Abstract
The invention provides a novel track structure, which comprises a straight track and a curved track, wherein each track comprises a guide rail upper part, a guide rail middle part and a guide rail lower part; the upper part of the guide rail is provided with a square groove, the middle part of the guide rail is provided with a through hole, and the lower part of the guide rail is provided with a groove; a first groove strip is fixed in the square groove and is fixed on the ceiling through a track hoisting bracket; the same second groove strip is arranged in the through hole of the adjacent guide rail, the lower bottom surface of the lower part of the guide rail is provided with a stop block extending towards the center direction of the groove, and a cavity for installing the chain is formed between the stop block and the bottom surface of the groove.

Technical Field

Background
In the prior art, technical requirements and installation stability of the rail are ensured in the rail production and installation processes. For easy production and installation, the rail must be changed in its overall structure. The conventional track is generally a whole section of straight strip, each section of track is directly connected, and the straight strip is welded with the circular arc track or connected by screws at the turning part. When in installation, the hanging bracket is directly connected with the rail. When the trolley moves in an orbit, particularly at a turning position, the trolley is easy to turn and is difficult to block. When an abnormal condition occurs in a certain section of the track, maintenance and inspection are complicated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel track structure, and the guide rail can be simply assembled.
The realization comprises a straight rail and a curved rail, wherein each rail comprises a guide rail upper part, a guide rail middle part and a guide rail lower part; the upper part of the guide rail is provided with a square groove, the middle part of the guide rail is provided with a through hole, and the lower part of the guide rail is provided with a groove; a first groove strip is fixed in the square groove and is fixed on the ceiling through a track hoisting bracket; the same second groove strip is arranged in the through hole of the adjacent guide rail, the lower bottom surface of the lower part of the guide rail is provided with a stop block extending towards the center direction of the groove, and a cavity for installing the chain is formed between the stop block and the bottom surface of the groove.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a novel track structure comprises a straight rail 1 and a curved rail 3, wherein each track comprises a guide rail upper part, a guide rail middle part and a guide rail lower part; the upper part of the guide rail is provided with a square groove A-1, the middle part of the guide rail is provided with a through hole A-2, and the lower part of the guide rail is provided with a groove; a first groove strip 8 is fixed in the square groove, and the first groove strip 8 is fixed on the ceiling through a track hoisting bracket 6; the same second groove strip is arranged in the through hole of the adjacent guide rail, a stop block extending towards the center direction of the groove is arranged on the lower bottom surface of the lower part of the guide rail, and a cavity A-3 for installing the chain 12 is formed between the stop block and the bottom surface of the groove.
The first groove strip 8 is fixedly connected in the square groove A-1 through the profile 9. Referring to fig. 4, profile 9 used in the present invention is 2060 profile with grooves at both ends. The middle part of the guide rail can be provided with an upper through hole and a lower through hole, and each through hole is internally provided with a second groove strip 10 and 11 so as to increase the strength.
The width of the middle part of the guide rail is smaller than that of the upper part and the lower part of the rail, and the rollers of the external trolley can travel on the upper bottom surface of the lower part of the rail which is wider than that of the middle part of the rail in the traveling process.
The second groove strip is fixedly connected with the guide rail through a track connecting screw 2.

The adjacent rails share the same first groove strip 8 and profile 9. The lower bottom surface of the connecting piece 5 below the rail hoisting support is fixedly connected with the first groove strip 8, the upper bottom surface of the connecting piece 5 below the rail hoisting support is provided with a groove, and the rail hoisting support 6 is arranged in the groove and is fixed on the connecting piece 5 below the rail hoisting support through the hoisting support connecting bolt 4.
