本发明公开了一种钢网清洗装置，包括由清洗箱，所述清洗箱内设置有酒精储存室和喷杆，所述喷杆通过管路与酒精储存室连接，所述清洗箱的两侧设置有夹具来夹住钢网，所述喷杆位于钢网的上方，所述清洗箱的底部设置有通孔通向回收箱；通过使用酒精对钢网进行消毒，然后由干燥机进行干燥处理，以提高钢网的清洗效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗技术领域，尤其涉及一种应用于手机板印刷的钢网清洗装置。
背景技术
在手机生产中，手机板的印刷要求及其严格，相对应的对放置手机板的钢网要求也高，在使用前，必须要进行消毒清理，但是现有的钢网消毒清理效率较低，且清洗较为简单，容易残留多余的杂质，因此，解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种钢网清洗装置，通过使用酒精对钢网进行消毒，然后由干燥机进行干燥处理，以提高钢网的清洗效率。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种钢网清洗装置，包括由清洗箱，所述清洗箱内设置有酒精储存室和喷杆，所述喷杆通过管路与酒精储存室连接，所述清洗箱的两侧设置有夹具来夹住钢网，所述喷杆位于钢网的上方，所述清洗箱的底部设置有通孔通向回收箱。
进一步改进在于：所述喷杆的喷水处设置有散射喷嘴，酒精通过散射喷嘴喷向钢网表面。
进一步改进在于：所述清洗箱内还设置有干燥机和计时器，有所述计时器来控制干燥机的干燥时间以及喷杆的清洗时间。
进一步改进在于：所述清洗箱的底部设置有旋转座，所述夹具安装在旋转座上，由所述旋转座带动钢网旋转以进行清洗。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明通过设置有夹具固定住钢网，然后通过喷杆来对钢网进行喷酒精清洗消毒，并且旋转座可以带动钢网旋转，以提高钢网的清洗消毒效果，在通过设置有干燥机来对清洗后的钢网进行干燥，以大大提高清洗效率。

如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种钢网清洗装置，包括由清洗箱1，所述清洗箱1内设置有酒精储存室2和喷杆3，所述喷杆3通过管路4与酒精储存室2连接，所述清洗箱1的两侧设置有夹具5来夹住钢网，所述喷杆3位于钢网的上方，所述清洗箱1的底部设置有通孔6通向回收箱7。所述喷杆3的喷水处设置有散射喷嘴8，酒精通过散射喷嘴喷向钢网表面。所述清洗箱1内还设置有干燥机9和计时器10，有所述计时器来控制干燥机的干燥时间以及喷杆的清洗时间。所述清洗箱1的底部设置有旋转座11，所述夹具5安装在旋转座上11，由所述旋转座带动钢网旋转以进行清洗。
本发明通过设置有夹具2固定住钢网，然后通过喷杆3来对钢网进行喷酒精清洗消毒，并且旋转座11可以带动钢网旋转，以提高钢网的清洗消毒效果，在通过设置有干燥机9来对清洗后的钢网进行干燥，以大大提高清洗效率。

1.一种钢网清洗装置，包括由清洗箱（1），其特征在于：所述清洗箱（1）内设置有酒精储存室（2）和喷杆（3），所述喷杆（3）通过管路（4）与酒精储存室（2）连接，所述清洗箱（1）的两侧设置有夹具（5）来夹住钢网，所述喷杆（3）位于钢网的上方，所述清洗箱（1）的底部设置有通孔（6）通向回收箱（7）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种钢网清洗装置，其特征在于：所述喷杆（3）的喷水处设置有散射喷嘴（8），酒精通过散射喷嘴喷向钢网表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种钢网清洗装置，其特征在于：所述清洗箱（1）内还设置有干燥机（9）和计时器（10），有所述计时器来控制干燥机的干燥时间以及喷杆的清洗时间。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种钢网清洗装置，其特征在于：所述清洗箱（1）的底部设置有旋转座（11），所述夹具（5）安装在旋转座上（11），由所述旋转座带动钢网旋转以进行清洗。
