Abstract
为了提高采脂效率,保障松脂产业原料供应,促进松脂产业健康发展,本发明在系统的研究植物矿质营养、植物生长调节剂和pH对马尾松产脂的影响的基础上,提供了一种马尾松新型增脂剂,可显著提高马尾松产脂、泌脂,增脂周期2个月以上。它由植物生长调节剂萘乙酸、油菜素甾醇、植物必须矿质营养元素Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、B、Na、Cl、S中的一种或几种组成。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于生长促进剂领域,具体地说,涉及一种新型马尾松增脂剂。
背景技术
中国是松脂生产大国,上世纪90年代松脂产量为35-40万t/年,近60年累计生产松脂1900多万t,占世界松脂总产量的60%,松香、松节油以及深加工产品年产值约16亿美元,曾是中国除木材外的第二大林业产业。马尾松(Pinus massoniana)则是主要采脂树种,年产量占全国总产量的90%以上。中国早在19世纪50年代就开始使用20多种药剂来提高松脂产量,其中,比较有增产成效的为硫酸或硫酸软膏增脂、亚硫酸木浆液化学采脂、乙烯利法、2,4-D法等,但对树体均有一定伤害,尤其是硫酸或硫酸软膏增脂,对树体伤害较大,没有得到大面积推广应用。在“八五”至“九五”期间,研制的增产灵-2号、9205低温采脂剂、松树增脂剂和丰脂等几种中长期化学采脂刺激剂相继应用,具有一定的增脂效果,增产率达到4.92% ~29.85%。松树分泌松脂涉及到一系列的细胞生理生化代谢反应,而细胞植物矿质营养、激素以及pH水平对细胞生理生化反应影响较大,但关于细胞植物矿质营养、激素以及pH对马尾松产脂影响在国内未见有系统的研究。
近年来,伴随国内经济持续高速发展,采脂劳动成本持续上涨,而松脂价格增幅不大,致使脂农采脂积极性不高,原料短缺成为制约松脂产业发展的主要因素,再加上国内采脂工艺研究停滞,没有突破性进展。就社会发展趋势而言,劳动力价格提升是必然的,松脂产业健康发展亟需提高采脂效率,而改良增脂剂,或系统开发新的增脂剂,提升其增产效果,是提高采脂效率重要途径。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明在系统研究植物矿质营养、植物生长调节剂和pH对马尾松产脂影响的基础上,提供了一种马尾松新型增脂剂,可显著促进马尾松产脂、泌脂,增脂周期2个月以上。
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种新型马尾松增脂剂,它由植物生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)、油菜素甾醇、植物必须矿质元素Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、B、Na、Cl、S中的一种或几种组成。植物生长调节剂浓度萘乙酸(NAA)0.01~0.2g/L,油菜素甾醇浓度0.02~0.3mg/L,植物必须矿质元素浓度Mg 0.005~0.2g/L,Zn 0.005~0.1 g/L,Fe 0.005~0.01 g/L,Cu 0.01~0.15 g/L,B 0.01g/L~0.1g/L,Na 0.1~2.0g/L,Cl 0.09~0.9 g/L, 0.002~0.02 g/L。施用药液ph 在3.0~5.0或者在9.0~11.0,ph在9.0~11.0时,增脂剂中不添加Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu,含有生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)、油菜素甾醇、植物必须矿质元素B、Na、Cl、S, Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu可在ph 3.0~5.0条件下配制溶液后单独施用。植物必须矿质元素Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、B、Na、Cl、S由氯化镁、氯化锌、三氯化铁、氯化铜、硼砂、氯化钠、硫酸钠、盐酸、氢氧化钠提供。
具体实施方式
增脂剂溶液配制(以配制10L溶液为例)
溶液pH在3~5的增脂剂A配制:取萘乙酸1g、油菜素甾醇2mg、氯化镁0.39g、氯化锌0.21g、三氯化铁0.29g、氯化铜2.1g、硼砂8.7g、氯化钠25.1g、硫酸钠0.36g分别放入10L水中,搅拌均匀后,用Hcl溶液滴定至pH 3.5-4.5,便是配制好的酸性增脂剂溶液。
溶液pH在9~11的增脂剂B配制:取萘乙酸1g、油菜素甾醇2mg放入100ml酒精中充分摇匀溶解后,加入到10L水中充分搅拌均匀后,再取硼砂8.7g、氯化钠25.1g、硫酸钠0.36g放入其中,充分搅匀后,用NaoH溶液滴定pH 9.5~10.5,便是配制好的碱性增脂剂溶液。
喷施增脂剂:
增脂剂A液和B液使用方法相同,即用喷壶喷施到割面新割口上3cm~下5cm割面位置,也可以用毛涮涂抹,每2个月喷施1次。
增脂剂A和B不可混合施用或同时施用,但可以交叉使用,即每2个月轮换使用增脂剂2种溶液。
在岑溪市林场紫胶林场(45%割面,每天割)、林科所研究(45%割面,隔天割)系统的研究了植物矿质营养、激素以及pH对1000棵马尾松产脂影响,植物激素试验采用L9(34)正交试验设计,紫胶林场有油菜素甾醇、6-BA和赤霉素3种激素,林科所有萘乙酸、油菜素甾醇、6-BA和赤霉素4种激素,研究结果均表明萘乙酸、油菜素甾醇对马尾松施药2个月内的产脂具有显著促进作用,萘乙酸可提高产脂量6%以上,油菜素甾醇10%以上,试验中最佳处理提高产脂量在14%以上(采用6#增值剂提高产脂量14%), 0.01g/L~0.1g/L6-BA和0.01g/L赤霉素对产脂影响不大或抑制产脂。植物矿质营养试验采用L27(313)试验设计,紫胶林场、林科所均有N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、B、Mn、Na 11个因子,还在紫胶林场研究了Cl、S对产脂影响,研究结果表明适量的Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、B、Na、Cl、S均对产脂促进作用,其中,Zn、Fe、Cu、Na作用效果均达到显著水平,试验中最佳处理可提高产脂量13%以上(采用6#增值剂提高产脂量10%)。

1.一种新型马尾松增脂剂,其特征在于它由植物生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)、油菜素甾醇、植物必须矿质元素Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、B、Na、Cl、S中的一种或几种组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的增脂剂,其特征在于所述的植物生长调节剂浓度萘乙酸(NAA)0.01~0.2g/L,油菜素甾醇浓度0.02~0.3mg/L,植物必须矿质元素浓度Mg 0.005~0.2g/L,Zn 0.005~0.1 g/L,Fe 0.005~0.01 g/L,Cu 0.01~0.15 g/L,B 0.01g/L~0.1g/L,Na0.1~2.0g/L,Cl 0.09~0.9 g/L, 0.002~0.02 g/L。
3. 如权利要求1所述的增脂剂,其特征在于ph 在3.0~5.0或者在9.0~11.0,ph在9.0~11.0时,增脂剂中不添加Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu,含有生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)、油菜素甾醇、植物必须矿质元素B、Na、Cl、S, Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu可在ph 3.0~5.0条件下配制溶液后单独施用。
4.如权利要求1所述的增脂剂,其特征在于植物必须矿质元素Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、B、Na、Cl、S由氯化镁、氯化锌、三氯化铁、氯化铜、硼砂、氯化钠、硫酸钠、盐酸、氢氧化钠提供。
