Abstract

本发明涉及采油工程技术领域，属于能将连接油水井井下智能配产器/配注器的电缆由管柱外置转换成管柱内置的一种井下电缆内置/外置转换密封接头。本发明是为了解决电缆通过外捆式电缆保护装置固定在管柱外壁，在起下过程中易损坏的问题而设计的。它由上接头（1）、密封螺钉（2）、密封铜球（3）、下接头（4）、钢管电缆（5）组成；其中上接头（1）与密封螺钉（2）螺纹连接，上接头（1）与下接头（4）螺纹连接，密封铜球（3）放置在密封螺钉（2）和上接头（1）、下接头（4）中间。本发明具有结构新颖、简单可靠，施工强度低，操作方便，能直接与现有具有中心通道的工具配套使用等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及采油工程技术领域，属于能将连接油水井井下智能配产器/配注器的电缆由管柱外置转换成管柱内置的一种井下电缆内置/外置转换密封接头。
背景技术
目前，在油水井缆控智能配产/配注技术应用中，需要在地面通过电缆传输信号，控制井下智能配产/配注器阀门，从而达到调节生产参数的目的。从地面控制仪到井下智能配产/配注器之间的电缆通过外捆式电缆保护装置固定在管柱外壁上，在管柱起下的过程中，电缆容易和套管接箍或井中异物发生刮碰造成电缆损坏，造成井下电控仪器信号丢失。目前要想完成电缆从管柱中的封隔器等工具内部穿过，必须使用过电缆封隔器等工具，没有一种工具能直接与现有工具配合使用完成电缆内置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供简单有效的能将电缆由管柱外置转换为管柱内置，并能保持管柱密封性的一种井下电缆内置/外置转换密封接头。
本发明的技术方案是：它由上接头、密封螺钉、密封铜球、下接头、钢管电缆组成；其中上接头与密封螺钉螺纹连接，上接头与下接头螺纹连接，下接头与密封螺钉螺纹连接，密封铜球套装在钢管电缆上，密封铜球放置在密封螺钉和上接头、下接头中间。
上接头上具有能够通过钢管电缆的偏孔。
下接头上具有能够通过钢管电缆的偏孔。
本发明与已有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
本发明可以将井下电缆由管柱外置转换为管柱内置，有效的保护电缆，使电缆不受管柱外环境影响而发生损坏，可直接与现有工艺配套使用，结构简单，操作方便。

具体实施方式：下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明：它由上接头1、密封螺钉2、密封铜球3、下接头4、钢管电缆5组成；其中上接头1与密封螺钉2螺纹连接，上接头1与下接头4螺纹连接，下接头4与密封螺钉2螺纹连接，密封铜球3套装在钢管电缆5上，密封铜球3放置在密封螺钉2和上接头1、下接头4中间。
上接头上具有能够通过钢管电缆的偏孔。
下接头上具有能够通过钢管电缆的偏孔。
现场实施时，首先将上接头1、下接头4分别安装在需要内置电缆的工具两端，如封隔器、油管锚等，将钢管电缆5依次穿过密封螺钉2，密封铜球3，下接头4偏孔，从而进入工具内部，再从上接头1偏孔、密封铜球3、密封螺钉2穿出，完成电缆内置，拧紧密封螺钉2，利用密封铜球3与上接头1、下接头4偏孔倒角斜面和密封螺钉中心通道倒角斜面之间的配合完成密封。

1.一种井下电缆内置/外置转换密封接头，其特征在于：它由上接头（1）、密封螺钉（2）、密封铜球（3）、下接头（4）、钢管电缆（5）组成；其中上接头（1）与密封螺钉（2）螺纹连接，上接头（1）与下接头（4）螺纹连接，下接头（4）与密封螺钉（2）螺纹连接，密封铜球（3）套装在钢管电缆（5）上,密封铜球（3）放置在密封螺钉（2）和上接头（1）、下接头（4）中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种井下电缆内置/外置转换密封接头，其特征在于：上接头（1）上具有能够通过钢管电缆（5）的偏孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种井下电缆内置/外置转换密封接头，其特征在于：下接头（4）上具有能够通过钢管电缆（5）的偏孔。
