一种深沟球轴承用密封圈,具体涉及一种深沟球轴承密封圈。本发明为解决现有的深沟球轴承在使用自动线安装时会出现密封圈安装困难和深沟球轴承运转过程中润滑脂溢出的问题。所述深沟球轴承用密封圈包括橡胶体和骨架,橡胶体轮廓为圆环形状,骨架设置于橡胶体内,橡胶体外边缘设置有向轴承外圈伸出的密封唇,密封唇与轴承外圈内表面形成过盈配合,所述橡胶体内边缘设置有向内径伸出的环状的接触唇,接触唇与轴承内圈外表面形成过盈配合,橡胶体外边缘外侧设置有减压槽。本发明用于轴承密封。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承密封技术领域,具体涉及一种深沟球轴承密封圈。
背景技术
随着机械工业的发展,对轴承的要求也越来越高了,尤其是一些伴有沙尘杂质等恶劣的工作状况,对轴承的使用寿命有严重影响。同时,密封轴承在生产中普遍使用了自动线装配密封圈,由于产品结构的原因出现了很对密封圈安装困难的现象。
密封轴承在运转中,轴承温度升高会使轴承内部产生气流运动,由于压力变大,气流会向轴承外释放,同时会将润滑脂排出轴承外产生润滑脂溢出现象,润滑脂过少,轴承磨损速度加快,一些工作情况中,溢出的润滑脂有可能污染外界。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有的深沟球轴承在使用自动线安装时会出现密封圈安装困难和深沟球轴承运转过程中润滑脂溢出的问题,进而提供一种深沟球轴承用密封圈。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采取的方案是:一种深沟球轴承用密封圈包括橡胶体和骨架,橡胶体轮廓为圆环形状,骨架设置于橡胶体内,橡胶体外边缘设置有向轴承外圈伸出的密封唇,密封唇与轴承外圈内表面形成过盈配合,所述橡胶体内边缘设置有向内径伸出的环状的接触唇,接触唇与轴承内圈外表面形成过盈配合,橡胶体外边缘外侧设置有减压槽。
本发明的有益效果为相比于现有的深沟球轴承密封圈,本发明在自动线装备密封圈中,由于密封圈外边缘外侧有减压槽的设计,橡胶弹性增强,安装时更容易安装,也不会发生密封圈掉落的现象,加强密封性;在密封圈内边缘润滑脂会因内部压力造成极少的溢出量,溢出的润滑脂会推开接触唇流入下面轴承内圈的槽孔内,不会出现轴承外。

具体实施方式一:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述的一种深沟球轴承用密封圈包括橡胶体1和骨架2,橡胶体1轮廓为圆环形状,骨架2设置于橡胶体内1,橡胶体1外边缘设置有向轴承外圈伸出的密封唇1-3,密封唇1-3与轴承外圈4内表面形成过盈配合,所述橡胶体1内边缘设置有向内径伸出的环状的接触唇1-1,接触唇1-1与轴承内圈3外表面形成过盈配合,橡胶体1外边缘外侧设置有减压槽1-2。
本发明安装于深沟球轴承两侧。

1.一种深沟球轴承用密封圈,所述深沟球轴承用密封圈包括橡胶体(1)和骨架(2),橡胶体(1)轮廓为圆环形状,骨架(2)设置于橡胶体内(1),橡胶体(1)外边缘设置有向轴承外圈伸出的密封唇(1-3),密封唇(1-3)与轴承外圈(4)内表面形成过盈配合,其特征在于:所述橡胶体(1)内边缘设置有向内径伸出的环状的接触唇(1-1),接触唇(1-1)与轴承内圈(3)外表面形成过盈配合,橡胶体(1)外边缘外侧设置有减压槽(1-2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种深沟球轴承用密封圈,其特征在于:橡胶体(1)内边缘设置有内唇(1-6),内唇(1-6)与轴承内圈(3)之间留有间隙。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种深沟球轴承用密封圈,其特征在于:接触唇(1-1)外侧面设置有坡面(1-4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种深沟球轴承用密封圈,其特征在于:橡胶体(1)上设置有与轴承内圈(3)上槽孔(3-1)径向对应的储油槽(1-5)。
5.根据权利要求1、2或4所述的一种深沟球轴承用密封圈,其特征在于:骨架(2)为钢骨架。
