本发明涉及机械设备技术领域，尤其是涉及一种小尺寸盲孔轴承拆卸装置。
背景技术
在设备维修工作中，经常遇到需拆卸轴承的情况。由于轴承配合有过盈量，拆卸比较费力，特别是小尺寸盲孔中的轴承更是无从下手。
发明内容
为克服上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种小尺寸盲孔轴承拆卸装置，包括销轴和滑块，所述销轴置于螺纹套内，滑块置于螺纹套的槽内，所述滑块与螺纹套置于轴承的中部，销轴的前端置有工件，销轴置于螺纹套的一侧置有丝杆。
所述丝杆呈圆柱形。
本发明的优点是：结构简单，效果良好，可拆卸各种小尺寸轴承。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种小尺寸盲孔轴承拆卸装置，包括销轴1和滑块2，所述销轴1置于螺纹套5内，滑块2置于螺纹套5的槽内，所述滑块2与螺纹套5置于轴承4的中部，销轴1的前端置有工件3，销轴1置于螺纹套5的一侧置有丝杆6。
所述丝杆6呈圆柱形。
工作原理如下：
滑块2装在螺纹套5的槽中，能自由滑动。初始状态时，两滑块2靠在一起，滑块2藏于螺纹套5内。将滑块2连同螺纹套5穿过轴承4，然后将销轴1插入螺纹套5中。销轴1前端顶在工件3上，滑块2被撑开一定高度(轴承4内环厚度)。旋入丝杆6，顶紧销轴1，使滑块2贴住轴承4内环。再用力旋进丝杆6，螺纹套5向外移动，滑块2带动轴承4从工件3上退下来。

1.一种小尺寸盲孔轴承拆卸装置，包括销轴（1）和滑块（2），其特征在于：所述销轴（1）置于螺纹套（5）内，滑块（2）置于螺纹套（5）的槽内，所述滑块（2）与螺纹套（5）置于轴承（4）的中部，销轴（1）的前端置有工件（3），销轴（1）置于螺纹套（5）的一侧置有丝杆（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小尺寸盲孔轴承拆卸装置，其特征在于：所述丝杆（6）呈圆柱形。
