本发明创造提供了一种多通道过滤器,一种多通道过滤器,包括上筒体和下筒体,所述上筒体顶部开设有通孔a,所述通孔a内套设有分流过滤器,所述分流过滤器包括进料管、集液腔、分流管,所述进料管与所述通孔a尺寸适配,所述集液腔内部中空呈圆台状,所述集液腔上端面开口且固定连接所述进料管,所述集液腔下端面设有若干开口,开口处固定连接若干分流管,所述分流管内部中空且侧壁及底面处均匀开设过滤孔a。本发明创造所述的一种多通道过滤器可以优化原材料过滤步骤,提高过滤效果,该设备结构简单,清洗方便,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明创造属于过滤装置领域,尤其是涉及一种多通道过滤器。
背景技术
在原材料生产过程中,常常会在原材料中残留生产原料或颗粒杂质等,严重影响原材料的使用性能,进一步加工制备其他材料时会出现一些性能或结构上的缺陷,所以去除原材料中的污染物,提高原材料的使用性能,是材料制备中的重要环节。普通的过滤装置过滤效果不理想,过滤后的原材料仍然存在杂质残留的问题,需要进一步优化改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在提出一种多通道过滤器,以优化原材料过滤步骤,提高过滤效果,该设备结构简单,清洗方便,实用性强。
为达到上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种多通道过滤器,包括上筒体和下筒体,所述上筒体顶部开设有通孔a,所述通孔a内套设有分流过滤器,所述分流过滤器包括进料管、集液腔、分流管,所述进料管与所述通孔a尺寸适配,所述集液腔内部中空呈圆台状,所述集液腔上端面开口且固定连接所述进料管,所述集液腔下端面设有若干开口,开口处固定连接若干分流管,所述分流管内部中空且侧壁及底面处均匀开设过滤孔a,所述分流器不仅可以对原材料进行分流,同时还可以对其进行预去杂处理,所述过滤孔a孔径大小可根据具体原料材料情况而定。
进一步的,所述下筒体内固定连接内胆,所述内胆侧壁内填充有吸附过滤材料,所述内胆内壁上均匀开设有过滤孔b,所述内胆对原材料进行精细过滤。
进一步的,所述下筒体内部固定连接隔板,所述隔板设置在所述内胆下部,所述隔板上下表面均开设有蜂窝状通孔b,所述隔板内部填充吸附过滤材料,所述隔板可对原材料进行进一步过滤,提高杂质去除率。
进一步的,所述下筒体底部为圆台状,有助于集聚过滤后的原材料,圆台最低处开设有出料口。
进一步的,所述上筒体与所述下筒体连接处内外尺寸半径均相等,所述上筒体和所述下筒体连接处边缘均焊接法兰,所述法兰之间设有垫片,提高过滤筒体的密封性,且方便拆卸清洗,所述法兰上均匀开设若干螺孔,通过螺栓紧固连接所述上筒体和所述下筒体。
相对于现有技术,本发明创造所述的一种多通道过滤器具有以下优势:
(1)本发明创造所述的一种多通道过滤器可以提高过滤效果,有效减少过滤残留。
(2)本发明创造所述的一种多通道过滤器结构简单,清洗方便。

如图1-3所示,一种多通道过滤器,包括上筒体1和下筒体2,所述上筒体1顶部开设有通孔a3,所述通孔a3内套设有分流过滤器4,所述分流过滤器4包括进料管41、集液腔42、分流管43,所述进料管41与所述通孔a3尺寸适配,所述集液腔42内部中空呈圆台状,所述集液腔42上端面开口且固定连接所述进料管41,所述集液腔42下端面设有若干开口,开口处固定连接若干分流管43,所述分流管43内部中空且侧壁及底面处均匀开设过滤孔a5,所述分流器4不仅可以对原材料进行分流,同时还可以对其进行预去杂处理,所述过滤孔a5孔径大小可根据具体原料材料情况而定。
所述下筒体2内固定连接内胆6,所述内胆6侧壁内填充有吸附过滤材料,所述内胆6内壁上均匀开设有过滤孔b7,所述内胆6对原材料进行精细过滤。
所述下筒体2内部固定连接隔板8,所述隔板8设置在所述内胆6下部,所述隔板8上下表面均开设有蜂窝状通孔b81,所述隔板8内部填充吸附过滤材料,所述隔板8可对原材料进行进一步过滤,提高杂质去除率。
所述下筒体2底部为圆台状,有助于集聚过滤后的原材料,圆台最低处开设有出料口9。
所述上筒体1与所述下筒体2连接处内外尺寸半径均相等,所述上筒体1和所述下筒体2连接处边缘均焊接法兰10,所述法兰10之间设有垫片,提高过滤筒体的密封性,且方便拆卸清洗,所述法兰10上均匀开设若干螺孔,通过螺栓紧固连接所述上筒体1和所述下筒体2。

1.一种多通道过滤器,包括上筒体(1)和下筒体(2),其特征在于:所述上筒体(1)顶部开设有通孔a(3),所述通孔a(3)内套设有分流过滤器(4),所述分流过滤器(4)包括进料管(41)、集液腔(42)、分流管(43),所述进料管与所述通孔a(3)尺寸适配,所述集液腔(42)内部中空呈圆台状,所述集液腔(42)上端面开口且固定连接所述进料管(41),所述集液腔(42)下端面设有若干开口,开口处固定连接若干分流管(43),所述分流管(43)内部中空且侧壁及底面处均匀开设过滤孔a(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多通道过滤器,其特征在于:所述下筒体(2)内固定连接内胆(6),所述内胆(6)侧壁内填充有吸附过滤材料,所述内胆(6)内壁上均匀开设有过滤孔b(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多通道过滤器,其特征在于:所述下筒体(2)内部固定连接隔板(8),所述隔板(8)设置在所述内胆(6)下部,所述隔板(8)上下表面均开设有蜂窝状通孔b(81),所述隔板(8)内部填充吸附过滤材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多通道过滤器,其特征在于:所述下筒体(2)底部为圆台状,圆台最低处开设有出料口(9)。
