Further, the blood pressure sensor and the heart rate sensor which are arranged on the training device can monitor the running state of the cardiovascular system of the trainee in real time during training, and the control module and the monitoring equipment which are arranged on the training device are in communication connection, so that the trainee can be timely reminded when abnormal conditions occur, and accidents are avoided.
