本发明属于光纤光缆专用设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种光纤着色复绕机。
背景技术
现有光纤着色机所属收放线张力控制为多片导轮部件,光纤通过多片导轮的阻力很大,容易增加光纤的附加损耗,最终影响产品的质量,需要进一步改进。
因此,如何克服上述技术问题成为了本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种光纤着色复绕机,能完全解决上述现有技术的不足之处。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种光纤着色复绕机,包括柜体,所述柜体分为左中右三个区域,左区域从下至上依次设置有收放线单元和放线张力单元,中区域从左至右依次设置有压力涂覆单元和UV固化单元,右区域设置有收线张力单元,所述放线张力单元包括放线单片导轮,放线单片导轮连接有放线摆杆,所述放线摆杆的旋转支点安装有电位器,电位器连接有PLC,PLC连接有收放线电机。
进一步,所述收线张力单元设置有牵引护罩。有利于对收线张力单元的牵引装置进行保护,提高安全性能。
进一步,所述收线张力单元包括收线单片导轮,收线单片导轮连接有收线摆杆,收线摆杆的旋转支点安装电位器,电位器连接PLC,PLC连接收线电机。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:结构简单,设计合理,可实现光纤收放速度的自动调控,同时采用单片导轮,有效降低了光纤通过导轮时的阻力,减小了损耗,提高了的产品质量。

如图1至图3所示,一种光纤着色复绕机,包括柜体1,所述柜体1分为左中右三个区域,左区域从下至上依次设置有收放线单元2和放线张力单元3,中区域从左至右依次设置有压力涂覆单元4和UV固化单元5,右区域设置有收线张力单元6,所述放线张力单元3包括放线单片导轮8,收放线单片导轮8连接有放线摆杆9,所述放线摆杆9的旋转支点安装有电位器,电位器连接有PLC,PLC连接有收放线电机。
所述收线张力单元6设置有牵引护罩。有利于对收线张力单元6的牵引装置进行保护,提高安全性能。
所述收线张力单元6包括收线单片导轮10,收线单片导轮10连接有收线摆杆11,收线摆杆11的旋转支点安装电位器,电位器连接PLC(单片机),PLC连接收线电机。
光纤依次通过收放线单元2、放线张力单元3、压力涂覆单元4、UV固化单元5和收线张力单元6,从而实现光纤着色的整个过程。其中放线张力单元3的放线单片导轮8连接放线摆杆9,光纤经过放线摆杆9端头的导轮,放线摆杆9会摆动,电位器将防线摆杆9的角度位置信号通过PLC传输给收放线电机,以调整收放线电机的速度。同理,收线张力单元6也一样,将收线摆杆11的角度位置信号通过PLC传输给收线电机,以调整收线电机的速度。
本发明结构简单,设计合理,可实现光纤收放速度的自动调控,同时采用单片导轮,有效降低了光纤通过导轮时的阻力,减小了损耗,提高了的产品质量。
