Abstract

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体公开了一种电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料。所述的耐火阻燃涂料包含如下重量份的原料组分:丙烯酸类乳液80~120份;聚磷酸铵10~20份;三聚氰胺10~20份;季戊四醇20~30份;表面活性剂1~3份、消泡剂1~3份。该阻燃涂料阻燃效果好,其涂在电动汽车电池包镁铝合金上受热后,能膨胀12‑50倍,并形成致密的碳层,阻绝了热量向内部传递,达到保护锂电池内部的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料。
背景技术
电动汽车用锂电池包目前采用钢材,钢材制作的锂电池包通过结构散热可以
保证电池系统通过外部火烧实验,部分会采用隔热板或者其他隔热材料来保证电池内部的温度在可控范围内。但采用钢材来作为电动汽车锂电池包,缺点是增加了整个电池包系统的重量,无法满足当今社会对低能耗的要求。
随着汽车轻量化的要求使得未来会采用镁铝合金等轻质化金属。而电动汽车用的锂电池包需要通过外部火烧测试。镁铝合金的熔点约为650℃,受到800℃以上的高温或者火焰侵袭时会剧烈燃烧,从而内部的锂电池结构受到致命破坏。因此,如何解决锂电池耐火阻燃问题是采用镁铝合金制备锂电池需要考虑的问题。
发明内容
为了解决镁铝合金材质的电动汽车锂电池包的耐火阻燃问题,本发明提供了一种电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料。
本发明所要解决的上述技术问题,通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料,其包含如下重量份的原料组分:
丙烯酸类乳液 80~120份;聚磷酸铵 10~20份;三聚氰胺 10~20份;季戊四醇 20~30份;表面活性剂 1~3份、消泡剂 1~3份。
优选地,所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料,其包含如下重量份的原料组分:
丙烯酸类乳液100~120份;聚磷酸铵 15~20份;三聚氰胺 15~20份;季戊四醇 25~30份;表面活性剂 2~3份、消泡剂 2~3份。
进一步优选地,所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料,其包含如下重量份的原料组分:
丙烯酸类乳液100份;聚磷酸铵 15份;三聚氰胺 15份;季戊四醇 25份;表面活性剂 2份、消泡剂 2份。
优选地,所述的丙烯酸类乳液选自丙烯酸乳液和/或改性丙烯酸乳液。
优选地,所述的改性丙烯酸乳液选自苯丙乳液和/或醋丙乳液。
进一步优选地,所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料,其包含如下重量份的原料组分:
丙烯酸类乳液 80~120份;聚磷酸铵 10~20份;三聚氰胺 10~20份;季戊四醇 20~30份;表面活性剂 1~3份、消泡剂 1~3份;
所述的丙烯酸类乳液是有丙烯酸乳液、苯丙乳液和醋丙乳液按重量比3:1:1组成。
更进一步优选地,所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料,其包含如下重量份的原料组分:

上述电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料的制备方法,其包含如下步骤:将丙烯酸类乳液、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、表面活性剂以及消泡剂混合均匀即得所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种全新组成的阻燃涂料,该阻燃涂料是专门针对电动汽车电池包镁铝合金而开发的。该阻燃涂料阻燃效果好,其涂在电动汽车电池包镁铝合金上受热后,能膨胀12-50倍,并能形成致密的碳层,阻绝了热量向内部传递,达到保护锂电池内部的效果;此外,本发明所述的阻燃涂料喷涂0.2mm,就可达到很好的阻燃效果,使得单位面积的增重不超过5%。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来进一步解释本发明,但实施例对本发明不做任何形式的限定。
实施例1 电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料的制备
原料重量份组成:丙烯酸乳液100份;聚磷酸铵 15份;三聚氰胺 15份;季戊四醇25份;表面活性剂 2份、消泡剂 2份;
制备方法:将丙烯酸乳液、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、表面活性剂以及消泡剂按上述比例混合均匀即得所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料。
经检测,将所述的耐火阻燃涂料喷涂0.2mm在镁铝合金上,用明火受热后能膨胀12倍,并形成致密的碳层,可以有效阻止热量传递到镁铝合金的另一侧。
实施例2 电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料的制备
原料重量份组成:苯丙乳液100份;聚磷酸铵 15份;三聚氰胺 15份;季戊四醇 25份;表面活性剂 2份、消泡剂 2份;
制备方法:将苯丙乳液、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、表面活性剂以及消泡剂按上述比例混合均匀即得所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料。
经检测,将所述的耐火阻燃涂料喷涂0.2mm在镁铝合金上,用明火受热后能膨胀18倍,并形成致密的碳层,可以有效阻止热量传递到镁铝合金的另一侧。
实施例3 电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料的制备
原料重量份组成:醋丙乳液100份;聚磷酸铵 15份;三聚氰胺 15份;季戊四醇 25份;表面活性剂 2份、消泡剂 2份;
制备方法:将醋丙乳液、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、表面活性剂以及消泡剂按上述比例混合均匀即得所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料。
经检测,将所述的耐火阻燃涂料喷涂0.2mm在镁铝合金上,用明火受热后能膨胀17倍,并形成致密的碳层,可以有效阻止热量传递到镁铝合金的另一侧。
实施例4 电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料的制备
原料重量份组成:丙烯酸类乳液100份;聚磷酸铵 15份;三聚氰胺 15份;季戊四醇25份;表面活性剂 2份、消泡剂 2份;
所述的丙烯酸类乳液是有丙烯酸乳液、苯丙乳液和醋丙乳液按重量比3:1:1组成。
制备方法:丙烯酸类乳液、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、表面活性剂以及消泡剂按上述比例混合均匀即得所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料。

原料重量份组成:丙烯酸类乳液120份;聚磷酸铵 20份;三聚氰胺 10份;季戊四醇30份;表面活性剂 3份、消泡剂 3份;
所述的丙烯酸类乳液是有丙烯酸乳液、苯丙乳液和醋丙乳液按重量比3:1:1组成。
制备方法:丙烯酸类乳液、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、表面活性剂以及消泡剂按上述比例混合均匀即得所述的电动汽车电池包镁铝合金用耐火阻燃涂料。
经检测,将所述的耐火阻燃涂料喷涂0.2mm在镁铝合金上,用明火受热后能膨胀44倍,并形成致密的碳层,可以有效阻止热量传递到镁铝合金的另一侧。

丙烯酸类乳液80~120份;聚磷酸铵10~20份;三聚氰胺10~20份;季戊四醇20~30份;表面活性剂1~3份、消泡剂1~3份;
所述的丙烯酸类乳液是由 丙烯酸乳液、苯丙乳液和醋丙乳液按重量比3:1:1组成。
