一种具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料,包括经纱和纬纱,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述的经纱的布身穿综1、2、3、4、5、6、7和8顺穿,所述的纬纱布身穿综2根一组回头,采用了4组回头,第一组回头1、2、5和8,还有3、4、5和8,第二组回头2、3、4和7,还有2、5、6和7,第三组回头1、4、5和6,还有1、4、7和8,第四组回头3、6、7和8,还有1、2、3和6,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的胚重为416.41g。本发明为用户提供了一种保暖性好、吸湿排汗、滑爽快干、弹力优秀不会变形和防起静电的具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品,尤其涉及一种具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,生活水平的提高,人们对服装的追求不断向休闲,舒适,随意大方发展,可是到了冬天,人们因为工作的需求,也要去劳动,而以往的服装面料,在人们劳动出汗后,并不能很好的吸湿排汗,穿着久了还会出现衣服“变大”的现象,还会在干燥的冬天在人体穿着时带来“静电”。
为此,有必要提出一种保暖性好、吸湿排汗、滑爽快干、弹力优秀不会变形和防起静电的具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种保暖性好、吸湿排汗、滑爽快干、弹力优秀不会变形和防起静电的具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料,包括经纱和纬纱,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述的经纱的布身穿综1、2、3、4、5、6、7和8顺穿,所述的纬纱布身穿综2根一组回头,采用了4组回头,第一组回头1、2、5和8,还有3、4、5和8,第二组回头2、3、4和7,还有2、5、6和7,第三组回头1、4、5和6,还有1、4、7和8,第四组回头3、6、7和8,还有1、2、3和6,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的胚重为416.41g。
进一步,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料上机筘幅的外幅198cm,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料上机筘幅的内幅196cm。
进一步,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的边经根数为72,所述的总经根数为7128。
进一步,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的穿综方法为内经每综1根和每4根1筘,边经为每综1根和每4根1筘。
进一步,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的经纱由21S/1白色涤粘纱组成,所述的经纱用纱量为227.22g/y。
进一步,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的纬纱采用包芯纱结构,所述的包芯纱由外包层和芯纱组成,所述的外包层由21S/1白色涤粘纱,所述的芯纱由氨纶400组成,所述的纬纱用纱量为189.98g/y,所述的纬纱密度为30根/cm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明经纱方面采用了21S/1白色涤粘纱,使本发明面料经纱方面弹力优秀、滑爽快干、吸湿排汗和防起静电等,所述纬纱方面采用了包芯结构,外包层采用了21S/1白色涤粘纱,芯纱采用了氨纶400,使本发明纬纱方面弹力优秀、滑爽快干、吸湿排汗和防起静电等,然后再通过本发明的穿综方法,为用户提供了一种保暖性好、吸湿排汗、滑爽快干、弹力优秀不会变形和防起静电的具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料。

根据图1所示:一种具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料,包括经纱1101和纬纱1201,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料由经纱1101和纬纱1201交织而成,所述的经纱1101的布身穿综1、2、3、4、5、6、7和8顺穿,所述的纬纱1201布身穿综2根一组回头,采用了4组回头,第一组回头1、2、5和8,还有3、4、5和8,第二组回头2、3、4和7,还有2、5、6和7,第三组回头1、4、5和6,还有1、4、7和8,第四组回头3、6、7和8,还有1、2、3和6,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的胚重为416.41g。
所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的经纱1101由21S/1白色涤粘纱组成,所述的经纱1101用纱量为227.22g/y,所述的21S/1白色涤粘纱具有涤纶弹力良好、快干、滑爽不起皱褶、耐磨禁穿和色牢度好的特点,所述的21S/1白色涤粘纱还克服了涤纶不吸汗和起静电的缺点,然后通过经过一系列工艺流程处理后,使经纱1101具备了弹力优秀、滑爽快干、吸湿排汗、色彩明丽和耐磨禁穿这些特点。
所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的纬纱1201采用包芯纱结构,所述的包芯纱由外包层和芯纱组成,所述的外包层由21S/1白色涤粘纱,所述的芯纱由氨纶400组成,所述的纬纱1201用纱量为189.98g/y,所述的纬纱1201密度为30根/cm,所述的21S/1白色涤粘纱具有涤纶弹力良好、快干、滑爽不起皱褶、耐磨禁穿和色牢度好的特点,所述的21S/1白色涤粘纱还克服了涤纶不吸汗和起静电的缺点,所述的氨纶400弹性良好和手感柔软,有较好的耐光、耐酸、耐碱和耐磨性,通过21S/1白色涤粘纱和氨纶400包芯交织组成的纬纱1201,使所述的纬纱1201具备了弹力优秀、滑爽快干、吸湿排汗、色彩明丽和耐磨禁穿这些特点。
所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的穿综方法为内经每综1根和每4根1筘,边经为每综1根和每4根1筘。
本发明经纱1101方面采用了21S/1白色涤粘纱,使本发明面料经纱1101方面弹力优秀、滑爽快干、吸湿排汗和防起静电等,所述纬纱1201方面采用了包芯结构,外包层采用了21S/1白色涤粘纱,芯纱采用了氨纶400,使本发明纬纱1201方面弹力优秀、滑爽快干、吸湿排汗和防起静电等,然后再通过本发明的穿综方法,为用户提供了一种保暖性好、吸湿排汗、滑爽快干、弹力优秀不会变形和防起静电的具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料。

1.一种具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料,包括经纱(1101)和纬纱(1201),其特征在于,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料由经纱(1101)和纬纱(1201)交织而成,所述的经纱(1101)的布身穿综1、2、3、4、5、6、7和8顺穿,所述的纬纱(1201)布身穿综2根一组回头,采用了4组回头,第一组回头1、2、5和8,还有3、4、5和8,第二组回头2、3、4和7,还有2、5、6和7,第三组回头1、4、5和6,还有1、4、7和8,第四组回头3、6、7和8,还有1、2、3和6,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的胚重为416.41g。
2.权利要求1所述一种具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料,其特征在于,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料上机筘幅的外幅198cm,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料上机筘幅的内幅196cm。
3.权利要求1所述一种具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料,其特征在于,所述具有吸湿排汗功能的保暖面料的边经根数为72,所述的总经根数为7128。
