The first quick-connection bayonet 7 and the second quick-connection bayonet 8 (shown in figure 4) are respectively composed of an arc-shaped sealing concave surface 17, an internal thread 18, a fastening latch 19 and a pipe wall 13. And connecting the first quick-connection joint 3 of the quick-connection pipeline to a first quick-connection bayonet 7 of the closed storage bin 1, and connecting the second quick-connection joint 5 to a second quick-connection bayonet 8 of the closed storage tank 2. The first vent valve 4 is connected with an inert gas source, after the first vent valve 4 and the second vent valve 6 are opened to fill the quick-connection pipeline structure with inert gas, the first vent valve 4 and the second vent valve 6 are closed, and the safety of the quick canning process of the easily oxidized, combustible and explosive powder is ensured.
