技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头领域,具体为一种触摸感应水龙头及其控制方法。
背景技术
水龙头作为一种日常生产生活的必须设备,广泛地应用在厨房、卫生间等地方。早期龙头主要采用手动开关的方式开关水,随着技术的发展,出现了采用触摸感应方式开关水,采用感应方式需要用到电磁阀来控制,当电磁阀损坏或没电时,龙头则无法使用,为解决这一问题,现已有将感应方式与手动开关结合起来的厨房龙头,通过一个切换阀体实现感应方式与手动开关的切换,但是这样需要多做一个调节阀来实现手动开关的功能,而且结构复杂,成本也更高。另外现有的触碰龙头基本上都是通过触碰到龙头体达到规定时间来实现开水与关水,当实际使用时,假如使用者需要旋转龙头则刚触碰到龙头时以及有带电物体接触后直接出水而造成水资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种触摸感应水龙头及其控制方法,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种触摸感应水龙头,包括龙头本体、花洒、混水阀和主控制盒,所述花洒设置在龙头本体的上端,所述混水阀设置在龙头本体下端内,所述混水阀的冷水进水端和热水进水端分别与冷水进水管和热水进水管连接,冷水进水管和热水进水管与混水阀之间分别设有止回阀,防止冷水及热水压力不同互串回流,所述混水阀的出水端接主控制盒的进水端,所述混水阀的把手伸出龙头本体外,所述混水阀通过旋转把手可以进行调温,通过压抬把手可以进行开关水;所述主控制盒包括旋钮、进水端、出水端、电机阀组件,当旋钮处于第一位置时,开阀状态时电机阀组件处于泄压状态,主控制盒的进水端与出水端导通,水龙头出水,关阀状态时电机阀组件处于保压状态,主控制盒的进水端与出水端不导通,水龙头关水;所述的电机阀组件设置有从动齿轮、限位台阶,所述的从动齿轮上设有凸台,所述的旋钮当旋钮旋转180度处于第二位置时,旋钮上的摆臂与限位台阶将从动齿轮固定于第二位置处,电机阀组件处于手动状态,且不受电机控制;即主控制盒进水端与出水端处于通路的状态,由把手手动控制开关水。
进一步地,所述主控制盒的出水端与花洒连通,所述电机阀组件和触控组件分别与控制电路板电连接,所述触控组件通过信号线与龙头本体连接,所述龙头本由导电材料制成,龙头本体通过绝缘底座如塑料底座固定安装在台面上,实现与台面绝缘;控制电路板通过电源线接电池,由电池进行供电。
进一步地,所述混水阀的出水端通过第一软管接主控制盒的进水端,所述主控制盒的出水端通过第二软管与花洒连通,所述花洒可抽拉设置在龙头本体的上端,第二软管上设有重力块,实现花洒复位,所述花洒通过绝缘件与龙头本体绝缘,所述花洒与龙头本体的连接处设有磁控开关,所述磁控开关与控制电路板电连接。

将切换旋钮旋到第二位置,通过抬压把手开关水并通过旋转把手调节出水温度。
与已公开技术相比,本发明存在以下优点:本发明同时具有抽拉出水、触摸出水和手动开关出水功能,功能多样化,而且结构简单,只需要单条水路即可实现手动出水与感应出水双功能自由切换,旋钮只需旋转180度即可完成切换,操作灵活简便,同时采用触摸离开后出水的操作方式,相对于触摸直接出水能够避免操作时误出水导致水资源的浪费、用户体验更佳。
