背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的生活水平在逐渐提高,人们对美的追求是越来越高。保湿是人们对肌肤护理中比较看重的一点,为了防止水分蒸发,皮肤脱水的保湿产品很多含有凡士林,凡士林不被皮肤吸收,只会在皮肤上形成一层保湿膜,使肌肤的水分不会轻易散失,但是由于过于油腻,只适合干性皮肤或者是温度较低的环境下使用,另外凡士林也容易造成毛孔的堵塞,造成粉刺、痤疮等皮肤问题,目前消费者对护肤保湿的要求逐渐提高,人们早已不再满足过去的油脂型的保湿产品,对能增加肌肤弹性,保湿滋润的产品更加青睐。
雪莲花因其顶形似莲花,故得名雪莲花,简称雪莲,为多年生草本植物。分布于中国多地高寒地带,俄罗斯及哈萨克斯坦也有分布,雪莲花品种繁多,其中水母雪莲花、绵头雪莲花、大苞雪莲花或西藏雪莲花的产量和利用价值较高,雪莲花生长的环境极其恶劣,其生长的环境一般的植物根本无法存活,雪莲花却能在零下几十度的严寒中和空气稀薄的缺氧环境中傲霜斗雪、顽强生长。也正是雪莲花却这种独有的生存习性和独特的生长环境使其天然而稀有,并造就了它独特的药理作用和药用价值,各地民间也将雪莲花全草入药。
雪莲花中含有雪莲内脂、雪莲多糖等物质对保湿、美白、防晒均具有良好效果,并且可以使皮肤抵抗紫外线侵害。雪莲花是理想的抗衰老及,雪莲磨成粉能营养肌肤,对皮肤有平滑、保湿以及净白作用。随着科技的发展,越来越多的化妆品被逐渐研发和生产出来,大部分保湿日用品中都含有人工合成的化学制品,很多化妆品中为了增加保湿美白功能,添加了铅、汞等长期使用对人体有害的化学物质,短时间可能会起到一定的美白保湿作用,但是长期使用会对人体健康造成影响。为此,提出一种雪莲纤维保湿露及其生产工艺。

针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种雪莲纤维保湿露及其生产工艺,该保湿露不添加防腐剂及增稠剂等成分,具有更加绿色安全的特性,同时对皮肤具有保湿保养镇静的功效,长期使用,无依赖性和副作用,对老化角质具有促进剥落作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种雪莲纤维保湿露,所述保湿露的主要成分包含雪莲花提取物、几丁聚糖、透明质酸以及纯净水,所述雪莲花提取物采用的雪莲花品种为水母雪莲花、绵头雪莲花、大苞雪莲花或西藏雪莲花,中医认为雪莲花具有清热解毒祛风消肿止痛的功效对女性内分泌调节也有很好的促进作用。
具体的,所述保湿露中的主要成分的配比为,雪莲花提取物1-3份,几丁聚糖30-40份,透明质酸35-45份,纯净水1000份,几丁聚糖具有调节和提高机体免疫力,促进抗体产生,增强机体抗病能力之功能,几丁质的降解产物葡萄糖胺使体液pH值发生变化,激活淋巴细胞抑制癌细胞转移,几丁聚糖在1991年被欧美学术界誉为继蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素和无机盐之后的第六生命要素。它完全不同于一般营养保健品,对人体有五大功能:免疫强化机能,抑制老化,预防疾病,促进疾病痊愈和调节人体的生理机能。

M1:选取水母雪莲花、绵头雪莲花、大苞雪莲花或西藏雪莲花中的一种,进行前处理后加入到容器内进行蒸馏处理,得到雪莲花提取物,密闭备用;
M2:取几丁聚糖适量与纯净水混合,搅拌溶解后备用;
M3:将M1和M2步骤得到的制备物混合,搅拌同时升温至80-90℃,充分混合后,降温至5-10℃进行低温保存;
M4:在M3步骤得到的制备物中加入少量纯净水,并加入适量透明质酸进行混合搅拌,充分混合后进行封装,透明质酸是一种酸性粘多糖,透明质酸以其独特的分子结构和理化性质在机体内显示出多种重要的生理功能,如润滑关节,调节血管壁的通透性,调节蛋白质,水电解质扩散及运转,促进创伤愈合等,尤为重要的是,透明质酸具有特殊的保水作用。
具体的,所述M1步骤中的前处理包括对雪莲花的清洗,晾至表面无水珠,并对雪莲花进行粉碎至尺寸小于1cm×1cm。
具体的,所述M1步骤中的蒸馏处理为水蒸气蒸馏。
具体的,所述水蒸气蒸馏的方式为减压蒸馏。
具体的,所述减压蒸馏的温度范围是75-85℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的配方中包含主要成分包含雪莲花提取物、几丁聚糖、透明质酸,采用天然雪莲花作用原料进行蒸馏处理,并与几丁聚糖、透明质酸混合处理,不添加防腐剂及增稠剂等化学成分,具有更加绿色安全的特性,同时对皮肤具有保湿保养镇静的功效,长期使用,无依赖性和副作用,对老化角质具有促进剥落作用,配合透明质酸将其用于本发明的保湿露中,能起到独特的保护皮肤作用,可保持皮肤滋润光滑,细腻柔嫩,富有弹性,具有防皱、抗皱、美容保健和恢复皮肤生理功能的作用。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种雪莲纤维保湿露,所述保湿露的主要成分包含雪莲花提取物、几丁聚糖、透明质酸以及纯净水,所述雪莲花提取物采用的雪莲花品种为水母雪莲花,水母雪莲花的茎短,叶密生,具长而扁的叶柄,叶片卵圆形或倒卵形,叶边锯齿形,上部叶成菱形或披针形,基部延伸成翅柄;头状花序无总梗,总苞球形;花紫色;瘦果冠毛二层,灰白色,外层刺毛状,内层为羽状,取上述水母雪莲花60份,经过水洗处理后晾干至表面无水珠,然后经过粉碎至小块,其大小不能超过1cm×1cm以免延长其提取时间,造成资源浪费,将切碎后的水母雪莲花取50份放入蒸馏装置,加入900份纯净水混合进行蒸馏,为了防止温度过高破坏水母雪莲花提取物中有效成分,故采用减压蒸馏方式,将蒸馏温度控制在75℃,得到水母雪莲花提取物后取1份与30份的几丁聚糖混合搅拌,同时升温至80℃,维持10min后降温至5℃冷藏保存,保存24h后,加入100份纯净水并添加35份透明质酸搅拌混合均匀即可得到雪莲纤维保湿露。
实施例2
一种雪莲纤维保湿露,所述保湿露的主要成分包含雪莲花提取物、几丁聚糖、透明质酸以及纯净水,所述雪莲花提取物采用的雪莲花品种为绵头雪莲花,绵头雪莲花全体密被白色或淡黄色长柔毛,茎常中空,棒状,叶互生,密集,无柄,基部有棕黑色残存叶片,为披针形或狭倒卵形,边缘羽裂或具粗齿;有多数密集头状花序,总苞片狭长倒披针形,无毛,有光泽,中央草质,边缘膜质;花两性,全为管状花,裂片披针形;瘦果扁平,棕色,有不明显的四棱,取上述绵头雪莲花60份,经过水洗处理后晾干至表面无水珠,然后经过粉碎至小块,其大小不能超过1cm×1cm以避免延长其提取时间,造成资源浪费,将切碎后的绵头雪莲花取45份放入蒸馏装置,加入900份纯净水混合进行蒸馏,为了防止温度过高破坏雪莲花提取物中有效成分,故采用减压蒸馏方式,将蒸馏温度控制在85℃,得到雪莲花提取物后取3份与35份的几丁聚糖混合搅拌,同时升温至90℃,维持10min后降温至10℃冷藏保存,保存24h后,加入100份纯净水并添加40份透明质酸搅拌混合均匀即可得到雪莲纤维保湿露,在混合制造过程中透明质酸,会吸收大量水分,所以使用本发明的保湿露,能帮助肌肤汲取大量的水分,肌肤有了水分,自然就能保持弹性和柔软,可深层保湿、增加皮肤弹性与张力,有助恢复肌肤正常油水平衡,改善干燥及松弛皮肤。
实施例3
一种雪莲纤维保湿露,所述保湿露的主要成分包含雪莲花提取物、几丁聚糖、透明质酸以及纯净水,所述雪莲花提取物采用的雪莲花品种为西藏雪莲花,产自海拔4300米以上的山冈悬崖之上,禀喜马拉雅天地之灵气生长,吸雪域圣地日月之精华开花,丽质天成,是世界少有的珍稀药材,含丰富的伞性花内脂,东莨素、芹菜素,B-谷甾醇和伞形花内脂7-葡萄糖甙等成份,其功效独特、为雪域圣地药中之佳品,茎粗壮,基部残存密集棕褐色叶片;头状花序顶生,总苞片卵形叶状,近似膜质,呈白色或淡绿黄色;花棕紫色,全为管状花;瘦果刺毛状,取上述西藏雪莲花60份,经过水洗处理后晾干至表面无水珠,然后经过粉碎至小块,其大小不能超过1cm×1cm以避免延长其提取时间,造成资源浪费,将切碎后的西藏雪莲花取50份放入蒸馏装置,加入900份纯净水混合进行蒸馏,为了防止温度过高破坏绵头雪莲花提取物中有效成分,故采用减压蒸馏方式,将蒸馏温度控制在80℃,得到雪莲花提取物后取2份与40份的几丁聚糖混合搅拌,同时升温至85℃,维持10min后降温至8℃冷藏保存,保存24h后,加入100份纯净水并添加45份透明质酸搅拌混合均匀即可得到雪莲纤维保湿露。
综上所述,本发明的保湿露可以具有保湿,滋润皮肤的功效,并且不添加防腐剂及增稠剂等化学成分,具有更加绿色安全的特性,可长期使用,无依赖性和副作用,对老化角质具有促进剥落作用,添加几丁聚糖和透明质酸,对增强人体自身免疫能力,活化吞噬细胞增强吞噬能力有很强的促进作用;另外对过敏性皮炎鼻炎,荨麻疹,食物及冷热过敏,各种癣类都有很强的治疗作用,对结缔组织类的红斑性狼疮也有很好的治疗作用,可以对抗各种因过敏诱发的皮肤类问题。透明质酸可以很好的保持皮肤的长时间滋润,不让皮肤因干燥而导致粗糙暗黄无光泽,从而提高皮肤细胞的活性,增加细胞活动的活力,保持细胞长期稳定的活性。

Claims (7)
1.一种雪莲纤维保湿露,其特征在于:所述保湿露的主要成分包含雪莲花提取物、几丁聚糖、透明质酸以及纯净水,所述雪莲花提取物采用的雪莲花品种为水母雪莲花、绵头雪莲花、大苞雪莲花或西藏雪莲花。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪莲纤维保湿露,其特征在于:所述保湿露中的主要成分的配比为,雪莲花提取物1-3份,几丁聚糖30-40份,透明质酸35-45份,纯净水1000份。
3.一种雪莲纤维保湿露的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
M1:选取水母雪莲花、绵头雪莲花、大苞雪莲花或西藏雪莲花中的一种,进行前处理后加入到容器内进行蒸馏处理,得到雪莲花提取物,密闭备用;
M2:取几丁聚糖适量与纯净水混合,搅拌溶解后备用;
M3:将M1和M2步骤得到的制备物混合,搅拌同时升温至80-90℃,充分混合后,降温至5-10℃进行低温保存;
M4:在M3步骤得到的制备物中加入少量纯净水,并加入适量透明质酸进行混合搅拌,充分混合后进行封装。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种雪莲纤维保湿露的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述M1步骤中的前处理包括对雪莲花的清洗,晾至表面无水珠,并对雪莲花进行粉碎至尺寸小于1cm×1cm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种雪莲纤维保湿露的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述M1步骤中的蒸馏处理为水蒸气蒸馏。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种雪莲纤维保湿露的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述水蒸气蒸馏的方式为减压蒸馏。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种雪莲纤维保湿露的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述减压蒸馏的温度范围是75-85℃。
