(8) A: if the driver finishes the driving process, stops the vehicle in a flameout mode and does not start the function switch all the time, the device is powered off along with the flameout of the vehicle, finishes the standby state, enters the completely-stopped working state and then goes to (5);
b: if the driver wants to stop the vehicle in the driving process, the driver starts a function switch of the vehicle-mounted device, and at the moment, the whole system starts to enter a parking space searching, obtaining, optimizing calculation and the like to enter a function working state, and then the operation is turned to (1).
Embodiment 2 is based on the roadside parking space management and parking intelligence cooperative system of the first embodiment, and the present embodiment further provides a method for roadside parking space management and parking intelligence cooperative, as shown in fig. 4, including the following steps:
i, a driver starts a parking space sensing and inducing device, the parking space sensing and inducing device starts to work, and parking space information in an area is searched;
II, receiving the parking space information electronic map issued by the parking space information detection device in the area, and displaying the electronic map information of the idle parking space position by the display module after analysis processing;
the parking space information detection device and the parking space perception induction device are in information interaction by adopting variable information acquisition and transmission frequency, namely the acquisition and transmission frequency of information is determined according to traffic flow information, the frequency is correspondingly improved when the traffic flow is large, and the acquisition and transmission frequency is reduced when the traffic flow is small, so that the service life of the system is prolonged, the energy waste is reduced, and the system is more scientific and feasible;
and III, obtaining the optimal position information of the idle parking space, and inducing a driver to arrive at the position of the idle parking space to finish parking.
And IV, the parking space perception inducing device issues information of the idle parking spaces to other parking space perception inducing devices in the area.
In step ii, the current parking space perception guidance device can receive the parking space information electronic map issued by the parking space information detection device in the area, and can also receive the information that the parking spaces issued by other parking space perception guidance devices in the area are about to be free.
In the step IV, the specific implementation method is as follows:
(1) after parking is finished, the parking space sensing and inducing device stores the current parking space position information;
(2) when the restart vehicle is driven away from current parking stall, parking stall perception induction system automatic start to judge that current parking stall perception induction system whether has the storage parking stall position information:
if so, issuing the information of the parking space to be free of the current parking space to other parking space sensing and inducing devices, and clearing the position information of the current parking space after the information is issued so as to avoid influencing the next position information transmission;
if not, then need not outwards publish, close parking stall perception induction system to information transfer is loaded down with trivial details, causes the inconvenience.
In addition, the following method is adopted to obtain the optimal free parking space information in the step III:
when the driver wants to park and turns on the vehicle-mounted terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal sets the electronic map with all parking space states sent by the nearby parking space information detection device as information M, the mode of which is shown in FIG. 2, and simultaneously, the vehicle-mounted terminal can also obtain the parking position information sent by the vehicles leaving the parking spaces on a plurality of parking spaces, and sets the parking position information as N1,N2,…,NKI.e. at most obtainableK pieces of information of the type are obtained, the information is processed and displayed on a display module after being obtained by the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the mode is as shown in figure 3;
(1) judging whether the parking space is full or not according to the information issued by the parking space information detection device and the information issued by other parking space perception induction devices received by the parking space perception induction device, if so, performing the step (2), otherwise, performing the step (5):
(2) continuously judging whether a vehicle to be driven away exists, if so, executing the step (3), and if not, executing the step (4);
(3) determining the number of vehicles to be driven away and the positions of parking spaces in which the vehicles are located:
if only one parking space information to be vacant exists, directly guiding the vehicle to arrive at the parking space;
if the parking space information to be free is more than two, analyzing the nearest parking space and the next nearest parking space by combining the parking space information to be free according to the position and the speed of the current vehicle, and sequentially guiding the driver to arrive at the parking spaces;
(4) directly outputting information for displaying that the parking space is full and no parking space exists;
(5) if the parking space is not full, judging whether parking space information about the vehicle to be free exists:
if the parking space information to be vacant does not exist, directly obtaining the optimal vacant parking space position and guiding the driver to arrive at the parking space;
if the parking space information to be vacant exists, different results are output according to different quantities of the parking spaces, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
if only one parking space is available, the information of the two parking spaces, namely the available parking space and the parking space to be available, is completely provided for the driver;
if the number of the idle parking spaces and the number of the parking spaces to be idle are more than two, the nearest and next nearest idle parking spaces and the nearest parking spaces to be idle are selected, and the driver is sequentially induced to arrive at the nearest and next nearest idle parking spaces and the nearest three parking spaces to be idle according to the shortest distance.
In addition, in order to adapt to different environments and states, the scheme can be designed as follows:
(1) the parking space information detection device can determine the detection frequency according to the traffic flow, can also select whether the parking space information detection module works according to the use condition of the parking space, and can control the parking space information detection module not to work when the traffic flow is very small at night, so that the electric energy is saved, and the working intensity is reduced;
(2) the parking space information detection module adopts an infrared sensor, and is suitable for being used in various conditions of urban areas and suburbs, a power supply system of the parking space information detection module can adopt two types of batteries and wired external power supplies, the batteries can be used in the condition that no connectable power supply is available near a use area, and the wired power supplies can be used in the external power supply area which is convenient to use;
(3) the parking charging management function can be additionally realized, specifically: the parking space information detection device obtains the parking time of the vehicle in the parking space according to the detected parking time and leaving time of the vehicle, calculates the parking cost in the time period according to the charging standard of the parking lot where the vehicle is located, displays the parking cost to a driver, binds information such as a personal payment account number when the driver uses the parking space perception induction device, and directly pays in the vehicle-mounted information perception device after confirming that no error exists.

the parking space information detection device comprises a parking space information detection module, an information processing module and a first communication module; the parking space information detection module is used for detecting real-time use information of parking spaces in a road roadside area, the information processing module comprises a storage module and an electronic map generation module, the storage module is used for storing position and size information of all parking spaces in the roadside area, and the electronic map generation module is used for matching and marking the real-time use information of all the parking spaces with an electronic map in the area to generate a parking space information electronic map; the first communication module issues the parking space information electronic map to vehicles in the area, wherein the vehicles are provided with the parking space perception inducing devices;
the parking space perception inducing device comprises a second communication module, a control module, a positioning module, a display module and an input module; the second communication module is used for receiving the parking space information electronic map sent by the parking space information detection device and transmitting the parking space information electronic map to the control module, the control module processes the parking space information electronic map and displays the parking space information electronic map to a driver through the display module, the control module is combined with the positioning module to obtain the real-time position of a vehicle, the driver is induced to reach the position of an idle parking space through voice, and the driver can selectively turn on or turn off the parking space sensing and inducing device through the input module;
the control module further comprises a parking space self-checking module used for detecting the information that the vehicle is about to drive away from the current parking space, the parking space self-checking module comprises a memory module and a vehicle speed detection module, the memory module stores the information of the current parking space, the vehicle speed detection module is used for detecting the speed of the vehicle, the vehicle speed detection module detects the change of the vehicle speed, and when the fact that the vehicle is about to leave the current parking space is judged, the second communication module issues the information that the vehicle is about to be free from the current parking space to other parking space sensing and inducing devices in the; the parking space perception induction device further comprises a vehicle starting following module, namely the parking space perception induction device is started automatically when the vehicle is restarted after flameout.

The intelligent cooperative system for roadside parking space management and parking according to claim 1, wherein the parking space information detection module comprises an infrared sensor and a protective shell thereof, the protective shell is made of organic glass, and the infrared sensor is installed at the center of the parking space.
3. The intelligent cooperative roadside parking space management and parking system according to claim 2 wherein the short-range wireless communication means comprises DSRC short-range wireless communication and ZigBee wireless communication.
4. The method for the roadside parking space management and parking intelligent cooperative system based on any one of the claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. a driver starts a parking space sensing and inducing device, the parking space sensing and inducing device starts to work, and parking space information in an area is searched;
B. receiving a parking space information electronic map issued by a parking space information detection device in an area, and displaying electronic map information of an idle parking space position by a display module after analysis and processing;
the parking space information detection device and the parking space perception induction device are in information interaction by adopting variable information acquisition and transmission frequency;
C. obtaining the optimal position information of the idle parking space, and inducing a driver to arrive at the position of the idle parking space to finish parking: the following method is adopted to obtain the optimal free parking space information:
(1) judging whether the parking space is full or not according to the information issued by the parking space information detection device and the information issued by other parking space perception induction devices received by the parking space perception induction device, if so, performing the step (2), otherwise, performing the step (5):
(2) continuously judging whether a vehicle to be driven away exists, if so, executing the step (3), and if not, executing the step (4);
(3) determining the number of vehicles to be driven away and the positions of parking spaces in which the vehicles are located:
if only one parking space information to be vacant exists, directly guiding the vehicle to arrive at the parking space;
if the parking space information to be free is more than two, analyzing the nearest parking space and the next nearest parking space by combining the parking space information to be free according to the position and the speed of the current vehicle, and sequentially guiding the driver to arrive at the parking spaces;
(4) directly outputting information for displaying that the parking space is full and no parking space exists;
(5) if the parking space is not full, judging whether parking space information about the vehicle to be free exists:
if the parking space information to be vacant does not exist, directly obtaining the optimal vacant parking space position and guiding the driver to arrive at the parking space;
if the parking space information to be vacant exists, different results are output according to different quantities of the parking spaces, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
if only one parking space is available, the information of the two parking spaces, namely the available parking space and the parking space to be available, is completely provided for the driver;
if the number of the idle parking spaces and the number of the parking spaces to be idle are more than two, selecting the nearest and next nearest idle parking spaces and the nearest parking spaces to be idle, and sequentially inducing a driver to arrive at the three parking spaces of the nearest idle parking space, the next nearest idle parking space and the nearest parking spaces to be idle according to the shortest distance;
D. the parking space perception inducing device issues the information of the idle parking space to other parking space perception inducing devices in the area: the specific implementation method comprises the following steps:
(1) after parking is finished, the parking space sensing and inducing device stores the current parking space position information;
(2) when the restart vehicle is driven away from current parking stall, parking stall perception induction system automatic start to judge that current parking stall perception induction system whether has the storage parking stall position information:
if so, issuing the information of the parking space to be free in the current parking space to other parking space sensing and inducing devices, and clearing the position information of the current parking space to zero after the information is issued;
if not, then need not outwards publish, close parking stall perception induction system.

The intelligent roadside parking space management and parking cooperation method according to claim 4, wherein in the step B, the current parking space perception inducing device can receive parking space information electronic maps issued by the parking space information detecting devices in the area, and can also receive information that parking spaces issued by other parking space perception inducing devices in the area are about to be vacant.
