本发明公开了一种高效商标分条剪折机,包括底座、立柱、机架和传输器皮带轮,所述底座与所述立柱连接,所述立柱与所述机架连接,所述机架与传输器转轴通过轴承连接,所述传输器转轴与所述传输器皮带轮连接,所述传输器皮带轮通过传输器皮带与传输器电机连接。该商标分条剪折机结构简单,制造方便,能够多工位对商标纸进行剪切和折叠,该装置自动化程度较高,极大的节省了人力资源,降低了生产成本。

本发明涉及商标生产设备相关技术领域,具体涉及一种高效商标分条剪折机。

商标是商品的生产者、经营者在其生产、制造、加工、拣选或者经销的商品上或者服务的提供者在其提供的服务上采用的,用于区别商品或服务来源的,包括文字、图形、字母、数字、三维标志、颜色组合和声音等,以及上述要素的组合,具有显著特征的标志,是现代经济的产物。经国家工商总局商标局核准注册的商标为“注册商标”,受法律保护。商标通过确保商标注册人享有用以标明商品或服务,或者许可他人使用以获取报酬的专用权,而使商标注册人受到保护。商标通过确保商标注册人享有用以标明商品或服务来源,或者许可他人使用以获取报酬的专用权,而使商标注册人受到保护。从广义上讲,商标通过对商标注册人加以奖励,使其获得承认和经济效益,而对全世界的积极和进取精神起到促进作用。商标保护还可阻止诸如假冒者之类的不正当竞争者用相似的区别性标记来推销低劣或不同产品或服务的行为。这一制度能使有技能、有进取心的人们在尽可能公平的条件下进行商品和服务的生产与销售,从而促进国际贸易的发展。随着人工成本的提高,机械自动化生产带来新的变革,商标标签生产亦是如此,随着市场上各种不同的先进生产设备的推出,商标标签带不再是每条仅容纳一个商标标签,而是有两个或两个以上的商标标签并排设置,现有技术中的设备已无法满足需求,进而在实际生产中遇到瓶颈,无法突破生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种高效商标分条剪折机。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种高效商标分条剪折机,包括底座、立柱、机架和传输器皮带轮,所述底座与所述立柱连接,所述立柱与所述机架连接,所述机架与传输器转轴通过轴承连接,所述传输器转轴与所述传输器皮带轮连接,所述传输器皮带轮通过传输器皮带与传输器电机连接,所述传输器电机与所述机架连接,所述传输器转轴与传输带连接,所述机架上设置有防护壳,所述机架上设置有轴承座,所述轴承座内设置有所述轴承,所述轴承与所述动力轴连接,所述轴承座一侧设置有折叠器,所述折叠器上设置有出料口,所述出料口下方设置有集料箱,所述立柱一侧设置有控制箱,所述底座底部设置有剪切电机,所述剪切电机与所述动力轴通过剪切皮带连接,所述动力轴上设置有轴套、主剪切盘,所述主剪切盘与副剪切盘连接,所述副剪切盘与从动轴连接,所述主剪切盘与所述副剪切盘之间设置有商标纸。
上述结构中,启动设备电源,将所述商标纸置于所述传输带上,启动所述控制箱上的启动按钮,所述传输器电机开始工作,带动所述传输带运行,进而带动所述商标纸前进,当所述商标纸到达所述主剪切盘和所述副剪切盘时,所述主剪切盘和所述副剪切盘对所述商标纸进行剪切,之后通过所述折叠器对剪切后的所述商标纸进行折叠,折叠完毕后,所述商标纸通过所述出料口进入所述集料箱。
为了进一步提高一种高效商标分条剪折机的使用功能,所述传输器皮带采用三根三角带,所述剪切皮带采用三根三角带。
为了进一步提高一种高效商标分条剪折机的使用功能,所述底座上设置有防滑硅胶垫,所述底座上设置有高度调节螺母,所述底座通过螺纹与所述立柱连接,所述立柱与所述机架通过螺栓连接。
为了进一步提高一种高效商标分条剪折机的使用功能,所述防护壳通过内六角螺钉与所述机架连接,所述出料口与所述折叠器之间通过螺丝连接。
为了进一步提高一种高效商标分条剪折机的使用功能,所述传输器电机和所述剪切电机均选用三项异步电动机。
为了进一步提高一种高效商标分条剪折机的使用功能,所述控制箱上设置有启动按钮、停止按钮和急停按钮。
有益效果在于:该商标分条剪折机结构简单,制造方便,能够多工位对商标纸进行剪切和折叠,该装置自动化程度较高,极大的节省了人力资源,降低了生产成本。

如图1-图3所示,一种高效商标分条剪折机,包括底座1、立柱2、机架3和传输器皮带轮4,底座1与立柱2连接,立柱2与机架3连接,机架3与传输器转轴19通过轴承18连接,传输器转轴19与传输器皮带轮4连接,传输器皮带轮4通过传输器皮带6与传输器电机7连接,传输器电机7与机架3连接,传输器转轴19与传输带5连接,机架3上设置有防护壳8,机架3上设置有轴承座9,轴承座9内设置有所述轴承18,轴承18与动力轴10连接,轴承座9一侧设置有折叠器11,折叠器11上设置有出料口12,出料口12下方设置有集料箱13,立柱2一侧设置有控制箱14,底座1底部设置有剪切电机16,剪切电机16与动力轴10通过剪切皮带15连接,动力轴10上设置有轴套20、主剪切盘21,主剪切盘21与副剪切盘22连接,副剪切盘22与从动轴23连接,主剪切盘21与副剪切盘22之间设置有商标纸24。
上述结构中,启动设备电源,将商标纸24置于传输带5上,启动控制箱14上的启动按钮,传输器电机7开始工作,带动传输带5运行,进而带动商标纸24前进,当商标纸24到达主剪切盘21和副剪切盘22时,主剪切盘21和副剪切盘23对商标纸24进行剪切,之后通过折叠器11对剪切后的商标纸24进行折叠,折叠完毕后,商标纸24通过出料口12进入集料箱13。
为了进一步提高一种高效商标分条剪折机的使用功能,传输器皮带6采用三根三角带,剪切皮带15采用三根三角带,底座1上设置有防滑硅胶垫,底座1上设置有高度调节螺母,底座1通过螺纹与立柱2连接,立柱2与机架3通过螺栓连接,防护壳8通过内六角螺钉与机架3连接,出料口12与折叠器11之间通过螺丝连接,传输器电机7和剪切电机16均选用三项异步电动机,控制箱14上设置有启动按钮、停止按钮和急停按钮。

1.一种高效商标分条剪折机,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、立柱(2)、机架(3)和传输器皮带轮(4),所述底座(1)与所述立柱(2)连接,所述立柱(2)与所述机架(3)连接,所述机架(3)与传输器转轴(19)通过轴承(18)连接,所述传输器转轴(19)与所述传输器皮带轮(4)连接,所述传输器皮带轮(4)通过传输器皮带(6)与传输器电机(7)连接,所述传输器电机(7)与所述机架连接,所述传输器转轴与传输带连接,所述机架上设置有防护壳,所述机架(3)上设置有轴承座(9),所述轴承座(9)内设置有所述轴承(18),所述轴承(18)与所述动力轴(10)连接,所述轴承座(9)一侧设置有折叠器(11),所述折叠器(11)上设置有出料口(12),所述出料口(12)下方设置有集料箱(13),所述立柱(2)一侧设置有控制箱(14),所述底座(1)底部设置有剪切电机(16),所述剪切电机(16)与所述动力轴(10)通过剪切皮带(15)连接,所述动力轴(10)上设置有轴套(20)、主剪切盘(21),所述主剪切盘(21)与副剪切盘(22)连接,所述副剪切盘(22)与从动轴(23)连接,所述主剪切盘(21)与所述副剪切盘(22)之间设置有商标纸(24)。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效商标分条剪折机,其特征在于:所述防护壳(8)通过内六角螺钉与所述机架(3)连接,所述出料口(12)与所述折叠器(11)之间通过螺丝连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效商标分条剪折机,其特征在于:所述传输器电机(7)和所述剪切电机(16)均选用三项异步电动机。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效商标分条剪折机,其特征在于:所述控制箱(14)上设置有启动按钮、停止按钮和急停按钮。
