In embodiment 4 of the present invention, the cooperation state management module 21 may be further configured to, when receiving a relay obtaining request of the cooperative communication management platform, obtain a second neighboring node list for starting cooperation nearby according to the terminal location information and the program source node location information, where the cooperative communication management platform requests the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 to obtain the relay node list when the cooperative communication management module of the mobile terminal 3 requests the cooperative communication management platform to select a relay node; and sending the second adjacent node list to a cooperative communication management platform so that the cooperative communication management platform can make relay selection according to the network state of the adjacent node in the second adjacent node list.
Thirdly, as shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 3 of the present invention modifies the Terminal Multiplexer (TM) 31 and adds a cooperative communication management module (CCM) 33.
In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 3 may comprise a player 31 and a terminal multiplexer 32, wherein:
a player 31 for requesting a data stream to the content distribution network 1 so that the content distribution network 1 sends a cooperative communication judgment request to the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 in response to the data stream request of the player 31 of the mobile terminal 3; and receiving program source node information returned by the content distribution network 1, wherein the content distribution network 1 judges that the information streaming media is transmitted through the cooperative network under the condition that whether a node playing the same content as the terminal exists in the first adjacent node list, selects a program source node from the nodes playing the same content as the terminal, and returns the program source node information to the mobile terminal 3.
The terminal multiplexer 32 is configured to provide the terminal state information to the terminal remote maintenance management system 2, so that the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 determines whether the mobile terminal 3 starts cooperative communication according to the terminal state information; and providing the terminal position information to the terminal remote maintenance management system 2, so that the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 acquires the terminal position information from the terminal multiplexer 32 of the terminal under the condition that the mobile terminal 3 starts cooperative communication, acquires a first adjacent node list for starting cooperation according to the terminal position information, and returns the first adjacent node list to the content distribution network 1.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 3 may further include a cooperative communication management module 33, wherein:
the cooperative communication management module 33 is configured to request the cooperative communication management platform for relay node selection, send program source node information, so that the cooperative communication management platform requests the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 for obtaining a relay node list, and perform relay selection according to a network state of an adjacent node in the second adjacent node list;
the player 31 may also be used to download data for scheduling according to the program source node and relay node information.
Fourthly, as shown in fig. 1, a collaborative communication management platform 4 is newly added in the above embodiment of the present invention, where the collaborative communication management platform 4 includes an account information management module 41 and a relay scheduling module 42, where:
and the account information management module 41 is configured to perform black and white list management on the source node and the relay node in the form of user points. For example: according to the frequency of the nodes participating in the cooperation, the flow contribution and the like, the contribution of the nodes to participate in the cooperation is managed in the form of account points, and excitation is introduced to the nodes with higher points.
And the relay scheduling module 42 is configured to select an optimal relay node list according to a network state of a node in a cooperative communication state started near a location of the terminal.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the collaborative communication management platform 4 may include an account information management module 41, wherein:
the account information management module 41 is configured to, when the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 determines that the mobile terminal 3 starts cooperative communication, determine whether a terminal account is an active account; under the condition that the terminal account is an active account, indicating the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 to acquire a neighbor node list for starting cooperation according to the space position of the mobile terminal 3, so that the content distribution network 1 judges that the information streaming media is transmitted through a cooperation network or a mobile network according to whether a node playing the same content as the terminal exists in the first neighbor node list or not; and instructing the content distribution network 1 to determine that the streaming media is transmitted by the edge node of the content distribution network 1 through the mobile network in a case where the terminal account is an inactive account.
In another specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cooperative communication management platform 4 may further include a relay scheduling module 42, where:
a relay scheduling module 42, configured to receive a relay node selection request and program source node information sent by the mobile terminal 3; requesting a terminal remote maintenance management system 2 to acquire a relay node list; and relay selection is performed according to the network state of the adjacent node in the second adjacent node list, so that the mobile terminal 3 can download data for scheduling according to the information of the program source node and the relay node.
The embodiment of the invention provides a system for realizing IPTV program content transmission between terminal nodes in a hot spot area in a cooperative communication mode on the basis of the current IPTV networking mode and aiming at the problem of higher network resource consumption in the hot spot area. When a user initiates a program playing request, the CDN program source selection module determines whether to perform streaming media transmission over the collaboration network according to user account information and the like, and selects an appropriate source node as a program source according to information such as a geographic location of the user. Meanwhile, the relay selection module schedules proper relay nodes to participate in cooperative forwarding according to the information such as the geographical positions of the user and the program source node. And the account information management module is used for performing black and white list management on the source node and the relay node in the form of user points.
The embodiment of the invention has simple scheme and small modification amount to the original system. The above embodiment of the invention has high reliability: the invention has little change to the IPTV system, and the product is realized reliably and with little difficulty as long as the cooperation communication management platform and part of the function modules of the related systems are added. The embodiment of the invention has high practical value: by introducing a cooperative forwarding mechanism among the intermediate nodes, the end nodes in the hot spot area can be ensured to smoothly receive the video signals from the source node, and the network resource overhead of an operator is effectively reduced.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a first embodiment of a method for transmitting an IPTV video of a mobile terminal based on cooperative communication according to the present invention. Preferably, the embodiment can be executed by the IPTV video transmission system of the mobile terminal of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
in step 201, the player 31 of the mobile terminal 3 requests a data stream from the content distribution network 1.
Step 202, the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 acquires terminal state information from a terminal multiplexer of the mobile terminal 3; and judging whether the mobile terminal 3 starts cooperative communication according to the terminal state information.
Step 203, if the mobile terminal 3 starts the cooperative communication, the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 acquires the terminal position information from the terminal multiplexer of the mobile terminal 3; the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 acquires the first neighboring node list for starting cooperation according to the terminal position information, and returns the first neighboring node list to the content distribution network 1.
In step 204, the content distribution network 1 determines whether a node playing the same content as the terminal exists in the first neighboring node list.
In step 205, if there is a node playing the same content as the terminal in the first neighboring node list, the content distribution network 1 determines that the information streaming media is transmitted through the collaboration network, selects a program source node from the nodes playing the same content as the terminal, and returns program source node information to the mobile terminal 3.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step 205, the step of selecting a program source node from the nodes playing the same content as the terminal may include: and selecting a proper source node from the node playing the same content as the terminal as a program source node according to the information such as the geographical position of the user terminal.
Based on the method for transmitting the IPTV video of the mobile terminal based on cooperative communication provided by the above embodiments of the present invention, for the problem of higher network resource consumption in the hot spot area, the transmission of the IPTV program content is realized by the cooperative communication between the terminal nodes in the hot spot area, and through the basic principle of cooperative communication, the first neighboring node list for starting cooperation is obtained according to the terminal position information, and a program source node is selected from nodes in the first neighboring node list that play the same content as the terminal, that is, another mobile terminal that plays the same content as the terminal is selected as the program source node, so as to construct the IPTV video transmission network between the terminals, thereby ensuring that the terminal nodes in the hot spot area can smoothly receive video signals from the program source node, and effectively reducing the network resource overhead of operators.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment of a method for transmitting an IPTV video of a mobile terminal based on cooperative communication according to the present invention. Preferably, the embodiment can be executed by the IPTV video transmission system of the mobile terminal of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the steps of:
in step 301, the player 31 of the mobile terminal 3 requests a data stream from the content distribution network 1.
In step 302, the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 determines whether the mobile terminal 3 starts cooperative communication. If the mobile terminal 3 starts the cooperative communication, step 303 is executed; otherwise, if the mobile terminal 3 does not start cooperative communication, step 308 is executed.
Step 303, the cooperative communication management platform 4 determines whether the terminal account is an active account. If the terminal account is an active account, executing step 304; otherwise, if the terminal account is an inactive account, step 308 is executed.
In step 304, the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 acquires the terminal location information from the terminal multiplexer of the mobile terminal 3.
In step 305, the remote terminal maintenance and management system 2 obtains the first neighboring node list for starting cooperation according to the terminal location information, and returns the first neighboring node list to the content distribution network 1.
In step 306, the content distribution network 1 determines whether a node playing the same content as the terminal exists in the first neighboring node list.
Step 307, if the first neighboring node list has a node playing the same content as the terminal, the content distribution network 1 determines that the information streaming media is transmitted through the cooperative network, selects a program source node from the node playing the same content as the terminal, and returns program source node information to the mobile terminal 3; after which no further steps of the present embodiment are performed.
The streaming media is transmitted by the edge node of the content distribution network 1 over the mobile network, step 308.
According to the embodiment of the invention, whether the terminal account is an active account, whether the terminal is in a cooperative communication state, and whether a program source exists in the mobile terminal in the area near the position of the terminal, the terminal can be judged to adopt a nearby mobile terminal or a CDN edge node as a streaming media source end. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention improves the adaptability of the mobile terminal to various network environments. The embodiment of the invention can select another mobile terminal playing the same content as the terminal as the program source node, and construct the IPTV video transmission network between the terminals, thereby ensuring that the end node can smoothly receive the video signal from the program source node in the hot spot area, and effectively reducing the network resource overhead of an operator.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a mobile terminal IPTV video transmission method based on cooperative communication according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Preferably, the embodiment can be executed by the IPTV video transmission system of the mobile terminal of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, after the method of the embodiment of fig. 2 or fig. 3, the method may further include the following steps:
step 401, the cooperative communication management module of the mobile terminal 3 requests the cooperative communication management platform 4 for relay node selection, and sends program source node information.
In step 402, the cooperative communication management platform 4 requests the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 to obtain a relay node list.
In step 403, the terminal remote maintenance management system 2 obtains a second neighboring node list for nearby collaboration according to the terminal location information and the program source node location information.
In step 404, the cooperative communication management platform 4 performs relay selection according to the network state of the neighboring node in the second neighboring node list.
In step 405, the mobile terminal 3 downloads data for scheduling according to "source-relay" (i.e. program source node and relay node information).
The embodiment of the invention has high practical value: acquiring a first adjacent node list for starting cooperation according to terminal position information by a basic principle of cooperative communication, and selecting a program source node from nodes playing the same content as a terminal in the first adjacent node list, namely selecting another mobile terminal playing the same content as the terminal as the program source node; by introducing a cooperative forwarding mechanism between intermediate nodes, a second adjacent node list for starting cooperation nearby is obtained according to the terminal position information and the program source node position information, relay selection is carried out according to the network state of adjacent nodes in the second adjacent node list, so that the program source node and relay node information are determined, and an IPTV video transmission network between terminals is constructed, thereby ensuring that end nodes in a hot spot area can smoothly receive video signals from source nodes, and effectively reducing network resource overhead of operators.
The functional units of the program source selection module 11, the cooperation state management module 21, the terminal location management module 22, the terminal multiplexer 32, the cooperation communication management module 33, the account information management module 41, the relay scheduling module 42, and the like described above may be implemented as a general purpose processor, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof for performing the functions described herein.
Thus far, the present invention has been described in detail. Some details well known in the art have not been described in order to avoid obscuring the concepts of the present invention. It will be fully apparent to those skilled in the art from the foregoing description how to practice the presently disclosed embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (11)

1. A method for transmitting IPTV video of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a player of the mobile terminal requests a data stream to a content distribution network system;
the terminal remote maintenance management system judges whether the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication;
if the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication, the terminal remote maintenance management system acquires a first adjacent node list for starting cooperation according to the terminal position information and returns the first adjacent node list to the content distribution network system;
the content distribution network system judges whether a node containing a data stream requested by the mobile terminal exists in the first neighbor node list or not;
if the first neighbor node list contains a node containing a data stream requested by the mobile terminal, the content distribution network system judges that the information stream media is transmitted through the cooperative network, selects a program source node from the node containing the data stream requested by the mobile terminal, and returns program source node information to the mobile terminal;
the IPTV video transmission method of the mobile terminal further comprises the following steps:
a cooperative communication management module of the mobile terminal requests a cooperative communication management platform for relay node selection and sends program source node information;
the cooperative communication management platform requests a terminal remote maintenance management system to acquire a relay node list;
the terminal remote maintenance management system acquires a second adjacent node list of nearby start-up cooperation according to the terminal position information and the program source node position information;
the cooperative communication management platform performs relay selection according to the network state of the adjacent node in the second adjacent node list;
and the mobile terminal downloads data according to the information of the program source node and the relay node.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the first neighbor node list does not have a node containing the data stream requested by the mobile terminal, the streaming media is transmitted by an edge node of the content distribution network system through the mobile network;
and if the mobile terminal does not start the cooperative communication, the streaming media is transmitted by the edge node of the content distribution network system through the mobile network.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
if the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication, the cooperative communication management platform judges whether the terminal account is an active account;
if the terminal account is an active account, executing the step that the terminal remote maintenance management system acquires a neighbor node list for starting cooperation according to the space position of the mobile terminal;
and if the terminal account is an inactive account, the streaming media is transmitted by an edge node of the content distribution network system through the mobile network.
4. A content distribution network system comprising a program source selection module, wherein:
the program source selection module is used for responding to a data stream request of a mobile terminal player, sending a cooperative communication judgment request to a terminal remote maintenance management system so that the terminal remote maintenance management system can judge whether the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication, and acquiring a first adjacent node list for starting cooperation under the condition that the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication; receiving a first neighbor node list returned by a terminal remote maintenance management system; judging whether a node containing a data stream requested by the mobile terminal exists in the first neighbor node list or not; and in case it is determined that there is a node in the first neighbor node list that contains the data stream requested by the mobile terminal, determining that the information stream media is transmitted through the cooperative network, selecting a program source node from the nodes containing the data stream requested by the mobile terminal, and returning program source node information to the mobile terminal, the cooperative communication management module of the mobile terminal requests a cooperative communication management platform for relay node selection and sends program source node information, the cooperative communication management platform requests a terminal remote maintenance management system for obtaining a relay node list, the terminal remote maintenance management system obtains a second adjacent node list nearby for starting cooperation according to the terminal position information and the program source node position information, the cooperative communication management platform performs relay selection according to the network state of adjacent nodes in the second adjacent node list, and the mobile terminal performs data downloading according to the program source node and the relay node information.
5. The content distribution network system according to claim 4,
the program source selection module is further configured to determine that the streaming media is transmitted by an edge node of the content distribution network system through the mobile network when the first neighboring node list does not include a node containing a data stream requested by the mobile terminal, or when the terminal remote maintenance management system determines that the mobile terminal does not start cooperative communication.
6. A terminal remote maintenance management system is characterized by comprising a cooperation state management module and a terminal position management module, wherein:
the cooperative state management module is used for acquiring terminal state information from a terminal multiplexer of the terminal and judging whether the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication or not under the condition of receiving a cooperative communication judgment request sent by the content distribution network system, wherein the content distribution network system responds to a data stream request of a mobile terminal player and sends a cooperative communication judgment request to the terminal remote maintenance management system;
the terminal position management module is used for acquiring terminal position information from a terminal multiplexer of a terminal under the condition that the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication, acquiring a first adjacent node list for starting cooperation according to the terminal position information, and returning the first adjacent node list to the content distribution network system, so that the content distribution network system judges that information stream media is transmitted through a cooperative network according to the existence of a node containing data stream requested by the mobile terminal in the first adjacent node list, selects a program source node from the node containing the data stream requested by the mobile terminal, and returns program source node information to the mobile terminal;
the cooperation state management module is further used for acquiring a second adjacent node list for starting cooperation nearby according to the terminal position information and the program source node position information when receiving a relay acquisition request of the cooperation communication management platform, wherein the cooperation communication management platform requests the terminal remote maintenance management system to acquire the relay node list under the condition that the cooperation communication management module of the mobile terminal requests the cooperation communication management platform to select the relay node; and sending the second adjacent node list to a cooperative communication management platform so that the cooperative communication management platform can perform relay selection according to the network state of the adjacent nodes in the second adjacent node list, and the mobile terminal can download data according to the program source node and the relay node information.
7. The terminal remote maintenance management system according to claim 6,
the cooperation state management module is further used for indicating the content distribution network system to judge that the streaming media is transmitted by the edge node of the content distribution network system through the mobile network under the condition that the mobile terminal does not start cooperation communication.
8. The terminal remote maintenance management system according to claim 6 or 7,
the terminal position management module is also used for indicating the cooperative communication management platform to judge whether the terminal account is an active account or not under the condition that the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication; under the condition that the cooperative communication management platform judges that the terminal account is an active account, executing the operation of acquiring the terminal position information from a terminal multiplexer of the terminal; and under the condition that the cooperative communication management platform judges that the terminal account is an inactive account, indicating the content distribution network system to judge that the streaming media is transmitted by an edge node of the content distribution network system through a mobile network.
9. A mobile terminal comprising a player and a terminal multiplexer, wherein:
the player is used for requesting data streams to the content distribution network system so that the content distribution network system responds to the data stream request of the mobile terminal player and sends a cooperative communication judgment request to the terminal remote maintenance management system;
the terminal multiplexer is used for providing terminal state information for the terminal remote maintenance management system so that the terminal remote maintenance management system can judge whether the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication according to the terminal state information; providing terminal position information to a terminal remote maintenance management system so that the terminal remote maintenance management system acquires the terminal position information from a terminal multiplexer of a terminal under the condition that a mobile terminal starts cooperative communication, acquires a first adjacent node list for starting cooperation according to the terminal position information, and returns the first adjacent node list to a content distribution network system;
the player is also used for receiving program source node information returned by the content distribution network system, wherein the content distribution network system judges that the information stream media is transmitted through the cooperative network under the condition that the first adjacent node list is judged to have nodes containing data streams requested by the mobile terminal, selects the program source node from the nodes containing the data streams requested by the mobile terminal and returns the program source node information to the mobile terminal;
wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a collaborative communication management module, wherein:
the cooperative communication management module is used for requesting relay node selection to the cooperative communication management platform and sending program source node information so that the cooperative communication management platform requests the terminal remote maintenance management system to acquire a relay node list, the terminal remote maintenance management system acquires a second adjacent node list nearby for starting cooperation according to the terminal position information and the program source node position information, and the cooperative communication management platform performs relay selection according to the network state of adjacent nodes in the second adjacent node list;
the player is also used for downloading data according to the program source node and the relay node information.
10. A collaborative communication management platform, comprising an account information management module, wherein:
the account information management module is used for judging whether the terminal account is an active account or not under the condition that the terminal remote maintenance management system judges that the mobile terminal starts cooperative communication; under the condition that a terminal account is an active account, indicating a terminal remote maintenance management system to acquire a first adjacent node list for starting cooperation according to the space position of a mobile terminal, and returning the first adjacent node list to a content distribution network system, so that the content distribution network system judges that information streaming media is transmitted through a cooperative network according to the existence of a node containing data streams requested by the mobile terminal in the first adjacent node list, selects a program source node from the node containing the data streams requested by the mobile terminal, and returns program source node information to the mobile terminal; and under the condition that the terminal account is an inactive account, instructing the content distribution network system to judge that the streaming media is transmitted by an edge node of the content distribution network system through a mobile network;
wherein, the cooperative communication management platform further comprises a relay scheduling module, wherein:
the relay scheduling module is used for receiving a relay node selection request and program source node information sent by the mobile terminal; requesting a terminal remote maintenance management system to acquire a relay node list so that the terminal remote maintenance management system can acquire a second adjacent node list for starting cooperation nearby according to the terminal position information and the program source node position information; and performing relay selection according to the network state of the adjacent node in the second adjacent node list so that the mobile terminal can download data according to the information of the program source node and the relay node.
11. A mobile terminal IPTV video transmission system, comprising the content distribution network system of claim 4 or 5, the terminal remote maintenance management system of any of claims 6-8, the mobile terminal of claim 9, and the collaborative communication management platform of claim 10.
