Description

Iris extract and application thereof in cigarettes
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette additives, and particularly relates to an iris extract and application thereof in cigarettes.
Background
Iris, a perennial herb, is widely distributed in china. The rhizoma Iridis Tectori is Iridaceae (Iridaceae)Iristectorum), bitter and sweet in taste and cold in nature. Growing around the forest, on wet watershed and hilly areas facing the sun. Iris has anti-inflammatory and therapeutic effects on asthma and throat diseases; rhizoma Iridis Tectori is used as Chinese medicinal material, and contains flavone, volatile oil, saponin, tannin, etc.
The microwave extraction process is realized by the way that high-frequency electromagnetic waves penetrate through a medium and directly reach the interior of the plant raw material. Microwave radiation can be converted into heat energy to be heated quickly, so that the temperature in the cells is increased quickly, and a large amount of water in the cells is evaporated, thereby generating pressure on plant cell walls. When the pressure exceeds the cell wall bearing capacity, the cell wall is ruptured and the chemical components inside the cell diffuse into the surrounding solvent, thereby completing the extraction process. The technology for extracting the plant extract by microwave for preparing the cigarette is relatively mature, and belongs to the hot point of domestic and foreign research.
The technology of adding the iris extract into cigarettes as an additive has related technical disclosures, for example, Chinese patent CN104886761A discloses a flavoring essence for increasing the sweet and sour note of cigarettes. It is prepared by mixing 0.5-0.8 percent of hydroxycitronellal, 1-2 percent of ethyl acetate, 5-8 percent of isoamyl acetate, 0.01-0.5 percent of beta-damascenone, 0.01-0.8 percent of dihydroactinidiolide, 0.01-0.8 percent of alpha-ionone, 1-2.5 percent of vanillin, 0.5-4 percent of butyl butyrate, 0.5-5 percent of acetic acid, 0.5-5 percent of lactic acid, 4-10 percent of apricot dry extract, 4-10 percent of plum extract, 1-5 percent of tomato extract, 0.5-2 percent of iris extract, 3-8 percent of Zimbabwe tobacco leaf extract, 20-30 percent of propylene glycol and 4.1-61.67 percent of 70 percent alcohol. Solves the problems of monotonous aroma, obvious miscellaneous gas and obvious stimulation of the existing cigarettes, and improves the smoking satisfaction and pleasure of the cigarettes. The invention increases the fragrance amount of the cigarette, endows the cigarette with obvious sweet and sour fragrance, has rich fragrance and reduces the stimulation. Patent CN103361176A discloses a perfuming compound extracted from a perfuming raw material, which can also be selected from iris tectorum. Patent CN103263078A discloses a preparation method of a low-temperature tobacco material for non-combustion cigarettes, which is to obtain the tobacco material by supercritical extraction of natural spice plants (including iris tectorum), so that the low-temperature tobacco material has less miscellaneous gas, rich fragrance and remarkably improved sensory comfort. Patent CN103305342A discloses a flavoring essence for expanded cut tobacco, which contains Iris root extract, so that the expanded cut tobacco has sweet aroma and rich fragrance, and can reduce throat irritation and improve the sensory quality of the expanded cut tobacco. All the patents refer to the application of iris extract in flavor improving of smoke, and the sensory quality of smoking smoke flavor is improved.
Patent CN101461560A discloses a cured tobacco type low tar cigarette formula and a preparation process, wherein, iris root extract is adopted as a flavoring and impurity removing agent, so that the fragrance style of tobacco leaves is more prominent, and the tar release amount is reduced. Patent CN101461561A discloses a flue-cured tobacco leaf odor type transformation agent and a preparation method and a use method thereof, wherein iris root is used as one of extraction raw materials to prepare a plant extract, and the plant extract is added into the tobacco transformation agent to reduce the mixed gas of smoke, reduce harmful ingredients and have obvious effect of highlighting the fragrance style of cigarettes. Although the reduction of harmful ingredients is mentioned, the kinds of harmful ingredients are not fully described and there is no corresponding suggestion, so that the iris extract in the present invention is mainly used as a perfume.
