(5) On the cleaning, solidifying and filtering caterpillar 18, firstly, the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the beads through one or more sprayers in the cleaning liquid conveying pipeline 2 and the sprayer group 19 to clean the solidified liquid on the surfaces of the beads, then the solidified liquid is sprayed onto the cleaned beads through the solidified liquid conveying pipeline 3 and the rest sprayers in the sprayer group 19 to solidify the skins of the beads, so that the skins of the beads are smoother and more flexible, and the sprayers in the sprayer group 19 responsible for cleaning and solidifying are controlled by a cleaning liquid sprayer control valve 25 and a solidified liquid sprayer control valve 26 respectively, and in the cleaning and solidifying process, the residual cleaning liquid and solidified liquid are filtered by the cleaning, solidifying and caterpillar 18, and then the cleaned and solidified beads enter a bead collecting device 20;
(6) In the bead collecting device 20, the protective liquid is mixed with the beads through a protective liquid conveying pipeline 1, the flow rate of the protective liquid is controlled through a protective liquid control valve 24, after the protective liquid and the bead mixed liquid are uniformly mixed, the protective liquid and the bead mixed liquid are conveyed to a sterilizing machine 22 through a protective liquid and bead mixed liquid conveying pump 21 for sterilization, and the formed sterile mixed liquid is filled into a sterile packaging bag through a sterile filling machine 23 to obtain interesting bead products;
wherein the rotation speed of the solidified liquid rotating in the pouring barrel 7 is less than 1 revolution/s, the liquid in the pouring barrel is driven by stirring, and in order to enable the liquid to rotate calmly and prevent vortex from being formed due to too fast stirring, the rotation speed is required to be set to be less than 1 revolution/s;
sterilizing at 105-125deg.C for 4-60s.
In the method of this embodiment, the solidifying solution is the solution for making the coating of the interesting beads, the casting solution is the solution for making the content of the interesting beads (i.e. the filling), and their specific composition may be conventional in the art or introduced in the prior art. The cleaning liquid may be water. The curing liquid is a liquid that cures the skin of the beads to make the skin of the beads smoother and tougher, and may be a conventional calcium-containing liquid.

Claims (9)

1. An interesting bead production device, characterized in that it comprises at least: the device comprises a protection liquid conveying pipeline, a cleaning liquid conveying pipeline, a curing liquid conveying pipeline, a casting head assembly, a casting barrel, a solidification liquid conveying pipeline, an isolation grid plate, a rotating blade, a driving motor, a bead forming device, a solid-liquid filtering belt, a solidification liquid recycling device, a cleaning, curing and filtering belt, a sprayer group, a bead collecting device, a sterilizing machine and a sterile filling machine;
the pouring barrel is a cylinder, the pouring liquid conveying pipeline is led into a pouring liquid inlet positioned on the top plate of the pouring barrel, and the pouring head assembly is connected to a port of the pouring liquid conveying pipeline, which is led into the top plate of the pouring barrel;
the coagulating liquid conveying pipeline is connected with a coagulating liquid inlet on the side wall of the pouring barrel;
the isolation grid plate is arranged at the bottom of the pouring barrel and is parallel to the bottom plate of the pouring barrel, and the isolation grid plate is a circular thin plate with a plurality of through holes; the rotary blades are arranged between the isolation grid plate and the bottom plate of the pouring barrel and are connected with the driving motor;
the side wall of the pouring barrel is provided with a preformed bead outlet which is connected with the inlet of the bead forming device;
the outlet of the bead molding device is connected with the inlet of the solid-liquid filter belt; the coagulating liquid recovery device is arranged below the solid-liquid filter belt;
the outlet of the solid-liquid filter belt is connected with the inlet of the cleaning, solidifying and filtering belt; the sprayer group is arranged above the cleaning, solidifying and filtering belt; one or more sprayers in the sprayer group, which are close to the outlet of the solid-liquid filter belt, are connected with the cleaning liquid conveying pipeline, and the rest sprayers in the sprayer group are connected with the curing liquid conveying pipeline;
the outlet of the cleaning, curing and filtering belt is connected with the inlet of the bead collecting device; the protective liquid conveying pipeline is led into the bead collecting device;
the outlet of the bead collecting device is connected with the sterilizing machine and the sterile filling machine sequentially through pipelines;
the production equipment also comprises a plurality of control valves and/or delivery pumps; one or more of the protective liquid conveying pipeline, the cleaning liquid conveying pipeline, the curing liquid conveying pipeline, the casting liquid conveying pipeline and the solidifying liquid conveying pipeline are provided with control valves and/or conveying pumps; and/or a control valve and/or a delivery pump are arranged on a pipeline of the outlet of the bead collecting device connected with the sterilizing machine;
the production equipment further comprises a solidification liquid recovery pipeline, wherein the solidification liquid recovery pipeline is connected with the solidification liquid recovery device and the solidification liquid conveying pipeline, and a solidification liquid circulation recovery pump is arranged on the solidification liquid recovery pipeline.

The interesting bead production apparatus of claim 1, wherein the casting head assembly comprises at least a tank, a plurality of casting heads, a plurality of throttle valves, a level gauge; a plurality of pouring heads are arranged at the bottom of the box body in a row, a throttle valve is arranged on each pouring head, and a liquid level meter is arranged on the box body;
the pouring head is a conical element, and the large-diameter end of the pouring head is an upper end and is provided with an external thread section so as to be connected with the throttle valve; one end with the small diameter of the pouring head is the lower end and is an outlet of the pouring liquid bead; the inside of the pouring head is provided with a through hole with a diameter from the upper end to the lower end from large to small along the axial direction.
3. The interesting bead production device according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of through holes in the isolation grid plate are round holes and/or square holes.
4. The apparatus of claim 1 or 3, wherein the plurality of through holes in the isolation grid are circularly distributed.
5. The funny bead production apparatus of claim 1, wherein the coagulating liquid inlet of the pouring barrel sidewall is tangential to the preformed bead outlet of the pouring barrel sidewall.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the bead shaping device is a turbulent tube.
7. The interesting bead production apparatus of claim 6, wherein the turbulent flow conduit is a rectangular parallelepiped conduit having a plurality of turbulent flow plates on the bottom surface of the inner wall.
8. A method for producing a funny bead, characterized in that the method is a method for producing a funny bead using the funny bead production apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) Enabling the solidification liquid to enter the pouring barrel through the solidification liquid conveying pipeline, reaching a certain liquid level, keeping the liquid level stable, and placing an isolation grid plate at the bottom of the pouring barrel after the liquid levels in the pouring barrel and the solidification liquid recovery device reach balance;
(2) Then, a driving motor is started to enable the rotary blade to rotate, so that the coagulating liquid at the bottom of the pouring barrel is driven to rotate, and the coagulating liquid above the isolation grid plate is driven to rotate, and the liquid in the pouring barrel stably rotates;
(3) Then, casting liquid forms liquid beads through a casting liquid conveying pipeline and a casting head assembly and drops into the rotating coagulating liquid in the casting barrel, the liquid beads of the casting liquid are wrapped by the coagulating liquid to form preformed beads, the preformed beads spirally move downwards along the barrel wall of the casting barrel under the action of the rotating force, and when the preformed beads move to the vicinity of a preformed bead outlet, the preformed beads flow out from the preformed bead outlet along with the coagulating liquid and enter a bead forming device;
(4) After the preformed beads are further molded in a bead molding device, the preformed beads and the coagulating liquid flowing out of the pouring barrel enter a solid-liquid filtering belt together, the coagulating liquid enters a coagulating liquid recycling device, and the filtered beads enter a cleaning, solidifying and filtering belt; the coagulating liquid in the coagulating liquid recovery device is sent to the coagulating liquid conveying pipeline through the coagulating liquid recovery pipeline, so as to realize the recycling of the coagulating liquid;
(5) Firstly, washing liquid is sprayed onto the beads through one or more sprayers in a washing liquid conveying pipeline and a sprayer group on a washing and solidifying filter belt, so as to wash off solidification liquid on the surfaces of the beads, then the solidification liquid is sprayed onto the washed beads through the rest sprayers in the solidification liquid conveying pipeline and the sprayer group, so that the surfaces of the beads are solidified, the surfaces of the beads are smoother and more flexible, and in the washing and solidifying process, the residual washing liquid and solidification liquid enter a bead collecting device after being filtered through the washing, solidifying and filtering belt;
(6) In the bead collecting device, the protective liquid is mixed with the beads through a protective liquid conveying pipeline, after the protective liquid and the beads are uniformly mixed, the mixed liquid of the protective liquid and the beads is sent to a sterilizing machine for sterilization, and then the sterilized liquid and the beads are filled through a sterile filling machine, so that the interesting bead products are obtained.
9. The production method according to claim 8, wherein the rotation speed of the solidification liquid rotating in the casting tub is 1 rpm or less;
the sterilization machine is a UHT tubular sterilization machine, the sterilization temperature is 105-125 ℃, and the sterilization time is 4-60s.
