The invention discloses a compression molding pre-paving method and a system for a wood-plastic composite material product, wherein the system comprises an extruder, a metering device, a pre-paving manipulator, a heat-insulating conveyor belt, a feeding manipulator and a molding press; the extruder and the metering device meter and output the wood-plastic composite material blocks with the quantity required by compression molding according to the product requirements of processed products; laying a wood-plastic composite material block to a designated position; and synchronously conveying a group of wood-plastic composite material blocks to a station to be fed, and conveying the group of wood-plastic composite material blocks reaching the station to be fed into a die cavity of a die press at one time, wherein the die press completes the compression molding process. The invention not only ensures the molding property of the wood-plastic composite material and greatly improves the quality of the wood-plastic composite material product, but also improves the processing efficiency, is economical and environment-friendly, and has wide application field and development prospect.

The invention aims to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, and provides a compression molding pre-paving method for a wood-plastic composite product, which replaces a large-size single block with a plurality of small-size blocks which are scattered and placed, solves the problem that a large product is difficult to mold when the large single block is used, can effectively reduce the defective rate of the large product, and improves the processing quality and the processing efficiency.
Another object of the invention is to provide a compression molding pre-paving system for wood-plastic composite products.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme:
