Abstract
本发明涉及燃气安防装置技术领域,具体指一种缸式燃气阀切断器;包括燃气管道上的球阀和减速基座,所述球阀的阀轴上设有被动齿轮,减速基座上设有滑槽,减速基座一侧设有活塞缸和控制器,活塞缸的输出轴前端设有齿条,齿条与被动齿轮啮合传动;所述活塞缸上设有三通电磁阀,三通电磁阀的一端与燃气管道连通;所述控制器与三通电磁阀电连接,控制器上设有可燃气浓度传感器、电源和报警器;本发明结构合理,可燃气浓度传感器检测值超标时,三通电磁阀接入燃气管道获得管道压力,活塞驱动齿条带动球阀关闭燃气管道,无线模块可进行信息交互,控制器发出报警提示信息,无需辅助动力,整体结构稳定可靠,可有效降低燃气泄漏风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃气安防装置技术领域,具体指一种缸式燃气阀切断器。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的物质文化生活水平得到了显著的提高,燃气灶作为一种改善人民生活条件的家用能源设备,无论在城市还是农村都是得到了广泛的应用。但在使用燃气的过程中,因燃气泄漏废气等原因造成的燃气爆炸,中毒等意外事故时有发生,给人们生命和财产安全带来了严重的威胁,燃气泄漏报警器能有效监测环境中可燃气体或毒性气体的浓度,并且能自动切断燃气供应,防止燃气继续泄漏,起到安全防范的作用。现有市面的燃气泄漏报警装置款式多样,其安全机制在于浓度监测值超标时能够发出信号报警,或者切断燃气管路并启动排风系统降低浓度。这些报警装置存在结构复杂的问题,燃爆风险的控制机制存在缺陷,难以快速抑制和排除燃气泄漏风险。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构合理、无需特定驱动源、稳定可靠的智能化缸式燃气阀切断器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明所述的一种缸式燃气阀切断器,包括燃气管道上的球阀和减速基座,所述球阀的阀轴上设有被动齿轮,减速基座上设有滑槽,减速基座一侧设有活塞缸和控制器,活塞缸的输出轴前端设有齿条,齿条穿设于滑槽内且齿条与被动齿轮啮合传动;所述活塞缸上设有与其作工腔连通的三通电磁阀,三通电磁阀的一端与燃气管道连通;所述控制器与三通电磁阀电连接,控制器上设有可燃气浓度传感器、电源和报警器。
根据以上方案,所述控制器上设有复位键,活塞缸上设有与其活动腔连通的排气电磁阀,复位键用于控制三通电磁阀的排气端和排气电磁阀。
根据以上方案,所述齿条与被动齿轮之间设有减速齿轮。
根据以上方案,所述控制器内设有无线模块,控制器通过无线模块连接外部设备和智能终端进行信息交互。
本发明有益效果为:本发明结构合理,可燃气浓度传感器检测值超标时,三通电气阀接入燃气管道获得管道压力,活塞驱动齿条带动球阀关闭燃气管道,无需辅助动力简化整体结构;控制器通过无线模块可连接外部设备和智能终端进行信息交互,控制器发出报警提示信息,整体结构无需辅助动力稳定可靠,可有效降低燃气泄漏风险。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种缸式燃气阀切断器,包括燃气管道上的球阀1和减速基座2,所述球阀1的阀轴上设有被动齿轮11,减速基座2上设有滑槽21,减速基座2一侧设有活塞缸3和控制器4,活塞缸3的输出轴前端设有齿条31,齿条31穿设于滑槽21内且齿条31与被动齿轮11啮合传动;所述活塞缸3上设有与其作工腔连通的三通电磁阀32,三通电磁阀32的一端与燃气管道连通;所述控制器4与三通电磁阀32电连接,控制器4上设有可燃气浓度传感器41、电源42和报警器43;所述三通电磁阀32连接球阀1外端的燃气管道,当室内存在可燃气浓度超标时,控制器4启动三通电磁阀32的进气端,活塞缸3内获得燃气管道内压进入驱动齿条31在滑槽21内滑动,带动被动齿轮11从而关闭球阀1,避免燃气继续泄漏造成风险增大;同时报警器43发出报警信息,控制器4具有交互接口从而与外部终端进行信息交互,提醒用户存在可燃气泄漏的情况。
所述控制器4上设有复位键44,活塞缸3上设有与其活动腔连通的排气电磁阀33,复位键44用于控制三通电磁阀32的排气端和排气电磁阀33;所述复位键44用于启动控制器4的复位程序,球阀1的再次开启需要排除泄漏隐患后,通过复位键44开启三通电磁阀32排气端和排气电磁阀33,使活塞缸3回复自由活动,当球阀1完全开启后,活塞和齿条31回到初始位置,控制器4再次关闭三通电磁阀32和排气电气阀33使活塞缸3的内腔压力保持平衡,从而使球阀1处于自锁状态。
所述齿条31与被动齿轮11之间设有减速齿轮22,齿条31由活塞缸3提供动力,而活塞缸3的动能取自燃气管道内压,通过减速齿轮22的减速齿比可降低球阀1驱动所需动能。
所述控制器4内设有无线模块45,控制器4通过无线模块45连接外部设备和智能终端进行信息交互,所述智能终端可以是燃气管理监控中心或用户智能手机APP,存在燃气泄漏情况时控制器4启动报警器43的同时,通过无线网络发送报警信息,从而提醒用户及早排除泄漏隐患。

1.一种缸式燃气阀切断器,包括燃气管道上的球阀(1)和减速基座(2),其特征在于:所述球阀(1)的阀轴上设有被动齿轮(11),减速基座(2)上设有滑槽(21),减速基座(2)一侧设有活塞缸(3)和控制器(4),活塞缸(3)的输出轴前端设有齿条(31),齿条(31)穿设于滑槽(21)内且齿条(31)与被动齿轮(11)啮合传动;所述活塞缸(3)上设有与其工腔连通的三通电磁阀(32),三通电磁阀(32)的一端与燃气管道连通;所述控制器(4)与三通电磁阀(32)电连接,控制器(4)上设有可燃气浓度传感器(41)、电源(42)和报警器(43)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缸式燃气阀切断器,其特征在于:所述控制器(4)上设有复位键(44),活塞缸(3)上设有与其活动腔连通的排气电磁阀(33),复位键(44)用于控制三通电磁阀(32)的排气端和排气电磁阀(33)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缸式燃气阀切断器,其特征在于:所述齿条(31)与被动齿轮(11)之间设有减速齿轮(22)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的缸式燃气阀切断器,其特征在于:所述控制器(4)内设有无线模块(45),控制器(4)通过无线模块(45)连接外部设备和智能终端进行信息交互。
