技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种框扇齐平窗结构,属于建筑门窗技术领域。
背景技术
建筑节能是落实我国“节能减排”政策的重要内容之一。但随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的审美观也开始显现出来,因此在注重节能的同时,美观也是必不可少的部分。目前市场上,纯木门窗与铝合金门窗层出不穷,纯木门窗隔热性能极好,且具有天然的树木纹理,美观高雅,消费者对其十分热衷,虽拥有较高的节能功效,但本身消耗了大量的木材资源,且价格昂贵;而对于铝合金门窗,其造价低廉,但在外观上达不到纯木门窗那种天然纹理的美感,不能满足要求越发提高的消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种框扇齐平,气密以及水密性能佳,安全性能高且不失美观的框扇齐平窗结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种框扇齐平窗结构,包括窗框、窗扇、压线、玻璃以及窗框与窗扇之间的密封胶条,所述的窗框、窗扇为断桥铝合金结构,窗扇与窗框连接处形成三道由密封胶条构成的密封结构;所述窗框与窗扇在室外侧形成齐平结构,而在室内侧形成窗扇压窗框结构。
作为优选:所述窗框、窗扇的角部通过角码连接,同时窗框、窗扇的角部两侧型材内设置有角插片;所述压线采用卡入式直接安装在窗扇内侧,玻璃与压线和窗扇之间采用密封胶条密封相接;所述三道密封结构中的中间密封胶条为大鸭嘴密封胶条。
作为优选:所述的压线是通过压线胶条并采用卡入式直接安装在窗扇内侧;所述窗扇的内腔中设置有一玻璃托,所述的玻璃通过插接在窗扇内、并通过玻璃垫压接在所述的玻璃托的上面。
本发明的有益效果:它能有效的增加门窗的安全性能且不失美观;储水槽抬高设计,增加储水量,提升了水密性能;三道密封结构,密封性能佳;压线采用卡入式方压线,使得其在组装时更方便,更牢固,提高加工效率。
本发明具有框扇齐平,气密以及水密性能佳,安全性能高且不失美观等特点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的框扇齐平窗结构,其特征在于所述窗框(1)、窗扇(2)的角部通过角码连接,同时窗框(1)、窗扇(2)的角部两侧型材内设置有角插片;所述压线(3)采用卡入式直接安装在窗扇(2)内侧,玻璃(4)与压线(3)和窗扇(2)之间采用(6)密封胶条密封相接;所述三道密封结构中的中间密封胶条为大鸭嘴密封胶条(9)。
