本发明公开了一种温度可调碳晶电热毯,其包括套体、充电单元、温度监测单元、温度控制单元、设置在套体内部碳晶发热层、设置在碳晶发热层下表面的隔热层和设置在碳晶发热层上表面的导热层,所述套体外表面包裹有防水面料层,所述导热层上表面处设有网状隔热层,所述碳晶发热层包括若干碳晶发热片,所述碳晶发热片与碳晶发热片之间并联电性连接,所述碳晶发热片与碳晶发热片之间设有保温层,所述充电单元与碳晶发热层电性连接且该充电单元置于套体外部,充电单元和温度监测单元均与温度控制单元电性连接,所述一个充电单元对应数量不超过碳晶发热片总量2/3的碳晶发热片数量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于碳晶电子发热技术领域,具体涉及一种温度可调碳晶电热毯。
背景技术
电热毯是一种接触式电暖器具,它将整块的碳晶电热膜缝入毛毯里,通电时即发出热量,主要用于人们睡眠时提高被窝里的温度来达到取暖的目的,还可用于被褥的去潮除湿,但现有地暖毯不宜折叠,否则会对整块的碳晶电热膜造成损伤甚至漏电,具有较大的安全隐患,同时现有的地暖毯不宜水洗,外表褶皱严重,使用时会滑动,极为不便。
故,需要一种新的技术问题以解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有技术存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种温度可调碳晶电热毯,外观美观,发热迅速且受热均匀。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种温度可调碳晶电热毯,包括套体、充电单元、温度监测单元、温度控制单元、设置在套体内部碳晶发热层、设置在碳晶发热层下表面的隔热层和设置在碳晶发热层上表面的导热层,所述套体外表面包裹有防水面料层,所述导热层上表面处设有网状隔热层,所述碳晶发热层包括若干碳晶发热片,所述碳晶发热片与碳晶发热片之间并联电性连接,所述碳晶发热片与碳晶发热片之间设有保温层,所述充电单元与碳晶发热层电性连接且该充电单元置于套体外部,充电单元和温度监测单元均与温度控制单元电性连接,所述一个充电单元对应数量不超过碳晶发热片总量2/3的碳晶发热片数量。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的套体外设有棉套体。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的防水面料层下表面设有防滑层。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的网状隔热层包括若干上宽下窄的散热孔。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的位于碳晶发热层下表面的隔热层厚度为导热层厚度的1.5倍,为网状隔热层厚度的2倍。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:本发明的电热毯受热均匀,保温效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但同时说明本发明的保护范围并不局限于本实施例的具体范围,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1和图2所述的一种温度可调碳晶电热毯,包括套体1、充电单元、温度监测单元、温度控制单元、设置在套体1内部的碳晶发热层2、设置在碳晶发热层2下表面的隔热层3和设置在碳晶发热层2上表面的导热层4,该套体1 外表面包裹有防水面料层5,导热层2上表面处设有网状隔热层6,本实施例的碳晶发热层2包括若干碳晶发热片21,碳晶发热片21与碳晶发热片21之间并联电性连接,碳晶发热片21与碳晶发热片21之间设有保温层22,充电单元与碳晶发热层电性连接且该充电单元置于套体外部,充电单元和温度监测单元均与温度控制单元电性连接,一个充电单元对应数量不超过碳晶发热片21总量2/3 的碳晶发热片21数量。
本实施例的套体1外设有棉套体7,在该防水面料层5下表面设有防滑层8。
具体的,本实施例的网状隔热层6包括若干上宽下窄的散热孔,位于碳晶发热层2下表面的隔热层3厚度为导热层厚度的1.5倍,为网状隔热层6厚度的 2倍。
对实施例的电热毯进行性能测试:表面极值温差小于1℃,发热均匀度良好;连续通断电5000-5500次,未出现异常,温度保险丝完好。
基于上述实验结果,本实施例的电热毯安全系数高,发热稳定。

1.一种温度可调碳晶电热毯,其特征在于:包括套体、充电单元、温度监测单元、温度控制单元、设置在套体内部碳晶发热层、设置在碳晶发热层下表面的隔热层和设置在碳晶发热层上表面的导热层,所述套体外表面包裹有防水面料层,所述导热层上表面处设有网状隔热层,所述碳晶发热层包括若干碳晶发热片,所述碳晶发热片与碳晶发热片之间并联电性连接,所述碳晶发热片与碳晶发热片之间设有保温层,所述充电单元与碳晶发热层电性连接且该充电单元置于套体外部,充电单元和温度监测单元均与温度控制单元电性连接,所述一个充电单元对应数量不超过碳晶发热片总量2/3的碳晶发热片数量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度可调碳晶电热毯,其特征在于:所述套体外设有棉套体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度可调碳晶电热毯,其特征在于:所述防水面料层下表面设有防滑层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度可调碳晶电热毯,其特征在于:所述网状隔热层包括若干上宽下窄的散热孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度可调碳晶电热毯,其特征在于:位于碳晶发热层下表面的隔热层厚度为导热层厚度的1.5倍,为网状隔热层厚度的2倍。
