recommendation device recognizes information such as the size, the brand, the price and the like of the shoe, then recommends an insole or a sock matched with the shoe, sends position information of the insole or the sock to a navigation device of the shopping cart, and displays the position information on the navigation device, so that shopping efficiency and user experience can be improved. For another example, when a user purchases a certain vegetable, after the vegetable is placed in the shopping cart, the identification and recommendation device identifies information such as the name, weight, production place, price and the like of the vegetable, then recommends a spice or a side dish used in cooperation with the vegetable, sends position information of the spice or the side dish to a navigation device of the shopping cart, and displays the position information on the navigation device.

Referring to fig. 5, the structure of the present embodiment is similar to that of embodiment 4, and the difference is: step S51 is further included after step S5 of this embodiment: the server sends the order information to a mobile terminal; the step S51 is followed by a step S52: and the mobile terminal displays the order information and sends information of successful payment to the server after receiving payment confirmation information.
The mobile terminal can be a mobile phone or a tablet computer and the like, and is provided with settlement software matched with the server. And after the mobile terminal receives the order information, the settlement software displays the list and the amount of the commodity on the mobile terminal. And after the user clicks a confirmation key on the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal sends information of successful payment to the server.

Referring to fig. 6, the structure of the present embodiment is similar to that of embodiment 4, and the difference is that: step S41 is further included after step S4 in this embodiment: when the difference value between the actual weight and the theoretical weight is larger than the preset value, sending a prompt signal to prompt that the commodities with the difference values larger than the preset value are placed on the conveying device again; and returns to step S1.
In one embodiment, when the difference between the actual weight and the theoretical weight of the commodity is larger than the preset value, the commodity is taken out of the demagnetizing device by the goods moving device and then placed into the conveying device. Thus, the accuracy and efficiency of settlement can be improved. In order to further improve the accuracy and efficiency of settlement, when the same commodity is weighed for the second time, if the difference value between the actual weight and the theoretical weight of the commodity is still larger than the preset value, the commodity is taken out from the demagnetization device by the commodity moving device and is not put into the conveying device. The goods moving device may be a robot, and is not particularly limited herein.
In another embodiment, after the goods moving device takes the goods out of the degaussing device, the server sends information of a substitute goods for the goods moved out of the degaussing device to the mobile terminal; and after the server receives the confirmation information of receiving the substitute sent by the mobile terminal, the server sends delivery information to the delivery terminal. The shop assistant can send the corresponding substitute goods to a settlement channel according to the delivery information received by the delivery terminal. In yet another embodiment, the self-checkout method further comprises: and the server recommends the corresponding commodity or the preferential information of the corresponding commodity to the mobile terminal according to the frequency of purchasing the corresponding commodity. For example, if a user purchases a bottle of edible oil in a certain market in about 1 month, the server recommends edible oil or preferential information of edible oil to the mobile terminal of the user every 25 days or so or every month.
The self-service settlement method automatically conveys the commodities through the conveying device, automatically identifies the commodities in the commodity conveying process, and does not need a shopper to aim the commodities at the identifying device deliberately, so the operation is convenient and the settlement efficiency is high; in addition, the goods are weighed and confirmed through the demagnetizing device, order information is generated when the information that the goods do not exist on the conveying device is received, and then the goods are demagnetized, so that the settlement accuracy is high, and the user experience is good.

Claims (10)
1. A self-service settlement system is characterized by comprising a conveying device, an identification device, a demagnetization device and a server, wherein the conveying device is used for conveying commodities to be settled to the demagnetization device; the identification device is used for identifying the commodity on the conveying device and sending the identified commodity information to the server; the demagnetizing device is provided with a containing groove for containing the commodities, and is used for weighing the commodities transmitted by the transmitting device and sending actual weight information to the server; the server is used for comparing the actual weight of the commodity with the theoretical weight obtained from the commodity information, when the difference value between the actual weight and the theoretical weight is not larger than a preset value, generating order information according to the commodity information, sending a demagnetization instruction after receiving information of successful payment, and controlling the demagnetization device to demagnetize the commodity arranged in the demagnetization device;
the self-service settlement system further comprises a goods taking power device and a goods moving device which are electrically connected with the server, wherein the goods taking power device is connected with the bottom wall of a degausser in the degaussing device and is positioned on one side of the bottom wall of the degausser, and the goods moving device is used for taking out the goods from the degaussing device when the difference value between the actual weight and the theoretical weight of the goods is larger than the preset value.

The self-service settlement system of claim 1, further comprising a mobile terminal for receiving the order information, sending payment confirmation information according to the order information, and sending information of successful payment to the server after receiving the confirmation information; the server is further used for sending the order information to the mobile terminal and sending the demagnetization instruction after receiving the information of successful payment sent by the mobile terminal.

The self-service settlement system of claim 1 or 2, further comprising a prompting device for sending a prompting signal to prompt the commodity with a difference value larger than the preset value to be put on the conveying device again when the difference value between the actual weight and the theoretical weight of the commodity is larger than the preset value.
4. The self-service settlement system according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a shopping cart provided with a navigation device communicating with the server, the navigation device being configured to provide a user with commodity location information of a shopping mall where the shopping cart is located and information of the number of shopping carts in which commodities to be settled are placed in each settlement passage of the shopping mall.
5. The self-checkout system according to claim 4, wherein the shopping cart further comprises an identification recommending means for identifying a commodity placed on the shopping cart, recommending a commodity used in cooperation with the commodity on the shopping cart or a commodity to be used, transmitting position information of the commodity to the navigation device, and displaying the position information on the navigation device.
6. A self-service settlement method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, transmitting commodities to be settled;
s2, identifying the commodities and sending the identified commodity information to a server;
s3, weighing the commodity and sending actual weight information to the server;
s4, the server compares the actual weight of the commodity with the theoretical weight obtained from the commodity information, and judges whether the difference value between the actual weight and the theoretical weight is larger than a preset value or not;
s5, when the difference value between the actual weight and the theoretical weight is not larger than a preset value and no commodity information is received on a conveying device for conveying the commodities, generating order information by the identified commodity information;
s6, after receiving the information of successful payment, the server sends out a demagnetization instruction to control a demagnetization device to demagnetize the commodity;
the conveying device comprises a frequency converter and a power device, wherein the frequency converter is used for adjusting the voltage and the frequency output to the power device according to the detection result of the commodity sensor.
7. The self-checkout method according to claim 6, further comprising step S51 after the step S5: the server sends the order information to a mobile terminal;
the step S51 is followed by a step S52: and the mobile terminal displays the order information and sends information of successful payment to the server after receiving payment confirmation information.
8. The self-checkout method according to claim 6, further comprising step S41 after the step S4: and when the difference value between the actual weight and the theoretical weight is larger than the preset value, sending a prompt signal to prompt that the commodity with the difference value larger than the preset value is put on the conveying device again, and returning to the step S1.
9. The self-checkout method of claim 6, further comprising: the server sends the quantity information and the position information of the shopping carts with the commodities to be settled in each settlement channel of a shopping mall to the shopping carts positioned outside the settlement channel, and the shopping carts positioned outside the settlement channel display the quantity information and the position information of the shopping carts in each settlement channel.
10. The self-checkout method of claim 9, further comprising: the shopping cart identifies a commodity to be traded placed on the shopping cart, recommends a commodity to be used in cooperation with the commodity on the shopping cart, and displays information and position information of the commodity.
