本发明涉及软包面料加工技术领域，尤其是涉及一种用于软包面料的染料，按重量份计由以下成分组成：2～6份丙三醇，2～4份二亚硝基戊四胺，1～3份硬脂酸锌，4～6份二亚硝基戊四胺，10～20份乙二醇单甲醚，5～7份壳聚糖，4～6份己基酚醚，3～5份曙红，6～8份酸性红，1～2份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，3～4份乙酸乙酯，1～3份氧铁红，采用本配方制得的用于软包面料的染料，着色性好，不易褪色，而且色泽鲜艳，对人体无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及软包面料加工技术领域，尤其是涉及一种用于软包面料的染料。
背景技术
目前，软包面料在染色的过程中，采用大量的化学染料，成品的染料在使用的过程中易脱落，引起穿着者皮肤过敏，更有甚者会有致癌性，对人体的造成严重影响。而且这些化学染料在合成过程中产生大量的污水，如直接排放，污染环境，如处理后再排放，处理费用又比较昂贵。现有的天然染料又由于制备工艺繁琐成本高等问题，并不适用于大规模的工业化生产。
针对上述现象，专利CN 106087474 A公开了一种用于软包面料的染料，由以下重量份的原料制成：植物提取液40-60份，壳聚糖10-14份，丙三醇1-2份，硬脂酸锌1-2.5份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份，云母粉1-2份，月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠8-15份，四甲基溴化铵0.8-1份，乙基三乙氧基硅烷8-14份，碳酸钠3-6份，水50-60份。该染料采用纯天然的植物提取液作为色素源，经合理配置后，对人体无伤害，不易造成人体的过敏，且绿色环保，成本较低，安全无污染，着色既均匀又牢固，不影响软包面料的柔软性，能够适应大规模工业化生产的要求，但其色泽不鲜艳。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种用于软包面料的染料。
本发明采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种用于软包面料的染料，其特征在于，按重量份计由以下成分组成：2～6份丙三醇，2～4份二亚硝基戊四胺，1～3份硬脂酸锌，4～6份二亚硝基戊四胺，10～20份乙二醇单甲醚，5～7份壳聚糖，4～6份己基酚醚，3～5份曙红，6～8份酸性红，1～2份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，3～4份乙酸乙酯，1～3份氧铁红。
优选的，一种用于软包面料的染料，按重量份计由以下成分组成：4份丙三醇，3份二亚硝基戊四胺，2份硬脂酸锌，5份二亚硝基戊四胺，15份乙二醇单甲醚，6份壳聚糖，5份己基酚醚，4份曙红，7份酸性红，1.5份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，3.5份乙酸乙酯，2份氧铁红。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明用于软包面料的染料，由特殊的原料配比而成，突出了每种原料所具有的特性，集各种原料的优点于一体，因而采用本配方制得的用于软包面料的染料，着色性好，不易褪色，而且色泽鲜艳，对人体无害。

一种用于软包面料的染料，按重量份计由以下成分组成：2份丙三醇，2份二亚硝基戊四胺，1份硬脂酸锌，4份二亚硝基戊四胺，20份乙二醇单甲醚，7份壳聚糖，4份己基酚醚，5份曙红，8份酸性红，2份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，3份乙酸乙酯，3份氧铁红。
实施例2
一种用于软包面料的染料，按重量份计由以下成分组成：6份丙三醇，4份二亚硝基戊四胺，3份硬脂酸锌，6份二亚硝基戊四胺，10份乙二醇单甲醚，5份壳聚糖，4份己基酚醚，3份曙红，6份酸性红，1份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，4份乙酸乙酯，1份氧铁红。
实施例3
一种用于软包面料的染料，按重量份计由以下成分组成：4份丙三醇，3份二亚硝基戊四胺，2份硬脂酸锌，5份二亚硝基戊四胺，15份乙二醇单甲醚，6份壳聚糖，5份己基酚醚，4份曙红，7份酸性红，1.5份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，3.5份乙酸乙酯，2份氧铁红。

1.一种用于软包面料的染料，其特征在于，按重量份计由以下成分组成：2～6份丙三醇，2～4份二亚硝基戊四胺，1～3份硬脂酸锌，4～6份二亚硝基戊四胺，10～20份乙二醇单甲醚，5～7份壳聚糖，4～6份己基酚醚，3～5份曙红，6～8份酸性红，1～2份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，3～4份乙酸乙酯，1～3份氧铁红。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于软包面料的染料，其特征在于，4份丙三醇，3份二亚硝基戊四胺，2份硬脂酸锌，5份二亚硝基戊四胺，15份乙二醇单甲醚，6份壳聚糖，5份己基酚醚，4份曙红，7份酸性红，1.5份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，3.5份乙酸乙酯，2份氧铁红。
