Abstract
The invention discloses a control panel structure and household electrical appliances, wherein the control panel structure comprises a computer panel (5), a control panel (1) and a glue pouring box (2) which are connected with each other, a glue pouring box ring groove (22) is arranged on the end face of the peripheral wall (21) of the glue pouring box (2), a sealing ring (4) is arranged in the glue pouring box ring groove (22), the sealing ring (4) is in sealing contact with the control panel (1) so that the computer panel (5) is completely sealed in the glue pouring box (2), and glue is not poured in the glue pouring box (2). The control panel structure can save the glue filling cost.

Technical Field

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a control panel structure, wherein the control panel structure includes a computer board, a control panel and a glue-pouring box connected to each other, a glue-pouring box ring groove is formed in an end surface of a peripheral wall of the glue-pouring box, a sealing ring is arranged in the glue-pouring box ring groove, the sealing ring is in sealing contact with the control panel so that the computer board is completely sealed in the glue-pouring box, and no glue is poured into the glue-pouring box.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, according to an aspect of the present invention, a control panel structure is provided, wherein the control panel structure includes a computer board 5, a control panel 1 and a potting box 2 (for example, the potting box 2 may be connected to the control panel 1 by screws), an annular groove 22 is provided on an end surface of a peripheral wall 21 of the potting box 2, a sealing ring 4 is provided in the annular groove 22, the sealing ring 4 is in sealing contact with the control panel 1 so as to completely seal the computer board 5 in the potting box 2, and no potting is provided in the potting box 2.
As described above, in the control panel structure provided by the present invention, the sealing ring 4 is disposed in the ring groove 22 of the potting box, the sealing ring 4 is in sealing contact with the control panel 1, so that the computer panel 5 is completely sealed in the potting box 2, and no potting adhesive is filled in the potting box 2, so that the complete sealing of the computer panel 5 in the control panel structure is realized by the sealing ring 4, and the potting box 2 does not need to be sealed by potting adhesive, which saves the potting cost. It should be added that the potting box 2 in the prior art usually only seals the display portion of the computer board 5, and the PCB connecting wire insertion portion of the computer board 5 is not in the sealing area of the potting box 2, so that the potting needs to be glue-filled and waterproof, but the invention adopts the scheme of completely sealing the computer board 5 in the potting box 2, and the PCB connecting wire insertion portion can be contained in the sealing area of the potting box 2, so that the potting condition is not glue-filled.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the control panel structure may include a wire fixing member 3, a groove 31 may be formed on the wire fixing member 3, a notch 23 may be formed on the peripheral wall 21 of the potting box 2, the wire fixing member 3 may be insertably mounted in the notch 23, the groove 31 and the potting box ring groove 22 cooperate to form an integral ring groove, and the wire fixing member 3 may be mounted to the peripheral wall 21 of the potting box 2 in various appropriate manners, and according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a notch 23 may be formed on the peripheral wall 21 of the potting box 2, and the wire fixing member 3 may be insertably mounted in the notch 23. The wire fixing member 3 is formed with a wire hole and a wire passage for ensuring that electronic components such as a computer board inside the potting case 2 are electrically connected with the outside. Of course, the plug body is not necessarily a quadrilateral plug body, and may be, for example, a semicircular plug body, as long as the plug body 32 is formed with the groove 31 and the groove 33 meeting the requirements, where the meaning of "meeting the requirements" is to ensure that the groove 31 can be matched with the ring groove 22 of the potting box to form a ring groove, and ensure that the groove 33 can be clamped to the potting box 2.
The above-mentioned seal ring 4 may be a foam or rubber ring, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the control panel 1 may be formed with a protruding ring portion 11, and the protruding ring portion 11 is in interference fit with the sealing ring 4, so that the sealing ring 4 may deform to a certain extent to generate an extrusion force on the protruding ring portion 11, so that the control panel 1 and the sealing ring 4 are very tightly contacted, and the sealing performance between the control panel 1 and the sealing ring 4 is improved. Wherein, the front end of the protruding ring part 11 can be located in the ring groove of the potting box.
