A secondary cable stripper as in claim 1 wherein: a group of second vertical plates (1 n) are arranged on a first seat body (1 a) at the other side of the first groove (1 i) at intervals, third through holes (1 p) are formed in each second vertical plate (1 n), and all the third through holes (1 p) are coaxially arranged;
a group of first vertical plates (1 f) are arranged on a second base (1 b) at the other side of the second groove (1 q) at intervals, a yielding groove (1 g) is formed in each first vertical plate (1 f), all yielding grooves (1 g) are arranged in a collinear manner, and clamping grooves (1 h) are formed in the bottoms of the yielding grooves (1 g).
4. A secondary cable stripper according to claim 2 or 3 wherein the fixed shaft (9) adopts one of the following configurations:
a. the fixed shaft (9) comprises a round rod (9 a), a group of first cutting planes (9 b) are arranged on the same side of the round rod (9 a) at intervals, and all the first cutting planes (9 b) are arranged in parallel;
b. the fixed shaft (9) comprises a round rod (9 a), a group of first cutting planes (9 b) are arranged at intervals on two symmetrical sides of the round rod (9 a), and all the first cutting planes (9 b) are arranged in parallel;
c. the fixed shaft (9) comprises a round rod (9 a), a group of first cutting planes (9 b) are arranged at intervals on two symmetrical sides of the round rod (9 a), all the first cutting planes (9 b) are arranged in parallel, and the first cutting planes (9 b) on two sides of the round rod (9 a) are symmetrically arranged;
d. the fixed shaft (9) comprises a round rod (9 a), and a second cutting plane (9 c) is arranged on one side of the round rod (9 a);
e. the fixed shaft (9) comprises a round rod (9 a), two symmetrical sides of the round rod (9 a) are respectively provided with a second cutting plane (9 c), and the two second cutting planes (9 c) are symmetrically arranged;
f. the fixed shaft (9) is of a cuboid rod-shaped structure.

The secondary cable stripper of claim 4 wherein: one end of the fixed shaft (9) is provided with a knob (10), the knob (10) is of a stepped cylindrical structure, knurls are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the cylinder with the increased diameter, the knob (10) is also provided with a movable alignment scale mark, the first seat body (1 a) or the second seat body (1 b) is provided with a fixed alignment scale mark, and the movable alignment scale mark and the fixed alignment scale mark are correspondingly matched.
