技术领域
本发明属于电动自行车配件的技术领域,具体涉及一种翻转式电动自行车光伏货架。
背景技术
现今社会,电动车作为一个代步工具广泛运用于人们的日常生活中,是大多数民众的交通工具和随身物品的运输工具。为便于骑乘者携带和存放随身物品,电动自行车通常在货架的尾部设置货架,用于放置使用者的物品或者装载重物或者载人。为了提高电动自行车的续航能力,现有技术中的部分电动自行车装备有小型太阳能发电板,日间可以利用发电板进行电量的存储,提高电动车的续航能力。为了提高发电的效率,现有技术中的光伏板通常安装于车体后部货架的位置,占用了原有货架的位置,使得电动自行车无法载人或者载货。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种翻转式电动自行车光伏货架,具有载货发电两用的优点。
所述翻转式电动自行车光伏货架通过如下的技术方案实现:
一种翻转式电动自行车光伏货架,包括货架主体、设置于货架主体前端的安装座和活动发电板;所述货架主体为框架式结构,其前端设置有前部托板,后部设置有后部托板,货架主体的两侧长边上设置有滑道;所述活动发电板包括底板和光伏板,所述光伏板安装于底板上,所述底板的一端设置有滑杆;活动发电板整体通过滑杆活动安装于滑道中,其可以相对于滑道进行前后滑动;所述底板与光伏板相反的一面设置有线路插头;所述前部托板上设置有与线路插头匹配的线路插座;所述线路插座与电动自行车电源连接。
优选的,所述货架主体的底部设置有多个固定柱。
本发明中提供的光伏货架,活动发电板通过滑杆与货架主体活动连接,活动发电板通过滑杆与滑道的配合,可以相对于货架主体进行翻转,使底板朝上或者光伏板朝上,在不需要使用光伏板发电时,使底板向上,可以利用货架和底板装载货物或者载人,而不会对朝下的光伏板造成损伤;当需要充电时,翻转活动发电板,使光伏板一面朝上,同时将线路插头与线路插座连接,即可利用阳光进行充电,从而提高电动自行车的续航能力。本发明提供的光伏货架,既可以用于载货还可以用于发电,且结构简单,成本低,适用于大规模的生产和改装。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细的说明,但是本发明的范围不受这些实施例的限制。

如图1-3所示,本实施例提供了一种翻转式电动自行车光伏货架,包括货架主体1、设置于货架主体前端的安装座11和活动发电板;所述货架主体1为框架式结构,其前端设置有前部托板13,后部设置有后部托板14,货架主体的两侧长边上设置有滑道12;所述活动发电板2包括底板21和光伏板22,所述光伏板22安装于底板21上,所述底板21的一端设置有滑杆23;活动发电板2整体通过滑杆23活动安装于滑道12中,其可以相对于滑道12进行前后滑动;所述底板2与光伏板22相反的一面设置有线路插头;所述前部托板13上设置有与线路插头匹配的线路插座15;所述线路插座15与电动自行车电源连接;所述货架主体1的底部设置有多个固定柱。
