Abstract
The invention discloses a vertical electromagnetic electrostatic sewage purification device for purifying sewage by combining electromagnetism with high-frequency pulse electrostatic adsorption, which consists of a vertically-installed static box body 1 and a horizontally-installed electromagnetic cylinder body 2, wherein the outlet of the electromagnetic cylinder body 2 is connected with the water inlet of the static box body 1, and the inlet of the electromagnetic cylinder body is provided with a water inlet valve 8; the upper end and the lower end of the static box body 1 are tapered, the upper end is a water outlet 3, the lower end is provided with a blowoff valve 4, a sludge bin 5 is arranged in an inverted cone inner cavity between the blowoff valve 4 and the box body, a water inlet connected with the electromagnetic cylinder body 2 is arranged on the side surface of the lower part of the box body above the sludge bin 5, and negative plates 7 and positive plates 6 are sequentially and alternately arranged inside the box body above the water inlet from bottom to top. The invention has the characteristics of good sewage treatment effect, large treatment capacity, short period, strong sterilization performance and no chemical pollution, and can be widely applied to the recycling of various industrial wastewater, the purification of farmland spray irrigation water and the pretreatment of domestic water.

In the chemical treatment method, a treatment unit based on chemical reaction generated by adding a medicament has the defect of generating secondary pollution to the environment; the biological treatment method is a wastewater treatment method for converting organic pollutants in a solution, colloid and fine suspension state in wastewater into stable and harmless substances through the metabolism of microorganisms, but the biological treatment method has certain limitations on the requirements of environment and the quality of wastewater except for long time use.

The electromagnetic cylinder body 2 is composed of a rectangular water pipe section made of nonmagnetic materials and an electromagnet, an electromagnet iron core is C-shaped, and C-shaped openings of the electromagnet iron core are clamped on two corresponding side surfaces of the rectangular water pipe section.
When the device is applied, sewage firstly enters the electromagnetic cylinder 2 through the water inlet valve 8, magnetic substances containing larger specific resistance in the sewage are wrapped by larger-volume impurities under the action of a magnetic field and are condensed into sheet-shaped sludge blocks on the magnetic poles, the magnetic poles periodically switch the polarity, the condensed sheet-shaped sludge blocks fall off and enter the electrostatic box 1 along with water flow, and the hardened sludge directly falls into the sludge bin 5 under the action of the shutter of the anode plate 6 and gravity after entering the electrostatic box 1 because the hardened sludge has larger volume and weight; after other impurities with smaller specific resistance in the sewage enter the electrostatic box body 1, the impurities are charged under the action of a cathode electric field and adsorbed on the anode plate 6, and the purified water is discharged through the water outlet 3; and closing the water inlet valve 8 regularly, opening the sewage outlet 4, flushing the polar plate by water flowing through the water outlet 3 in a reverse flow manner, flushing sludge attached to the polar plate to the sludge bin 5, and discharging the sludge through the sewage outlet 4.
The invention has the characteristics of good sewage treatment effect, large treatment capacity, short period, strong sterilization performance and no chemical pollution, and can be widely applied to the recycling of various industrial wastewater, the purification of farmland spray irrigation water and the pretreatment of domestic water.
