本发明公开了一种复合地板，包括耐磨层、防火层、花纹纸层、隔音层、防水层和基材层，所述防火层位于所述耐磨层的下方，所述花纹纸层位于所述防火层的下方，所述隔音层位于所述花纹纸层的下方，所述基材层位于所述防水层的下方。本发明提供一种复合地板，结构简单，设计合理，耐磨性能好、防水性好、变形小且经济环保的复合地板；同时具有防火和隔音的效果；双层隔音，隔音效果佳。

一种复合地板
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装潢用的复合木地板，具体涉及一种复合地板，属于地板装饰领域。
背景技术
复合地板，是地板的其中一种，一般都是由四层材料复合组成：底层、基材层、装饰层和耐磨层组成，其中耐磨层的转数决定了复合地板的寿命。复合地板比普通漆饰地板耐磨10～30倍以上，有耐磨、美观、稳定、抗冲击。耐污染、安装方便、保养简单等优点，特别适用于地暖系统的房间。复合地板在市场上经常泛指强化复合木地板和实木复合地板，但复合地板在实际使用时，若被水泡损坏后不可修复，脚感较差。可见水是木地板的天敌，复合地板的吸水后膨胀率、耐磨转数及甲醛含量等都是选择优质复合地板的重要指标，且目前的复合地板用于铺设大面积时，常会有整体起拱变形的现象。研制出一种耐磨性能好、防水性好、变形小、脚感舒适的复合地板是当今室内装修领域研究的一大热点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种复合地板，结构简单，设计合理，耐磨性能好、防水性好、变形小且经济环保的复合地板；同时具有防火和隔音的效果；双层隔音，隔音效果佳。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种复合地板，
包括耐磨层、防火层、花纹纸层、第一隔音层、防水层、第二隔音层和基材层，所述防火层位于所述耐磨层的下方，所述花纹纸层位于所述防火层的下方，所述隔音层位于所述花纹纸层的下方，所述基材层位于所述防水层的下方；
所述耐磨层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm,所述防火层的厚度为0.2-0.3cm,所述花纹纸层的厚度为0.1-0.2cm,所述第一隔音层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm,所述防水层的厚度为0.2-0.4cm,所述第二隔音层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm,所述基材层的厚度为0.5-0.8cm,所述复合地板的总厚度为1.6-2.5cm。
进一步地说，所述耐磨层的厚度为0.4cm,所述防火层的厚度为0.3cm,所述花纹纸层的厚度为0.2cm,所述第一隔音层的厚度为0.4cm,所述防水层的厚度为0.3cm,所述第二隔音层的厚度为0.4cm,所述基材层的厚度为0.6cm,所述复合地板的总厚度为2.2cm。
进一步地说，所述耐磨层为耐磨纸层。
进一步地说，所述防火层为氯氧镁防火板层。
进一步地说，所述花纹纸层为防滑花纹纸层。
进一步地说，所述第一隔音层和第二隔音层皆为阻尼隔音板层。
进一步地说，所述防水层为防水蜜蜡层。
本发明的有益效果至少具有以下几点：
本发明与传统的木质地板相比更具有耐磨性、防水性，比木质地板更不易变形，同时具有防火和隔音的效果，经济环保，适用于地暖系统的房间，有益于推广。

实施例：一种复合地板，如图1所示，包括耐磨层1、防火层2、花纹纸层3、第一隔音层4、防水层5、第二隔音层6和基材层7，所述防火层位于所述耐磨层的下方，所述花纹纸层位于所述防火层的下方，所述隔音层位于所述花纹纸层的下方，所述基材层位于所述防水层的下方；
所述耐磨层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm,所述防火层的厚度为0.2-0.3cm,所述花纹纸层的厚度为0.1-0.2cm,所述第一隔音层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm,所述防水层的厚度为0.2-0.4cm,所述第二隔音层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm,所述基材层的厚度为0.5-0.8cm,所述复合地板的总厚度为1.6-2.5cm。
本实施例中优选的是，所述耐磨层的厚度为0.4cm,所述防火层的厚度为0.3cm,所述花纹纸层的厚度为0.2cm,所述第一隔音层的厚度为0.4cm,所述防水层的厚度为0.3cm,所述第二隔音层的厚度为0.4cm,所述基材层的厚度为0.6cm,所述复合地板的总厚度为2.2cm。
所述耐磨层为耐磨纸层。
所述防火层为氯氧镁防火板层。
所述花纹纸层为防滑花纹纸层。
所述第一隔音层和第二隔音层皆为阻尼隔音板层。
所述防水层为防水蜜蜡层。
本发明的工作原理或工作流程如下：

1.一种复合地板，其特征在于：包括耐磨层(1)、防火层(2)、花纹纸层(3)、第一隔音层(4)、防水层(5)、第二隔音层(6)和基材层(7)，所述防火层位于所述耐磨层的下方，所述花纹纸层位于所述防火层的下方，所述隔音层位于所述花纹纸层的下方，所述基材层位于所述防水层的下方；
所述耐磨层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm,所述防火层的厚度为0.2-0.3cm,所述花纹纸层的厚度为0.1-0.2cm,所述第一隔音层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm,所述防水层的厚度为0.2-0.4cm,所述第二隔音层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm,所述基材层的厚度为0.5-0.8cm,所述复合地板的总厚度为1.9-3.0cm。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种复合地板，其特征在于：所述耐磨层的厚度为0.4cm,所述防火层的厚度为0.3cm,所述花纹纸层的厚度为0.2cm,所述第一隔音层的厚度为0.4cm,所述防水层的厚度为0.3cm,所述第二隔音层的厚度为0.4cm,所述基材层的厚度为0.6cm,所述复合地板的总厚度为2.6cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合地板，其特征在于：所述耐磨层为耐磨纸层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合地板，其特征在于：所述防火层为氯氧镁防火板层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合地板，其特征在于：所述花纹纸层为防滑花纹纸层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合地板，其特征在于：所述第一隔音层和第二隔音层皆为阻尼隔音板层。
