Abstract

本发明提出一种汽车过滤网，包括过框体、过滤层、灭菌层、除臭层和防护网，所述框体内部由外至内分别设有过滤层、灭菌层、除臭层和防护网，所述过滤层、灭菌层、除臭层和防护网上端与框体对应位置均设有一开口，所述过滤层包第一聚乙烯无纺布和玻璃长纤维固定层，所述第一聚乙烯无纺布前后均设有所述玻璃长纤维固定层，所述除臭层包括储液箱、滴管、第二聚乙烯无纺布，所述储液箱上方设有一加液口，所述储液箱下方均匀设有多个滴管，所述滴管成倒置圆台形，所述滴管下口连接第二聚乙烯无纺布。本发明中气体首先通过过滤层，过滤颗粒物及尘埃，然后通过灭菌层，可杀灭空气中的细菌及病毒，最后通过除臭层，使空气得到进一步净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及车用空调过滤网，尤其涉及一种车用空调过滤网的快速清理装置。
背景技术
传统的汽车过滤网结构致密，不但在使用时会使空调风量骤降，还会在使用较短的时间后即堵塞，因此就需要频繁的进行清理，将其内的杂灰清理干净，但是传统的清理大多是工人简单的水洗，效率较低，也清理不干净，因此，解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了车用空调过滤网的快速清理装置，通过设置有吸风扁嘴来进行气吸灰尘，在通过设置有清理杆来清除淤积的杂质，再通过设置有水管来进行水洗，以提高清理效率。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种车用空调过滤网的快速清理装置，包括有吸风器，所述吸风器的前端设置有吸风扁嘴，所述吸风器的中部设置有灰尘储存室，所述灰尘储存室上设置有开门，所述吸风扁嘴的吸嘴处设置有可伸缩的导臂，所述导臂上设置有卡槽供清理杆安装。
进一步改进在于：所述清理杆为伸缩式的，并在所述清理杆的端头处设置有钩头，所述钩头的端头为光滑的圆弧面。
进一步改进在于：所述吸风器内设置有水箱，所述水箱上设置有水管通向吸风器外。
进一步改进在于：所述水管为可拉伸式的，在所述水管的端头部位设置有可调节水速的喷嘴。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明首先通过设置有导臂来安装清理杆，来对过滤布上淤积的杂质进行手动清理，然后通过设置有吸风扁嘴，利用导臂对过滤布进行定位以轻松吸取灰尘，最后通过设置有水管来对过滤布进行水洗，以最终完成过滤布的清理，本发明结构简单、操作方便、清理效率高。

如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种车用空调过滤网的快速清理装置，包括有吸风器1，所述吸风器1的前端设置有吸风扁嘴2，所述吸风器1的中部设置有灰尘储存室3，所述灰尘储存室3上设置有开门4，所述吸风扁嘴2的吸嘴处设置有可伸缩的导臂5，所述导臂5上设置有卡槽6供清理杆7安装。所述清理杆7为伸缩式的，并在所述清理杆7的端头处设置有钩头8，所述钩头的端头为光滑的圆弧面。所述吸风器1内设置有水箱9，所述水箱9上设置有水管10通向吸风器1外。所述水管10为可拉伸式的，在所述水管的端头部位设置有可调节水速的喷嘴11。
本发明首先通过设置有导臂5来安装清理杆7，来对过滤布上淤积的杂质进行手动清理，然后通过设置有吸风扁嘴2，利用导臂5对过滤布进行定位以轻松吸取灰尘，最后通过设置有水管10来对过滤布进行水洗，以最终完成过滤布的清理，本发明结构简单、操作方便、清理效率高。

1.一种车用空调过滤网的快速清理装置，其特征在于：包括有吸风器（1），所述吸风器（1）的前端设置有吸风扁嘴（2），所述吸风器（1）的中部设置有灰尘储存室（3），所述灰尘储存室（3）上设置有开门（4），所述吸风扁嘴（2）的吸嘴处设置有可伸缩的导臂（5），所述导臂（5）上设置有卡槽（6）供清理杆（7）安装。
2.如权利要求1所述的车用空调过滤网的快速清理装置，其特征在于：所述清理杆（7）为伸缩式的，并在所述清理杆（7）的端头处设置有钩头（8），所述钩头的端头为光滑的圆弧面。
3.如权利要求1所述的车用空调过滤网的快速清理装置，其特征在于：所述吸风器（1）内设置有水箱（9），所述水箱（9）上设置有水管（10）通向吸风器（1）外。
4.如权利要求3所述的车用空调过滤网的快速清理装置，其特征在于：所述水管（10）为可拉伸式的，在所述水管的端头部位设置有可调节水速的喷嘴（11）。
