Abstract

一种具有压力正反馈结构的直动式三通减压阀,包括紧密配合的阀体以及阀芯,阀体上开有节流口、出油口和回油口,出油口与阀芯的配合,油液从节流口进入,从出油口流出进入执行元件;阀芯的顶端和阀体之间形成A1油腔,A1油腔内阀芯的顶端通过压力设定弹簧和可调螺钉的底端连接,可调螺钉的中部通过螺纹方式与阀体连接,可调螺钉的顶端伸出阀体外,阀芯的底端和阀体之间形成A2油腔,出油口和A1油腔、A2油腔连通,A1油腔处的阀芯的受力面积小于A2油腔处的阀芯受力面积;本发明将阀体上出油口的压力油液引入了A1油腔,作为压力正反馈,在阀工作过程中,与A2油腔两者相互比较,共同作用推动阀芯工作,能够显著提高阀的响应速度。

技术领域
本发明属于三通减压阀技术领域,具体涉及一种具有压力正反馈结构的直动式三通减压阀。
背景技术
常见三通减压阀一般采用了压力负反馈的结构形式,也就是阀出口的压力作为阀芯的驱动力促使阀口的节流口面积减小,从而减小阀的出口流量。单纯的采用负反馈的结构形式,阀的响应速度较低。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有压力正反馈结构的直动式三通减压阀,能够显著提高阀的响应速度。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种具有压力正反馈结构的直动式三通减压阀,包括阀体3以及阀芯4,阀芯4与阀体3紧密配合在一起,且阀芯4能够在阀体3内沿轴线自由滑动,阀体3上开有节流口P、出油口A和回油口T,出油口A与阀芯4的配合,油液从节流口P进入,从出油口A流出进入执行元件,当阀芯4向上移动到将出油口A的上限位置完全关闭后,出油口A的油液能够从出油口A流经阀体3从回油口T流回油箱;阀芯4的顶端和阀体3之间形成A1油腔,A1油腔内阀芯4的顶端和压力设定弹簧2的顶端连接,压力设定弹簧2的顶端和可调螺钉1的底端连接,可调螺钉1的中部通过螺纹连接方式与阀体3连接在一起,可调螺钉1的顶端伸出阀体3外,可调螺钉1伸出阀体3的距离可调;阀芯4的底端和阀体3之间形成A2油腔,出油口A和A1油腔、A2油腔连通,A1油腔处的阀芯4的受力面积小于A2油腔处的阀芯4受力面积。
本发明的有益效果为:将阀体3上出油口A的压力油液引入了阀芯4上端A1油腔,作为压力正反馈,在阀工作过程中,与A2油腔两者相互比较,共同作用推动阀芯4工作,能够显著提高阀的响应速度。

下面结合附图对本发明做详细描述。
参照图1,一种具有压力正反馈结构的直动式三通减压阀,包括阀体3以及阀芯4,阀芯4与阀体3紧密配合在一起,且阀芯4能够在阀体3内沿轴线自由滑动,阀体3上开有节流口P、出油口A和回油口T,出油口A与阀芯4的配合,油液从节流口P进入,从出油口A流出进入执行元件,当阀芯4向上移动到将出油口A的上限位置完全关闭后,出油口A的油液能够从出油口A流经阀体3从回油口T流回油箱;阀芯4的顶端和阀体3之间形成A1油腔,A1油腔内阀芯4的顶端和压力设定弹簧2的顶端连接,压力设定弹簧2的顶端和可调螺钉1的底端连接,可调螺钉1的中部通过螺纹连接方式与阀体3连接在一起,可调螺钉1的顶端伸出阀体3外,可调螺钉1伸出阀体3的距离可调;阀芯4的底端和阀体3之间形成A2油腔,出油口A和A1油腔、A2油腔连通,将出油口A处的压力作为正反馈引入阀芯的上端A1油腔处,作为负反馈引入阀芯的下端A2油腔处,A1油腔处的阀芯4的受力面积小于A2油腔处的阀芯4受力面积。
本发明的工作原理为:在出油口A处,分两路油液分别进入A1油腔及A2油腔,其中A1油腔起压力正反馈的作用,A2油腔起到压力负反馈的作用,A1油腔处的阀芯4的受力面积小于A2油腔处的阀芯4受力面积,出油口A处的油压分别作用在这两个作用面积上,当阀芯4的液压力小于设定弹簧2的压力设定值时,阀芯4向上移动,出油口A处的通流面积减小,流量减小,从而保证出油口A处的压力为压力设定弹簧2的设定压力值。当出油口A压力升高的一定值时,阀芯4将从节流口P流向出油口A的节流口关闭,从而高压油液从出油口A流经阀体3从回油口T流出,返回油箱,从而出油口A的压力降低为压力设定弹簧2设定值。

1.一种具有压力正反馈结构的直动式三通减压阀,包括阀体(3)以及阀芯(4),阀芯(4)与阀体(3)紧密配合在一起,且阀芯(4)能够在阀体(3)内沿轴线自由滑动,阀体(3)上开有节流口(P)、出油口(A)和回油口(T),出油口(A)与阀芯(4)的配合,油液从节流口(P)进入,从出油口(A)流出进入执行元件,当阀芯(4)向上移动到将出油口(A)的上限位置完全关闭后,出油口(A)的油液能够从出油口(A)流经阀体(3)从回油口(T)流回油箱;其特征在于:阀芯(4)的顶端和阀体(3)之间形成A1油腔,A1油腔内阀芯(4)的顶端和压力设定弹簧(2)的顶端连接,压力设定弹簧(2)的顶端和可调螺钉(1)的底端连接,可调螺钉(1)的中部通过螺纹连接方式与阀体(3)连接在一起,可调螺钉(1)的顶端伸出阀体(3)外,可调螺钉(1)伸出阀体(3)的距离可调;阀芯(4)的底端和阀体(3)之间形成A2油腔,出油口(A)和A1油腔、A2油腔连通,A1油腔处的阀芯(4)的受力面积小于A2油腔处的阀芯(4)受力面积。
