Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a baffle 313 is disposed on the movable baffle 305 of the electromagnetic flocculation device 3, and the baffle 313 and the movable baffle 305 form a certain angle, so that the residual magnetic powder-containing floccules flowing into the first cavity are further blocked and retained in an included angle formed by the baffle 313 and the movable baffle 305; the movable baffle 305 is connected with a control system and is used for controlling the movable baffle 305 to rotate and fix the position, and the movable baffle is controlled by the control system and is rotated and fixed, so that the magnetic powder-containing floccules blocked by the baffle can be dumped into the third cavity, and the purity of sewage treatment is further improved; at least one electromagnetic induction coil 307 of the electromagnetic flocculation device 3 is provided, and in this embodiment, two electromagnetic induction coils 307 are provided and are respectively disposed outside the second tank 301. Plays a stronger adsorption role, and can adsorb and regulate the magnetic powder-containing floccules with different particle sizes by regulating and controlling magnetism with different intensities.
One end of the water flow regulating baffle 204 is an R angle. The water flow direction angle is met, the water flow effect is smoother, the water flow resistance is reduced, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
The lower end of the first barrel body 101 of the adjusting device 1 is provided with a hole-shaped baffle plate 106, and forms a flocculation cavity 107 with the bottom of the first barrel body 101, so as to play a role in primarily collecting flocculates. The reaction tank 2 is arranged in a reaction cavity formed by the hole-shaped partition plate 106 and the upper end of the first barrel body 101, and the first water outlet 103 is communicated with the reaction tank 2.
The electromagnetic induction coils 307 are respectively arranged at the upper and lower ends of the outer part of the first barrel body 101, and the electromagnetic induction coils 307 are respectively arranged at the upper and lower ends of the outer part of the first barrel body 101, so that the movement of the magnetic powder in the adjusting device 1 is aggravated, the probability of forming the magnetic powder-containing floccules is increased, and the flocculation effect is enhanced.
The number of the medicine adding ports 105 is several, and the medicine adding ports are respectively communicated with the medicine adding device 109 and are used for loading different flocculating agents and magnetic powder, in this embodiment, two medicine adding ports 105 are respectively communicated with the medicine adding device 109.
Further, a sewage pump 6 is arranged at any one or a plurality of positions among the adjusting device 1, the reaction tank 2 and the electromagnetic flocculation device 3. In the embodiment, a sewage pump 6 is arranged between the regulating device 1 and the electromagnetic flocculation device 3, so that the water flow power is enhanced.
The magnetic seed/dirt separation device 5 comprises a crushing device 501, a conveying device 502 and a sludge collection device 503, wherein the conveying belt of the conveying device 502 is at an angle with respect to the horizontal plane. The flocculated body containing magnetic powder is crushed by the crushing device 501, the flocculated body and the magnetic powder are separated by the action of gravity and magnetic force by the conveying device 502, and the magnetic powder is directly added into the regulating device.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the squeezing device 4 is a rubber roll dehydration device, and further includes a dehydration component 401 and a fourth water outlet 402, where the dehydration component 401 is a rubber roll.

The adjusting device (1) comprises a first barrel body (101), wherein the first barrel body (101) is provided with a first water inlet (102) and a first water outlet (103), a stirring device (104) is arranged in the first barrel body (101), a dosing port (105) is arranged at the upper part of the first barrel body (101), and the upper part of the first barrel body (101) is communicated with a magnetic seed adding device (110); the reaction box (2) comprises a box body (201), water flow regulating and controlling baffle plates (204) are arranged in the box body (201) at intervals, and a circulation port (205) is formed, wherein the water flow regulating and controlling baffle plates (204) form a certain angle with the box body (201); the electromagnetic flocculation device (3) comprises a second barrel body (301), a third water inlet (302) is formed in the upper end of the second barrel body (301), an arc-shaped baffle (303) is arranged in the second barrel body (301), and the arc-shaped baffle (303) is arranged around the third water inlet (302); the wavy partition plate (304) is arranged on the inner side of the second barrel body (301) and forms an engagement port with the arc-shaped baffle plate (303), and the upper end of the wavy partition plate (304) is fixedly connected with the movable baffle plate (305) in a rotating way; an oscillating circuit and an electromagnetic induction coil (307) are arranged outside the second barrel body (301); the arc-shaped baffle plate (303) and the movable baffle plate (305) form a first cavity (306), the wavy baffle plate (304) forms a second cavity (308), the wavy baffle plate (304) and the side wall of the second barrel body (301) form a third cavity (309), the first cavity (306) is communicated with the second cavity (308), the lower end of the second cavity (308) is provided with a third water outlet (310), and the lower end of the third cavity (309) is provided with a first sewage outlet (311);
The extrusion device (4) is communicated with the first sewage outlet (311), the extrusion device (4) comprises a second sewage outlet (403), and the second sewage outlet (403) is connected with the magnetic seed/sewage separating device (5);
a baffle (313) is arranged on the movable baffle (305) of the electromagnetic flocculation device (3), and the baffle (313) and the movable baffle (305) form a certain angle; the movable baffle (305) is connected with a control system and is used for controlling the movable baffle (305) to rotate at a fixed position; at least one electromagnetic induction coil (307) of the electromagnetic flocculation device (3);
one end of the water flow regulating and controlling baffle piece (204) is an R angle.
