The present embodiment is different from the first to fourth embodiments in that: the end face of the screw column 5 is provided with a boss 12, the end part of the boss 12 is inserted into the column hole 6, the bottom surface frame 11 of the filter cover 10 is abutted against the inner wall surface of the inner barrel 1, and the filter cover 10 is clamped and fixed on the wall of the inner barrel 1 through the screw 4 or the clamping jaw 3 and the bottom surface frame 11 of the filter cover 10.
The boss 12 penetrating through the inner barrel 1 is arranged on the end face of the screw column 5, so that an independent boss 12 structure is arranged on the screw column 5 and penetrates through the column hole 6 on the inner barrel 1, the screw 4 is arranged on the independently arranged boss 12 or the clamping jaw 3 is arranged on the independently arranged boss 12, the axial displacement of the filter cover 10 is limited, and the purpose that the thread scrap filter 2 is arranged on the inner barrel 1 is achieved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the end surface of the screw post 5 is in contact with the inner wall surface of the inner barrel 1, and the screw 4 or the claw 3 and the end surface of the screw post 5 clamp and fix the filter cover 10 on the wall of the inner barrel 1. Therefore, the diameter of the screw column 5 is larger than that of the upper column hole 6 of the inner barrel 1, and the screw column 5 is in limit contact with the inner wall of the inner barrel 1, so that the installation strength of the filter cover 10 is improved.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the filter cover 10 may be further provided with a reinforcing rib 8, and the end surface of the screw column 5 is provided with a boss 12 protruding out of the reinforcing rib 8, so that the screw 4 or the claw 3 and the reinforcing rib 8 of the filter cover 10 are clamped and fixed on the wall of the inner barrel 1 (not shown in the drawings).

As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, screw posts 5 are respectively disposed at four corners of the filter cover 10, and the screw posts 5 are connected with the inner barrel 1 in the manner as described in any one of the first to fifth embodiments.
EXAMPLE seven
The connection structure between the filter cover 10 and the inner barrel 1 of the washing machine in any one of the first to fifth embodiments can also be applied to connection of two pieces with different coefficients of thermal expansion and cold contraction, so that a thermal expansion space is reserved when the two pieces expand under heat, and meanwhile, the joint is prevented from generating extrusion stress to cause cracking, so that the two connected pieces are prevented from falling off, and the installation strength, the application range and the heat resistance degree are improved.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine comprises an inner barrel (1) and a thread scrap filter (2) arranged on the inner barrel (1), wherein the thread scrap filter (2) comprises a filter cover (10); it is characterized in that at least one screw column (5) is arranged on the inner top surface of the filter cover (10); the wall of the inner barrel (1) is provided with a column hole (6) corresponding to the screw column (5), the diameter of the column hole (6) is larger than the outer diameter of the screw column (5), and the filter cover (10) is fixed on the inner barrel (1) through the screw column (5);
the outer wall of the screw column (5) extends towards the periphery of the filter cover (10) to form at least one reinforcing rib (8), the reinforcing rib (8) is arranged on the filter cover (10) and exceeds a bottom surface frame (11) of the filter cover (10), and the end face of the reinforcing rib (8) is abutted against the inner wall face of the inner barrel (1).

The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom frame (11) of the filter cover (10) abuts against the inner wall surface of the inner tub (1), the screw (4) is connected with the screw post (5), and the nut of the screw (4) and the filter cover (10) clamp and fix the filter cover (10) on the wall of the inner tub (1) through the bottom frame (11).

The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end face of the reinforcing rib (8) abuts against the inner wall surface of the inner tub (1), the screw (4) is connected with the screw column (5), and the nut of the screw (4) and the filter cover (10) clamp and fix the filter cover (10) on the wall of the inner tub (1) through the bottom surface of the reinforcing rib (8).

The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end of the screw column (5) is provided with a claw (3) protruding radially, the end of the screw column (5) is inserted into the column hole (6), the bottom frame (11) of the filter cover (10) abuts against the inner wall surface of the inner tub (1), the claw (3) is clamped with the outer wall of the inner tub (1), and the filter cover (10) is clamped and fixed on the wall of the inner tub (1) by the bottom frame (11) of the filter cover (10).

The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the height of the reinforcing rib (8) is lower than that of the screw column (5), the end of the screw column (5) is provided with a radially protruding claw (3), the end of the screw column (5) is inserted into the column hole (6), the claw (3) is clamped with the outer wall of the inner barrel (1), and the reinforcing rib (8) clamps the filter cover (10) on the wall of the inner barrel (1).

The washing machine as claimed in claim 2 or 4, characterized in that the end face of the screw column (5) is provided with a boss (12), the end of the boss (12) is inserted into the column hole (6), the bottom frame (11) of the filter cover (10) is abutted against the inner wall surface of the inner tub (1), and the filter cover (10) is clamped and fixed on the wall of the inner tub (1) through the screw (4) or the claw (3) and the bottom frame (11) of the filter cover (10).

The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the end face of the screw column (5) abuts against the inner wall surface of the inner tub (1), and the screw (4) or the claw (3) and the end face of the screw column (5) clamp and fix the filter cover (10) to the wall of the inner tub (1).
8. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the length of the stud (5) inserted into the inner tub (1) is less than or equal to the thickness of the inner tub (1).
9. A washing machine as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the stud (5) is inserted into the inner tub (1) for a length equal to the thickness of the inner tub (1).
10. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that screw posts (5) are provided at four corners of the filter cover (10), respectively.
