Currently, overhead self-propelled hoist conveying lines are classified into the following three types according to hoist and handling modes contained in a single hoist group:

In the invention, a travel switch corresponding to the guide wheel is arranged on the inner side of one of the hoisting brackets, and the travel switch and the electric hoist form an electric chain.
The lifting device has a simple structure and low cost, realizes automatic correction of the lifting tool when lifting the workpiece by matching the guide frame with the guide wheel on the lifting tool, effectively prevents the workpiece from deflecting in the air in the lifting process, improves the trafficability of lifting the workpiece, and ensures the lifting safety.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-6, a self-propelled hoist conveying line with a positioning and guiding device comprises a guide rail 1, a trolley group 3 which walks along the guide rail 1 and is connected by a cross beam 2, and an electric hoist 4 which is arranged on the cross beam 2, wherein a hanger 5 is hung on a hanger of the electric hoist 4; the cross beam 2 is provided with hoisting brackets 6 symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the electric hoist 4, a rectangular or circular frame 7 is arranged between the left hoisting bracket 6 and the right hoisting bracket 6, and a guide frame 8 is arranged at the lower side of the frame 7; the hooks of the electric hoist 4 vertically penetrate through the inner side of the frame 7; two sets of guide wheels 501 which are symmetrically arranged left and right are arranged on the lifting appliance 5; the guide frame 8 interacts with the guide wheels 501 and serves to achieve a correction of the spreader 5 to an orientation parallel to the guide rail 1.
The lifting bracket 6 in the embodiment is composed of a lifting rod 601 and an arc-shaped bottom plate 602; the lifting appliance 5 comprises a lifting beam 502 and two lifting ropes 503 which are symmetrically arranged on the lifting beam 502, wherein the lifting beam 502 is provided with two sets of spring pressing devices 9 which are symmetrically arranged on the left and right, and each set of spring pressing device corresponds to an arc-shaped bottom plate 602 on the lifting bracket 6.
In this embodiment, transverse linings 504 are symmetrically arranged on the hoisting beam 502 of the hoisting tool 5, and the transverse linings 504 are also used for hanging the hoisting ropes 503 and ensuring the stability of the hoisting tool 5 during the hoisting process.
The guide wheel 501 in this embodiment is composed of a roller, a bearing and a spindle mounted inside the roller, and a support for mounting the spindle.

In this embodiment, the guide frame 8 is composed of two guide rods 801 symmetrically arranged on the frame 7 from left to right, each guide rod is formed by a vertical section and an inclined section, wherein the plane formed by the inclined sections of the two guide rods forms an included angle with the horizontal plane, the tail ends of the inclined sections of the two guide rods are fastened into a whole, and a roller or rolling bearing 802 is mounted at the joint of the two guide rods, and the vertical projection of the guide frame 8 on the horizontal plane can be completely covered by the track swept by the guide wheel 501 on the horizontal plane by taking the geometric center (i.e. the position of the hoist hook) of the frame 7 as the center of a circle. During the lifting of the spreader 5, the two guide bars 801, rollers or rolling bearings 802 are in rolling contact with the guide wheels 501, respectively, thereby preventing accelerated wear of the two guide bars. The roller or bearing 802 is mainly used to smoothly guide the guide wheel 501 onto the guide bar 801.
In this embodiment, a cushion block 603 matched with the bottom of the arc-shaped bottom plate 602 on the lifting bracket 6 is installed at the bottom of the arc-shaped bottom plate 602, and the cushion block 603 is made of polyurethane or polyvinyl chloride; the spring pressing device 9 is provided with a mandrel 901 and a pressure spring 902, a shaft sleeve 903 is arranged on the lifting appliance 5, the lower section of the mandrel 901 is inserted into the shaft sleeve 903, and a retainer 904 is arranged at the lower end of the mandrel; the compression spring 902 is sleeved on the upper section of the mandrel 901, and a compression ring or pressing block 905 is arranged at the upper end of the mandrel 901.
In this embodiment, a travel switch 10 corresponding to the guide wheel 501 is installed on the inner side of one of the lifting brackets 6, the travel switch 10 and the electric hoist 4 form an electrical linkage, that is, when the lifting appliance 5 is lifted in place, the guide wheel 501 on the lifting appliance 5 touches the travel switch 10, the travel switch 10 acts and transmits a switching value signal to the controller, and the controller controls the electric hoist 4 to stop running, so that the electric hoist 4 stops lifting.
Because the positions of the hoisting workpieces placed on site are different, in order to ensure the hoisting safety, the hoisting tool 5 and the guide rail 1 need to be ensured to keep parallel positions and not to swing in the hoisting process. Referring to fig. 7, the lifting azimuth correction operation of the guide frame 8 on the lifting appliance 5 during lifting is as follows: when the workpiece 11 is hung at the lower end of the lifting appliance 5 and forms an angle with the transverse direction as shown in the figure, along with the upward lifting of the lifting appliance 5, the guide wheel 501 at the left side of the lifting appliance 5 is contacted with the inclined section of the guide rod 801 at the left side of the guide frame 8, and the lifting appliance 5 is pulled to rotate clockwise by taking the hook of the electric hoist 4 as the axis under the guidance of the guide rod 801 at the left side until the lifting appliance rotates to the transverse direction and is parallel to the guide rail 1. Meanwhile, when the lifting appliance 5 is in a transverse direction, the vertical sections of the left and right guide rods 801 can play a limiting role on the lifting appliance 5, so that the lifting appliance 5 is effectively prevented from horizontally rotating in the lifting process.
Meanwhile, in the lifting process, when the guide wheel 501 enters the vertical section at the upper part of the guide rod 801, the pressing ring or the pressing block 905 at the upper end of the spring pressing device 9 starts to be in contact with the cushion block 603 on the arc-shaped bottom plate 602 on the lifting support 6, and along with the lifting process, the pressure spring 902 in the spring pressing device 9 can continuously keep a compressed state, and accordingly, the cushion block 603 can exert a reaction pressure on the pressing block 905 and always maintain the reaction pressure, so that the lifting appliance 5 is effectively prevented from shaking in the lifting process.
