Abstract

本发明涉及一种高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂的配制方法。它是由抗爆剂、助燃剂、催化剂、抗磨剂、消烟节能剂、辛烷值调节剂组成,没有污染、工艺简单,原料丰富,成本低;适应于各种型号的低标号无铅汽油,特别是石油副产品碳五、直馏油、溶剂油、石脑油、凝析油都能达到90#‑98#国标无铅汽油,还可以使90#无铅汽油的辛烷值提高到98#,是四乙基铅的理想代用品,达到了节约能源减少污染的目的。

一种高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂
技术领域:本发明涉及一种高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂。
背景技术:目前,各种交通运输工具所使用的燃料,均以从石油里提炼出来的汽油、柴油为主。随着社会经济的发展,工业、农业交通运输等方面的需用燃料不断增加。汽油的用量也越来越大,汽车尾气所排出的有害气体就污染了环境。特别是1994年由国家计委会同国家经贸委、机械部等有关部门制订的《汽车产业政策》规定,总质量不超过3500kg的客车,载重车在2000年前要采用90#以上无铅汽油作燃料,总值量不超过2000kg的客车全部有用无铅车用汽油.因此,90#以上的高辛烷值无铅汽油将成为我国汽车的主要燃料。为此,开发研制无铅汽油添加剂是当今急待解决的重大课题.本着这一思路,本人在经过大量调查、研究、查阅和实地考察的基础上,发现大多数无铅汽油添加剂存在着配方组份多、成本高、用量大、原料不易购的缺点。根据这一现象,本人经过多年潜心研制,开发出了一种高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂.它可以对汽油燃料进行改质,达到劣油优用,废除了常规炼油厂炼油时加入四乙基铅来提高辛烷值的办法.适应于各种型号的无铅汽油,可使低标号无铅汽油及石油副产品碳五、溶剂油、直馏油、石脑油、凝析油的辛烷值提高到90#-98#,并能达到国标,使所调配的汽油具有节能与环保双重效果。
发明内容:本发明高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂的各种组份及含量为重量百分比:
助燃剂乙酸叔丁酯1-10%
抗爆剂甲基苯胺2-10%
催化剂丙酮2-10%
抗爆剂氧化石蜡3-30%
消烟节能剂甲醇4-30%
辛烷值调节异戊烯5-40%
本发明高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂的优选组份及含量为重量百分比:
助燃剂乙酸叔丁酯2-8%
抗爆剂甲基苯胺3-9%
催化剂丙酮4-8%
抗磨剂氯化石蜡5-25%
消烟节能剂甲醇10-28%
辛烷值调节剂异戊烯30-40%
本发明高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂的生产工艺,在常温常压下按配比量将助燃剂、抗爆剂、催化剂、抗磨剂、消烟节能剂及辛烷值调节剂,加入搅拌罐,搅拌5-15分钟,既制成高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂。其中各种原料在配方中的性能和作用:助燃剂具有易发动、点火性能好的特点.抗爆剂起到了汽油在汽油机中燃烧时不发生爆震现象的性能.催化剂提高了汽油机的热效率,改进了燃烧性能。抗磨剂降低了内燃机组件磨损及积炭量和油垢污染,延长了机器的使用寿命.消烟节能剂降低了燃油的消耗量,促使燃油充分燃烧,减少尾气对环境污染。辛烷值调节剂可以增大汽油机的压缩比,达到良好的抗震效果。
加入本发明的高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂的石油副产品,调制的无铅汽油,已通过河北省产品质检院检测和河北省环保局检测,产品优于GB 17930-1999国家标准.又经过近几年一些企业的实际应用和现有的技术相比有以下显著优点:
第一:抗爆性能好,组份简单,配方科学,可用于各种型号的无铅汽油,可以使低标号的无铅汽油及石油副产品碳、直馏油、凝析油、石脑油的辛烷值达到90#-98#无铅汽油,并能达到国标;第二:改善汽油在汽油机中的燃烧性能,提高了热效率.第三,可以使90#无铅汽油的辛烷值提高到98#。第四,可释低油耗15-80%提高功率10一35%。第五,降低有害物质排放量20-70%,延长了汽油机的使用寿命。第六,配制时在常温常压下操作,工艺简单、原料丰富、成本低、用量少、节油率高、点火性能好、无氧化、不腐蚀,易于推广应用.
在实际应用时,如果炼油厂都使用本增标剂,也就达到了减少汽车尾气污染的目的.同时,又可以为国家节省大量的燃料。由此可见,本发明的开发利用带来的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益都是无可估量的.
下面结合实施例详细阐述如下(其中用量为重量百分比):

以上实施例的操作过程,是在常温常压下操作,按配方中的原料配比依次倒入搅拌器中搅拌5-10分钟,即可得到高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂.
应用例1:
在辛烷值为65#的直馏油中加入25%的上述实施例中的高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂,即可得到9扩(研究法)国标无铅汽油.
应用例2:
在辛烷值为68#的石脑油中加入2.8%的上述实施例中的高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂,即可得到90#(研究法)国标无铅汽油。
应用例3:
在辛烷值为90#的无铅汽油中加入0.3%的高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂,既可得到93#(研究法)国标无铅汽油.
应用例4:
在辛烷值为90#无铅汽油中加入0.6%的高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂既可得到98#(研究法)国标无铅汽油.
一种高清洁环保节能无铅汽油增标剂可直接用于各种汽油机及车辆,同时也可直接加入炼油厂的石油副产品碳五、凝析油、直馏油、石脑油、溶剂油中,既节约了能源又减少了有害物质的排放,为国产燃油提供了一种节能降耗的增标剂。

抗爆剂甲基苯胺3-9%
催化剂丙酮4-8%

辛烷值调节剂异戊烯30-40%。
2.一种高清洁环保节能增标剂的配制方法,其特征在于在常温常压下,按配比量将所需原料按顺序加入搅拌容器中,搅拌5一15分钟。
