Claims (7)

1. A test method of a currency detector is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
setting a simulation acquisition state;
collecting background data and data of a currency detector in an idle state when the currency detector does not pass currency;
detecting fuses of the currency detector, and respectively detecting devices of the currency detector when the fuses are detected to be normal;
collecting the detection result and finishing the test,
the detection of the devices of the currency detector respectively comprises data detection and other device detection, and the data detection comprises thickness self-detection, image self-detection and magnetic self-detection;
the thickness self-check comprises: sequentially carrying out thickness sensor connection detection, thickness sensor channel detection, thickness channel residual detection and thickness roller foreign matter detection; when any detection fails during the connection detection of the thickness sensor, the channel detection of the thickness sensor, the residual detection of the thickness channel and the detection of the foreign matters of the thickness roller in sequence, collecting error codes corresponding to the detection, and finishing the current thickness self-detection.

A method of testing a banknote validator as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the image self-inspection comprises the steps of sequentially carrying out image sensor connection detection, image sensor channel detection and image channel residue detection; when any detection fails during image sensor connection detection, image sensor channel detection and image channel residue detection in sequence, collecting error codes corresponding to the detection, and finishing the current image self-detection.

A method of testing a banknote validator as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the magnetic self-detection comprises the steps of sequentially carrying out magnetic sensor connection detection and magnetic sensor channel detection; when the connection detection of the magnetic sensor and the channel detection of the magnetic sensor are carried out in sequence, and any detection fails, the error codes corresponding to the detection are collected, and the current magnetic self-detection is finished.

A method of testing a banknote validator as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the detection of other devices comprises the detection of the state of an infrared sensor, the state of a fan, the state of a temperature chip, the state of an encoder, the state of a national secret encryption chip and the state of a memory.
5. A method of testing a banknote validator as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the collecting of the detection result includes collecting error codes of the components of the bill validator and the fuse.
6. A method of testing a banknote validator as claimed in claim 4 wherein: and when the fuse is detected to be disconnected, directly collecting the test detection result and finishing the test.
7. A test system of a currency detector is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
the setting module is used for setting a simulation acquisition state for the currency detector;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring background data;
the detection module is used for detecting a device of the currency detector;
a collecting module for collecting the detection result,
detecting devices of the currency detector comprises detecting data and detecting other devices, wherein the detecting data comprises respectively performing thickness self-detection, image self-detection and magnetic self-detection;
the thickness self-check comprises: sequentially carrying out thickness sensor connection detection, thickness sensor channel detection, thickness channel residual detection and thickness roller foreign matter detection; when any detection fails during the connection detection of the thickness sensor, the channel detection of the thickness sensor, the residual detection of the thickness channel and the detection of the foreign matters of the thickness roller in sequence, collecting error codes corresponding to the detection, and finishing the current thickness self-detection.
