我国黄土高原地区,日照时间长,昼夜温差大,有着得天独厚的果树种植优越条件,所产果品甜度高,品质好。然而,该地区处在干旱半干旱地区,年降雨量少,供水条件差,施肥不方便,干旱、缺水、缺肥、营养不平衡,病虫害严重,直接影响果品的产量和质量,影响果品业发展。中国专利 CN201220657478公开了一种果树输液器,本输液器为果树输液结构简单,绿色环保,能有效提高药液的利用率,而且药液是缓慢输送到果树体内,能够延长药物作用时间,提高吸收效果,有效减少环境污染,省工省力,高效环保。中国专利CN201310296906公开了一种果树的富硒输液肥,是以亚硒酸钠,复硝酚钠,生化黄腐酸钾,钼酸铵,硫酸锌,四硼酸钠,尿素,磷酸氢二钾为原料制成。其虽然含各种微量元素,但没有生物活性,黄腐酸络合物遇到有钙离子、镁离子水质较硬的稀释水时易产生沉淀物,影响输液正常进行。中国专利CN201310195472公开了一种海藻螯合大树营养液,其包括海藻提取液、糖醇、中量元素的金属盐和微量元素。该发明利用海藻中富含的糖醇类物质,与多种营养物质结合形成稳定的复合体。糖醇复合体分子量低,能够携带养分顺利进入到韧皮部中进行养分运输,迅速将养分运输到作物需求部位,能够提高移栽大树的成活率,提高大树的抗病性。但是其用于果树输液促进果品膨大,不利于提高果品品质,也没有生物活性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有生物活性的果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液。
本发明果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液,一种果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液,是由以下原料和工艺制备而成:
原料配比:以重量份计
糖类1~5份,尿素1~5份,磷酸二氢钾0.5~5份,微生物菌水剂0.1~2份,甲壳素液0.1~2份,海草精0.1~2份,磁能液0.1~1份,多肽蛋白液0.1~1份,氨基酸微量元素螯合物1~20份,吲哚丁酸钾0.01~0.5份,萘乙酸钠0.01~0.5份,芸苔素内酯0.01~0.5份,杀虫杀菌剂0.1~0.5份,软化水45~55份。
所述糖类为白糖、红糖、葡萄糖的至少一种。
所述氨基酸螯合微量元素为氨基酸螯合铁,氨基酸螯合锌,氨基酸螯合钙,氨基酸螯合硼,氨基酸螯合钼,氨基酸螯合锰的至少一种。
所述微生物菌水剂为水溶性纳豆菌剂,乳酸菌水剂,酵母菌水剂,EM液(EM是EnochMicrobiec的英文缩写,中文译为以诺有益微生物菌群,具有固氮、解磷、解钾、改土培肥等功能)或枯草杆菌水剂。
所述杀虫杀菌剂为辛菌胺、防腐灵、百菌清、阿维菌素甲维盐、杀螨剂中的至少一种。
制备工艺:将糖类,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,微生物菌水剂,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入软化水中,培菌8~24小时;再加入氨基酸微量元素螯合物,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠,芸苔素内酯,杀虫杀菌剂,充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤,包装,即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液产品。
本发明营养液的组方中,采用了微生物菌水剂、氨基酸螯合微量元素、多肽蛋白液、海草精、磁能液等具有生物活性的物质,在赋予营养液生物活性的同时,有效增强了各营养物质间的协同作用,不仅能够促进果树的生长和繁育,还能有效的防止病虫害,有利于提高果品的品质。另外,还能大幅度提高水分利用率和农药利用率,对促进黄土高原果业生产的发展具有重要意义。
本发明果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液产品在甘肃省静宁县干沟乡东湾村苹果树上试验,10年苹果树输液2公斤,相当于根部浇水100公斤,输液后苹果树腐烂病、黑心病、红蜘蛛等病虫害明显减少,80果增加36%,增产28.5%。在甘肃省通渭县鸡川镇一株30年准备要挖去的苹果树上试验,老树发出了很多新枝,苹果挂满了枝条。在甘肃省农垦局条山农场黄金梨,甘肃省天水市秦安县大樱桃,甘肃省泾川县苹果上进行了大面积示范,能大幅度提高水分利用率达到98%以上,农药利用率达到99%以上,抗旱、节水、节药、促长、防治病虫害效果非常显著。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对果树输液专用高活性营养液的配方及制备工艺作进一步说明。
实施例一
原料配比:白糖1公斤,尿素1公斤,磷酸二氢钾0.5公斤,水溶性纳豆菌剂0.1公斤,甲壳素液0.1公斤,海草精0.1公斤,磁能液0.1公斤,多肽蛋白液0.1公斤,氨基酸螯合铁1公斤,吲哚丁酸钾0.01公斤,萘乙酸钠0.01公斤,芸苔素内酯0.01公斤,辛菌胺0.1公斤,软化水45公斤;
制备工艺:先将白糖,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,水溶性纳豆菌剂,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入软化水中,培菌8小时;再加入氨基酸螯合铁,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠,芸苔素内酯,辛菌胺,搅拌充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤两次,包装即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液。
实施例二
原料配比:红糖2公斤,尿素2公斤,磷酸二氢钾1公斤,乳酸菌水剂0.4公斤,甲壳素液0.4公斤,海草精0.4公斤,磁能液0.4公斤,多肽蛋白液0.2公斤,氨基酸螯合锌3公斤,吲哚丁酸钾0.015公斤,萘乙酸钠0.015公斤,芸苔素内酯0.015公斤,防腐灵0.015公斤,软化水48公斤;
制备工艺:先将红糖,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,乳酸菌水剂,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入软化水中,培菌10小时;再加入氨基酸螯合锌,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠,芸苔素内酯,防腐灵,搅拌充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤两次,包装即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液。
实施例三
原料配比:葡萄糖3公斤,尿素3公斤,磷酸二氢钾1.5公斤,酵母菌水剂0.6公斤,甲壳素液0.6公斤,海草精0.6公斤,磁能液0.6公斤,多肽蛋白液0.4公斤,氨基酸螯合钙5公斤,吲哚丁酸钾0.2公斤,萘乙酸钠0.2公斤,芸苔素内酯0.2公斤,百菌清0.2公斤,软化水50公斤;
制备工艺:先将葡萄糖,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,酵母菌水剂,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入软化水中,培菌15小时;再加入氨基酸螯合钙,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠公斤,芸苔素内酯,百菌清,搅拌充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤两次,包装即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液。
实施例四
原料配比:白糖4公斤,尿素4公斤,磷酸二氢钾2公斤,EM液0.8公斤,甲壳素液0.8公斤,海草精0.8公斤,磁能液0.6公斤,多肽蛋白液0.5公斤,氨基酸螯合铜8公斤,吲哚丁酸钾0.25公斤,萘乙酸钠0.25公斤,芸苔素内酯0.25公斤,阿维菌素甲维盐0.25公斤,软化水51公斤;
制备工艺:先将白糖,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,EM液,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入公斤软化水中,培菌16小时;再加入氨基酸螯合铜,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠,芸苔素内酯,阿维菌素甲维盐,搅拌充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤两次,包装即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液。
实施例五
原料配比:红糖3公斤,尿素5公斤,磷酸二氢钾2.5公斤,枯草杆菌1公斤,甲壳素液1公斤,海草精1公斤,磁能液0.7公斤,多肽蛋白液0.6公斤,氨基酸螯合硼10公斤,吲哚丁酸钾0.3公斤,萘乙酸钠0.03公斤,芸苔素内酯0.3公斤,哒螨灵0.3公斤,软化水52公斤;
制备工艺:先将红糖,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,枯草杆菌,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入软化水中,培菌18小时;再加入氨基酸螯合硼,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠,芸苔素内酯,哒螨灵,搅拌充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤两次,包装即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液。
实施例六
原料配比:葡萄糖4公斤,尿素1公斤,磷酸二氢钾3公斤,可溶性纳豆菌1公斤,甲壳素液1.2公斤,海草精1.2公斤,磁能液0.8公斤,多肽蛋白液0.7公斤,氨基酸螯合钼13公斤,吲哚丁酸钾0.35公斤,萘乙酸钠0.35公斤,芸苔素内酯0.35公斤,金灯笼春雷王铜0.35公斤,软化水53公斤;
制备工艺:先将葡萄糖,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,可溶性纳豆菌,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入软化水中,培菌20小时;再加入氨基酸螯合钼,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠,芸苔素内酯,金灯笼春雷王铜,搅拌充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤两次,包装即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液。
实施例七
原料配比:白糖5公斤,尿素3公斤,磷酸二氢钾3.5公斤,乳酸菌水剂1.4公斤,甲壳素液1.4公斤,海草精1.4公斤,磁能液1.5公斤,多肽蛋白液0.8公斤,氨基酸螯合锰15公斤,吲哚丁酸钾0.4公斤,萘乙酸钠0.04公斤,芸苔素内酯0.4公斤,杀螨红螨地0.4公斤,软化水50公斤;
制备工艺:先将白糖,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,乳酸菌水剂,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入软化水中,培菌18小时;再加入氨基酸螯合锰,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠,芸苔素内酯,杀螨红螨地,搅拌充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤二次,包装即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液。
实施例八
原料配比:红糖5公斤,尿素5公斤,磷酸二氢钾5公斤,可溶性纳豆菌2公斤,甲壳素液2公斤,海草精2公斤,磁能液1公斤,多肽蛋白液1公斤,氨基酸螯合铁20公斤,吲哚丁酸钾0.5公斤,萘乙酸钠0.5公斤,芸苔素内酯0.5公斤,辛菌胺0.5公斤,软化水55公斤;
制备工艺:先将红糖,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,可溶性纳豆菌,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入软化水中,培菌24小时;再加入氨基酸螯合铁,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠,芸苔素内酯,辛菌胺,搅拌充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤两次,包装即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液。
Claims (5)
1.一种果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液,是由以下原料和工艺制备而成:
原料配比:以重量份计
糖类1~5份,尿素1~5份,磷酸二氢钾0.5~5份,微生物菌水剂0.1~2份,甲壳素液0.1~2份,海草精0.1~2份,磁能液0.1~1份,多肽蛋白液0.1~1份,氨基酸微量元素螯合物1~20份,吲哚丁酸钾0.01~0.5份,萘乙酸钠0.01~0.5份,芸苔素内酯0.01~0.5份,杀虫杀菌剂0.1~0.5份,软化水45~55份;
制备工艺:将糖类,尿素,磷酸二氢钾,微生物菌水剂,甲壳素液,海草精,磁能液,多肽蛋白液加入软化水中,培菌8~24小时;再加入氨基酸微量元素螯合物,吲哚丁酸钾,萘乙酸钠,芸苔素内酯,杀虫杀菌剂,充分溶解;然后通过高效过滤机过滤,包装,即得果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液产品。
2.如权利要求1所述果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液,其特征在于:所述糖类为白糖、红糖、葡萄糖的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液,其特征在于:所述氨基酸螯合微量元素为氨基酸螯合铁,氨基酸螯合锌,氨基酸螯合钙,氨基酸螯合硼,氨基酸螯合钼,氨基酸螯合锰的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液,其特征在于:所述微生物菌水剂为水溶性纳豆菌剂,乳酸菌水剂,酵母菌水剂,EM液或枯草杆菌水剂。
5.如权利要求1所述果树输液专用高活性多功能营养液,其特征在于:所述杀虫杀菌剂为辛菌胺、防腐灵、百菌清、阿维菌素甲维盐、杀螨剂中的至少一种。
