In this embodiment, the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 33 are both circular pipes, and a passage between the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 33 is an annular passage. The size of the gap of the annular channel is ensured, and the water flow can be ensured to pass through.
In this embodiment, the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 33 are vertical pipes, and the top ends of the first pipe and the second pipe are both communicated with the liner 10.

Preferably, at least one of the first and second pipes 31 and 33 is internally provided with an antibacterial material layer (not shown).
