Background
The device capable of realizing the limiting function in the current market mainly comprises a limiting hinge, a gas spring and a limiting bracket. The limiting hinge has a certain limitation on the required limiting direction, can only be used for side opening the door, and cannot limit the cabinet door which is opened in the upward direction. The gas spring can be used for lifting the cover, but has the defects of small limit bearing load, poor shock resistance, easy damage and the like; after the limiting block is used for a long time, plastic deformation and damage can be brought to the vehicle door.

The invention aims to provide a positioning limit lock which can be used for side door opening and up door opening and can keep a fixed angle opening.

Detailed Description
The locating lock, as shown in fig. 1, includes a housing that is not shown for ease of illustration of the latch assembly and latch bracket, but does not obscure the understanding of the present invention by those skilled in the art. When in use, the shell of the positioning limit lock is fixed on the door frame or the box body 4, the free end of the lock tongue 11 is connected with the door or the box cover 5 through the connecting rod, and the lock tongue 11 forms a lever taking the first pin shaft 31 as a fulcrum. When the door or the box cover 5 is opened, the free end of the lock tongue 11 is pulled to change the position, and the lock tongue 11 rotates around the first pin shaft 31 to enable the second pin shaft 32 to enter the other positioning notch 221 from the current positioning notch 221. When no external force changes the opening degree of the door or the box cover 5, the restoring force of the spring 13 makes the second pin shaft 32 self-lock in the positioning notch 221.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the connecting rod 12 is provided with a second chute 121, the third pin 33 is installed in the second chute, the third pin 33 is fixed with the latch bolt frame 2, and one end of the spring 13 abuts against the second pin 32, and the other end abuts against the third pin 33. When the second pin 32 enters the other positioning notch 221 from the one positioning notch 221, the position of the third pin 33 in the second chute 121 changes when the distance between the second pin 32 and the third pin 33 changes. The spring 13 always abuts against the second pin shaft 32 and the third pin shaft 33, along with the position change of the third pin shaft 33 in the second sliding groove 121, the compression degree of the spring 13 changes, when the opening degree of the positioning limit lock is maximum, the distance between the second pin shaft 32 and the third pin shaft 33 is closest, the compression degree of the spring 13 is maximum, and the supporting force of the second pin shaft 32 in the positioning notch is maximum by the spring 13.
The positioning notches 221 are arranged in the height direction, and each positioning notch 221 has a slide-in portion and a locking portion, the slide-in portion being connected to the communication groove, the locking portion supporting the second pin to stay therein. The spring 13 abuts the second pin 32 in the locking portion of the positioning slot.
When the second pin shaft 32 is positioned in the highest positioning notch, the positioning limit lock is in a closed state; when the second pin shaft 32 is positioned in the lowest positioning notch, the opening degree of the positioning limiting lock is maximum.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, there are three positioning notches, namely a first positioning notch A1, a second positioning notch A2 and a third positioning notch A3, in order from top to bottom. When the second pin 32 is located in the first positioning notch A1 (the highest positioning notch), the free end of the lock tongue 11 is located at the lowest position, the case cover 5 or the door is in a closed state, and the opening of the positioning limiting lock is 0. When the second pin 32 is positioned in the second positioning notch A2, the case cover 5 or the door is at the middle opening. When the second pin 32 is located in the third positioning notch A3 (i.e. when the positioning notch is the lowest), the free end of the lock tongue is turned to the highest position, and the case cover 5 or the door is at the maximum opening. The number of locating notches is not limited to the distance of this embodiment. The more the number of the middle positioning notches is, the smaller the opening change amplitude of each time is, and the method is suitable for the condition that the door is opened by an accurate angle.
All the positioning notches 221 are located on the side of the communication groove remote from the spring 13.
The first chute 21 is a horizontal chute. As the opening of the case cover 5 changes, the height position of the second pin 32 relative to the latch bolt frame 2 changes, the angle between the latch bolt 11 and the link 12 changes, the lengths of the latch bolt 11 and the link 12 in the top view direction change, and the first pin 31 slides in the first chute 21 to adapt to the length change in the top view direction.
The latch bolt frame 2 is provided with a groove, the latch bolt assembly 1 is arranged in the groove, and the first pin shaft 31 and the second pin shaft 32 are fixed with the latch bolt 11.
As shown in fig. 5, the latch bolt frame 2 is formed by two side plates 2A and a bottom plate 2B, the groove 2C is located between the two side plates 2A, the first sliding groove 21 and the second sliding groove 22 are disposed on the two side plates in pairs, the two first sliding grooves are aligned, the two second sliding grooves are aligned, two ends of the second pin shaft 32 are erected on the second sliding grooves, and two ends of the first pin shaft 31 are erected on the first sliding grooves. The latch bolt frame 2 can protect the latch bolt assembly 1, and both ends of the pin shaft are limited by the latch bolt frame 2, so that the balance of the latch bolt assembly 1 during movement is kept.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a box (such as a trunk of a vehicle) is provided with a positioning limit lock, the positioning limit lock is installed on the box body 4, the lock tongue 11 is connected with the box cover 5 through a connecting rod 6, one end of the connecting rod 6 is hinged with the lock tongue 11, and the other end is hinged with the box cover 5.
The bolt rack 2 is provided with a mounting groove 23, the mounting groove 23 is a waist-shaped groove, and a bolt penetrates through the mounting groove to fasten the bolt rack and the box body; or the lock tongue frame 2 is fixed on a slide block, the slide block is in sliding fit with the slide rail, and a locking piece for locking the position of the slide block is arranged between the slide block and the slide rail; the box cover is provided with a plurality of mounting holes hinged with the connecting rods. The locking piece can be a set screw which locks the slide block to the slide rail. In the use process, the positioning limiting lock can change the position, so that the positioning limiting opening degree of each position is realized, and the positioning limiting of any angle of the door or the box cover is further realized.
