Abstract
本发明涉及一种民用燃料,即一种水合成燃料,
也可用于轮船、拖拉机中代替柴油。本发明主要由
水、醇类加添加剂催化剂组成。采用三种配方,其主
要组分为水、杂醇或粗甲醇、双氧水、汇酸胺、活碱、硫
酸盐以及机油。采用本发明点火旺、着火快、火焰温
度达300—1000度。使用时无毒、无味、无烟、不污
染环境,性能明显优于液化气与煤气,是一种有重大
开发潜力的新型能源。
Description
本发明涉及一种民用燃料,也可用于轮船,拖拉机中代替柴油。
目前城市居民大都使用煤气或液化气。但这些燃料普遍存在着有毒、有味、易污染环境的缺点。由于这些燃料加工工艺复杂,我国大多数城乡、村镇以及边远地区还远远未普及使用这些燃料。
本发明的目的是针对上述已有技术的不足而开发出一种新型能源,即用水合成的燃料。
本发明加工工艺简单、设备设资少、无污染、不受气候影响、使用方便。
本发明的具体解决方案是由水、醇类及一些添加剂,催化剂,采用三种配方制成。其中各配方成份的组分如下:
a)水35~40% 杂醇40~55%
双氧水1.5~2% 汇酸胺0.3~0.5%
硬脂酸0.4~0.5% 活碱0.2~0.5%
氰氧化钾0.2~0.5% 余量为松香、机油
b)水35~40% 双氧水1.5~2%
硫酸盐0.2~0.3% 活碱1~1.5%
笨甲笨0.2~0.3% 余量为杂醇
c)水40~55% 乙醇2~3%
机油15~20% 香精0.1~0.2%
硫酸盐0.2~0.3% 双氧水0.5~1%
漂白粉0.5~0.7% 余量为粗甲醇
本发明的设计原理是以水为主,加入多种添加剂催化剂配制而成。水在催化剂和引燃剂的高温作用下分解出离子,伴随其它一些可燃气体燃烧释放出能量。采用本发明点火旺、着火快、火焰温度达300~1000度。燃烧效率高,和专用炉具配套可达60%以上。由于加入了各种除烟、除毒、除味、抗氧等多种添加剂,所以使用时无毒、无味、无烟、不污染环境,性能明显优于液化气与煤气。
实施例:
1.先用1%的机油,1%松香,0.5%汇酸胺,0.5%硬脂酸混合在一起,开始搅拌。边搅拌边对混合液加温,搅拌20分钟时应加温到70℃,再加入50%杂醇,1.5%双氧水,35%水,0.2%活碱,0.3%氰氧化钾。加入后再适当搅拌均匀后用纱布过滤后即可。
2.先将30%水、50%杂醇、0.2%硫酸盐混合后搅拌5分钟,再加入1.5%双氧水,1.5%活碱,0.2%的笨甲笨后再搅拌15分钟即可。
3.用1.5%机油、0.2%硫酸盐混合后搅拌5分钟,再加入50%水、2%乙醇、4%粗甲醇、0.2%香精、0.5%漂白粉,搅拌10分钟后用纱布过滤后即可。
Claims (1)
1、一种水合成燃料,主要由水、醇类、添加剂、催化剂组成,其特征在于采用三种配方,其各组分为:
a)水35~40% 杂醇40~55%
双氧水1.5~2% 汇酸胺0.3~0.5%
硬脂酸0.4~0.5% 活碱0.2~0.5%
氰氧化钾0.2~0.5% 余量为松香与机油
b)水35~40%
双氧水1.5~2% 硫酸盐0.2~0.3%
活碱1~1.5% 笨甲笨0.2~0.3%
余量为杂醇
c)水40~55% 乙醇2~3%
机油15~20%
香精0.1~0.2% 硫酸盐0.2~0.3%
双氧水0.5~1% 漂白粉0.5~0.7%
余量为粗甲醇
