In the production process of the equipment, the label paper and the lining paper are paper tapes conveyed by the 798 type central winding drum storage splicing device, cut into fixed-length paper after passing through the cutting device, and are adsorbed on the outer surface of the drum by means of induced draft to be connected and conveyed to the folding device for folding the bottom of the small box. In the actual use process, when equipment is required to be replaced for brand production in order to meet the market demands, the gram weights of the trademark paper and the lining paper of different brands are changed between 60 g/square meter and 90 g/square meter. The trademark paper and the lining paper which are suitable for 725 type soft box packing machine have gram weights between 60 g/square meter and 70 g/square meter, which causes the following problems.
Firstly, when the technological requirements of equipment are met, the gram weights of the used trademark paper and lining paper are between 60 g/square meter and 70 g/square meter, after the paper tape is conveyed by a 798 type central reel storage splicing device and a 725 type soft box packaging machine conveying roller, the internal temperature of the equipment is higher than the production environment temperature, so that the moisture of the paper tape is reduced in the conveying process, and after cutting, the fixed-length paper is curled, so that the paper cannot be accurately intersected to a folding position; secondly, when the gram weight is more than 70g per square meter, the label paper and the lining paper cause uneven folding parts of the paper, and when severe, the folding parts are scratched. Therefore, the problems of curling and difficult folding of paper after cutting are solved, the waste of packaging raw and auxiliary materials can be reduced, and the production efficiency and the product quality of the equipment are improved.
