The frame 1 is fixedly connected with the avoidance guide rods 6 on two sides of the film cutting platform 11, the avoidance guide rods 6 are longitudinally arranged and are positioned on the outer side of the tensioning wheel 41 far away from the roll shaft 12, one end of each avoidance guide rod 6 far away from the roll shaft 12 is hinged with the avoidance push rod 61, a reset torsion spring is further arranged on each avoidance guide rod 6, one end of each reset torsion spring acts on each avoidance guide rod 6, the other end acts on each avoidance push rod 61 inclines towards one side of the film cutting platform 11 under the action of each reset torsion spring, the rollers 26 are rotationally connected to the lower side surface of the clamping seat 2, when the clamping seat 2 moves far away from the roll shaft 12, the rollers 26 can pass through the inner side of each avoidance guide rod 6 and push the corresponding avoidance push rod 61 outwards, when the clamping seat 2 moves close to the roll shaft 12, the rollers 26 can roll to the outer side of the corresponding avoidance guide rods 6 along the corresponding avoidance push rods 61, and when the rollers 26 are separated from the avoidance guide rods 6, the clamping seat 2 can be buckled on the film edge under the action of the reset springs 53, when the clamping seat 2 clamps a film and moves in the direction away from the roll shaft 12, the roller 26 can pass through the inner side of the avoidance guide rod 6, then the roller 26 can push the inclined avoidance push rod 61 outwards, so that the clamping seat 2 cannot transversely move, when the clamping seat 2 is reset and moves, the inclined avoidance push rod 61 is positioned on the running path of the roller 26, so that the roller 26 can roll to the avoidance guide rod 6 along the avoidance push rod 61, at the moment, the clamping seat 2 can compress the reset spring 53 to move away from the film cutting platform 11, namely, the clamping seat can move from the outer side of the avoidance guide rod 6 so as to bypass the tensioning assembly 4, when the clamping seat 2 moves between the two tensioning assemblies 4, the roller 26 is separated from the avoidance guide rod 6 and moves close to the film cutting platform 11 under the action of the reset spring 53 so as to be buckled on the edge of the tensioned film, this structure also makes the movement of the clamping seat 2 unnecessary with an additional power source, thereby reducing the cost and making the operation more stable. The frame 1 has all linked firmly two slide rails 13 along vertical in the both sides of cutting membrane platform 11, have linked firmly two sliders 54 on the downside of moving seat 5, this two sliders 54 sliding connection respectively on two slide rails 13, the lateral part of one of them slide rail 13 has linked firmly drive rack 33 along vertical, power piece 3 is including the motor 31 who links firmly on moving seat 5, this motor shaft of motor 31 is vertical down, and link firmly drive gear 32 on motor shaft of motor 31, drive gear 32 meshes with drive rack 33, motor 31 drives the drive gear and rotates, the drive gear meshes with the drive rack that fixes on frame 1, consequently, moving seat 5 can follow vertical reciprocating motion.

Claims (8)

1. The film pulling mechanism of the film cutting equipment comprises a frame (1), a film cutting platform (11) horizontally fixed on the frame (1) and a roll shaft (12) for positioning a film winding drum, wherein the film cutting platform (11) is rectangular, the roll shaft (12) is horizontally positioned at one side of the film cutting platform (11), the film cutting equipment is characterized in that the pulling mechanism comprises two clamping seats (2), the two clamping seats (2) are respectively positioned at two sides of the film cutting platform (11), the clamping seats (2) are longitudinally and slidably connected on the frame (1) along the film cutting platform (11), a power piece (3) capable of driving the clamping seats (2) to reciprocate is arranged on the frame (1), the frame (1) is provided with two groups of tensioning assemblies (4) at two sides of the film cutting platform (11), the tensioning assemblies (4) are respectively positioned at one end close to the roll shaft (12), the two tensioning assemblies (4) at the same side are longitudinally arranged, the tensioning assemblies (4) respectively comprise two tensioning wheels (41) which slide along the vertical direction and the two tensioning wheels (41) respectively act against the two tensioning wheels (41) and have a trend of tensioning the two tensioning wheels (42) which act against the two tensioning wheels (41), the clamping seat (2) is provided with two clamping blocks (21) which can clamp the edge part of the film between the two tensioning assemblies (4) when the clamping seat (2) is positioned between the two tensioning assemblies (4), the clamping seat (2) is also provided with pushing pieces which can separate the two tensioning wheels (41) far away from the roll shaft (12), and the clamping seat (2) can pass through the space between the two separated tensioning wheels (41) when the two tensioning wheels (41) are separated; the machine frame (1) is provided with a movable seat (5) on two sides of the film cutting platform (11) in a sliding manner, the clamping seat (2) is connected to the movable seat (5) in a sliding manner along the transverse direction of the film cutting platform (11), and the clamping seat (2) can move transversely and buckle on the edge of the film when the movable seat (5) moves to the position between the two tensioning assemblies (4) along the direction of the roll shaft (12).

Film pulling mechanism of film cutting equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the tensioning assembly (4) further comprises two clamping rods (43), the two clamping rods (43) are all connected to the frame (1) in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, the ends of the two clamping rods (43) are opposite, one ends of the two clamping rods (43) opposite are all fixedly connected with a U-shaped connecting frame (44), the two tensioning wheels (41) are respectively connected in the two connecting frames (44) in a rotating manner through pin shafts, the two tensioning springs (42) are respectively sleeved on the two clamping rods (43), the upper ends of the tensioning springs (42) act on the frame (1), and the lower ends of the tensioning springs act on the clamping rods (43).
