Abstract
本发明公开了一种降噪隔音防火板,包括有基板、夹心层和加固板,所述夹心层夹在两块所述基板之间,所述加固板位于两块所述基板之间、所述基板的边缘。本发明提供一种降噪隔音防火板,通过在两块基板之间设置夹心层来实现良好的降噪隔音功能,在保留防火板的基本功能下,使得防火板的隔音效果更为出色,更适用于居住建筑尤其是卧室等地方的使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑用材技术领域,尤其涉及一种降噪隔音防火板。
背景技术
防火板是表面装饰用耐火建材,主要包括有矿棉板、玻璃棉板、水泥板、硅酸钙纤维板、氯氧镁防火板等。矿棉板、玻璃棉板主要以矿棉、玻璃棉为隔热材料,其本身不燃、耐高温性能好、质轻,但不足之处是短纤维对人体呼吸系统会造成危害,板材强度差且板材对火灾烟气蔓延的阻隔性能差。水泥板材强度高,来源广泛,过去常用它作防火吊顶和隔墙,但其耐火性能较差,在火场中易炸裂穿孔、失去保护作用而使其应用受到一定限制。硅酸钙纤维板是以石灰、硅酸盐及无机纤维增强材料为主要原料的建筑板材,具有质轻、强度高且隔热性、耐久性好、加工性能与施工性能优良等特点,主要用于制作天花板、隔墙以及作为钢柱、钢梁的防火保护材料,但板材强度和弯曲性能还有待提高。
防火板的主要功能是防火、耐火,现在防火板主要的改进也是沿着这个方向在进行。但是作为建筑用材,尤其是居住建筑用材使用,对噪音的隔离也同样需要重视,而这方面研究得并不多。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明提供一种降噪隔音防火板,在具有良好的防火功能的基础上,同时具备降噪隔音功能。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种降噪隔音防火板,包括有基板、夹心层和加固板,所述夹心层夹在两块所述基板之间,所述加固板位于两块所述基板之间、所述基板的边缘。
进一步地,所述夹心层呈多层网格结构,层与层之间隔离板隔离,且相邻层间的网格错开。
进一步地,所述基板为玻镁防火板。
进一步地,所述夹心层的网格内填充有膨胀玻化微珠或者高铝水泥。
进一步地,所述基板和加固板外侧表面涂覆有聚磷酸铵阻燃层或者氯化石蜡阻燃层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种降噪隔音防火板,通过在两块基板之间设置夹心层来实现良好的降噪隔音功能,在保留防火板的基本功能下,使得防火板的隔音效果更为出色,更适用于居住建筑尤其是卧室等地方的使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参照图1,本发明优选的实施例提供一种包括有基板1、夹心层2和加固板3,夹心层2夹在两块基板1之间,加固板3位于两块基板1之间、基板1的边缘。基板1为玻镁防火板。基板1和加固板3外侧表面涂覆有聚磷酸铵阻燃层能进一步起到阻燃、防火作用。加固板3主要为稳固作用。夹心层2呈多层网格结构,层与层之间隔离板4隔离,且相邻层间的网格错开。夹心层2中的网格由空心板5组成,各空心板5与基板1所在水平面呈30-60°的角度,且空心板5的表面挖设有凹槽。夹心层2的网格内填充有膨胀玻化微珠。
本发明的实现方式是:本发明通过一种三明治的结构,通过在基板1中间设置夹心层2来实现良好的降噪隔音功能。基板1和加固板3外侧表面涂覆有聚磷酸铵阻燃层,热稳定性高,阻燃效果好。夹心层2的网格内填充有膨胀玻化微珠,能将噪音吸收。夹心层2呈多层网格结构,层与层之间隔离板4隔离,且相邻层间的网格错开,噪音在一层向下一层传递时,由于网格错开,传递介质的错开使得噪音更多地向两侧扩散,降低了噪音的穿透性。夹心层2中的网格由空心板5组成,各空心板5与基板1所在水平面呈30-60°的角度,且空心板5的表面挖设有凹槽,凹槽具有一定的消音效果,而空心板5与基板1所在水平面呈30-60°的角度,这种设计能使得噪音向两侧扩散,能够降低了噪音的穿透性,从而起到很好的降噪效果。

1.一种降噪隔音防火板,其特征在于:包括有基板(1)、夹心层(2)和加固板(3),所述夹心层(2)夹在两块所述基板(1)之间,所述加固板(3)位于两块所述基板(1)之间、所述基板(1)的边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降噪隔音防火板,其特征在于:所述夹心层(2)呈多层网格结构,层与层之间隔离板(4)隔离,且相邻层间的网格错开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降噪隔音防火板,其特征在于:所述基板(1)为玻镁防火板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的降噪隔音防火板,其特征在于:所述夹心层(2)的网格内填充有膨胀玻化微珠或者高铝水泥。
5.根据权利要求1所述的降噪隔音防火板,其特征在于:所述基板(1)和加固板(3)外侧表面涂覆有聚磷酸铵阻燃层或者氯化石蜡阻燃层。
