技术领域
本发明涉及一种外墙乳胶涂料。
背景技术
乳胶涂料又称乳胶漆,它是将合成树脂以1.1~0.5um的极细颗粒分散于水中形成乳液,并以乳液为主要成膜物质,加入适当的颜料、填料及辅助材料后,经研磨而成的。乳胶涂料是目前最受欢迎、最为流行的一种建筑涂料,是建筑涂料的发展方向之一。但现有的外墙乳胶涂料配方,耐化学腐蚀性能和保光保色性能不足,还需要进一步提高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种外墙乳胶涂料,提高耐化学腐蚀性能和保光保色性能。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种外墙乳胶涂料,其原料组成为:
丙烯酸乳液:50-60份;
水:50-65份;
钛白粉:10-15份;
催干剂:2-4份;
立德粉:50-70份;
六偏磷酸钠:4-6份;
云母粉:10-12份;
四甲基氢氧化铵甲醇溶液:5-9份;
硅藻土:1-4份;
上述份数均为质量份数。
