本发明公开的属于新材料技术领域,具体为一种以木器漆为主料的涂料,该以木器漆为主料的涂料包括如下组成成分:木器漆:60‑80份;含伯氨基的聚合物:4‑6份;着色添加剂:1‑2份,所述着色添加剂为甲硅烷基化的聚乙二醇;填料:4‑8份,所述填料为玉粉和电气石的混合物;活性稀释剂:15‑20份;附着力促进剂:3‑5份和成膜助剂:6‑10份,该发明提出的一种以木器漆为主料的涂料,大大的改善了木器漆的综合性能,所形成的漆膜耐磨性能高,能够减少含胶粘剂的木制品中的醛类的释放,起到了净化空气的作用,防止有害气体危害人体健康,抗玷污性能优异,兼有耐热和防腐蚀性能,附着力好,便于施工,成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体为一种以木器漆为主料的涂料。
背景技术
木器漆是指用于木制品上的一类树脂漆,有聚酯、聚氨酯漆等,可分为水性和油性。按光泽可分为高光、半哑光、哑光。按用途可分为家具漆、地板漆等。进入上个世纪,高分子科学理论的重大成就和各种高分子化合物的研制成功投入生产,为油漆发展开创了新时代。上世纪20年代研制成功了专门用作涂料的成膜物质的醇酸树脂,从此各种新开发的合成树脂在涂料中很快得到应用,使涂料进入了以合成成膜物质为主的时代。1980年,全世界涂料年产量超过2000万吨,发达国家的涂料年人均消耗量达到10kg以上,现代的涂料工业已成为现代化学工业的一个重要行业。然而现有的木器漆的功能单一,成分不稳定,耐候性能差,容易发霉、变色,满足不了使用需要,为此,我们提出一种以木器漆为主料的涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以木器漆为主料的涂料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的木器漆的功能单一,成分不稳定,耐候性能差,容易发霉、变色,满足不了使用需要的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种以木器漆为主料的涂料,该以木器漆为主料的涂料包括如下组成成分:
木器漆:60-80份;含伯氨基的聚合物:4-6份;着色添加剂:1-2份;填料:4-8份;活性稀释剂:15-20份;附着力促进剂:3-5份和成膜助剂:6-10份。
优选的,所述着色添加剂为甲硅烷基化的聚乙二醇。
优选的,所述填料为玉粉和电气石的混合物。
优选的,所述玉粉和电气石的目数为1800-2200目。
优选的,所述附着力促进剂为硅烷偶联剂。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为乙二醇单甲醚和乙二醇单乙醚中的一种或两种混合而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该发明提出的一种以木器漆为主料的涂料,大大的改善了木器漆的综合性能,所形成的漆膜耐磨性能高,能够减少含胶粘剂的木制品中的醛类的释放,起到了净化空气的作用,防止有害气体危害人体健康,抗玷污性能优异,兼有耐热和防腐蚀性能,附着力好,便于施工,成本低廉。

木器漆:80份;含伯氨基的聚合物:4份;着色添加剂:2份,所述着色添加剂为甲硅烷基化的聚乙二醇;填料:4份,所述填料为玉粉和电气石的混合物,所述玉粉和电气石的目数为1800-2200目;活性稀释剂:20份;附着力促进剂:3份,所述附着力促进剂为硅烷偶联剂;成膜助剂:10份,所述成膜助剂为乙二醇单甲醚和乙二醇单乙醚中的一种或两种混合而成。
实施例2
该以木器漆为主料的涂料包括如下组成成分:
木器漆:60份;含伯氨基的聚合物:6份;着色添加剂:1份,所述着色添加剂为甲硅烷基化的聚乙二醇;填料:8份,所述填料为玉粉和电气石的混合物,所述玉粉和电气石的目数为1800-2200目;活性稀释剂:15份;附着力促进剂:5份,所述附着力促进剂为硅烷偶联剂;成膜助剂:6份,所述成膜助剂为乙二醇单甲醚和乙二醇单乙醚中的一种或两种混合而成。
实施例3

木器漆:70份;含伯氨基的聚合物:5份;着色添加剂:1.5份,所述着色添加剂为甲硅烷基化的聚乙二醇;填料:6份,所述填料为玉粉和电气石的混合物,所述玉粉和电气石的目数为1800-2200目;活性稀释剂:17.5份;附着力促进剂:4份,所述附着力促进剂为硅烷偶联剂;成膜助剂:8份,所述成膜助剂为乙二醇单甲醚和乙二醇单乙醚中的一种或两种混合而成。

木器漆:60-80份;含伯氨基的聚合物:4-6份;着色添加剂:1-2份;填料:4-8份;活性稀释剂:15-20份;附着力促进剂:3-5份和成膜助剂:6-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种以木器漆为主料的涂料,其特征在于:所述着色添加剂为甲硅烷基化的聚乙二醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种以木器漆为主料的涂料,其特征在于:所述填料为玉粉和电气石的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种以木器漆为主料的涂料,其特征在于:所述玉粉和电气石的目数为1800-2200目。
