Background
The non-woven mask is generally composed of a hanging strip and a cloth cover, wherein the hanging strip has the main function of being hung and buckled on ears, so that the cloth cover is convenient to position; therefore, two hanging strips exist on the same mask, the connecting points of the four hanging strips and the cloth cover are formed, the traditional nailing strip equipment on the market can only connect the hanging strips and the cloth cover together, and the nailing strip is collected through a unified collecting box after being completed, but because the mask is piled in the collecting box after being discharged, when the products are stored and packaged, the products need to be manually operated, rearranged and classified, and the long time is spent; in addition, for the packaging requirement of the cloth cover, the hanging belt is required to be completely separated from the cloth cover, and when an operator separates the cloth cover from the hanging belt, the operation of arranging and storing is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a full-automatic nailing and tape storage integrated machine which is used for uniformly storing a mask after automatic nailing and tape storage, and is free from manual operation, neat in storage and time-saving and labor-saving.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the all-in-one machine comprises a feeding table, a material conveying belt, a nail belt operating table and a storage table, wherein the storage table and the feeding table are respectively arranged at two ends of the material conveying belt, the nail belt operating table is arranged in the middle of the material conveying belt, an inclined blanking section is arranged between the material conveying belt and the storage table, the material conveying belt consists of a cloth cover conveying belt and two hanging belt conveying belts, the cloth cover conveying belt is arranged between the two hanging belt conveying belts, a plurality of raised hanging belt positioning blocks are uniformly distributed on the hanging belt conveying belts, the storage table consists of an arc-shaped supporting table, limiting columns and positioning columns, the arc-shaped supporting table is arranged in the middle of the storage table, the positioning columns are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the arc-shaped supporting table, and the limiting columns are arranged between the arc-shaped supporting table and the positioning columns; the positioning column is a steel positioning column, and the nail belt operating table is provided with a magnetic hanging buckle compactor.
The magnetic hanging buckle pressing device consists of a lower pressing cylinder and a pressing groove, wherein a plurality of hanging buckles with magnetic cushion blocks are vertically distributed in the pressing groove; the magnetic hanging buckle pressing device is used for pressing the hanging buckles on the hanging belt, two sides of each passing mask are respectively pressed with two hanging buckles, when the mask falls onto the arc-shaped supporting table from the transmission belt, the hanging buckles are easily adsorbed on the positioning columns due to the matching between the hanging belt positioning blocks and the limiting columns, so that the mask is conveniently unfolded, and the mask is arranged on the arc-shaped supporting table one by one.
The magnetic hanging buckle compactor is arranged right above a hanging belt transmission belt, and a compaction point of the magnetic hanging buckle compactor is arranged on the outer side of a hanging belt positioning block; every gauze mask through nail area operation panel all needs to be in the same place suspender and cloth cover are fixed through nail area device, and simultaneously, to two string knot of pressfitting on the suspender through magnetism string knot presser, whole pressfitting in-process, the suspender is the expansion state, makes things convenient for subsequent accomodating work.
The pressure sensor and the support column are arranged below the arc-shaped support table, and the support column is a support column with adjustable height; the pressure sensor needs to be matched with the support column, and the arc supporting bench is used for accommodating a plurality of masks, so that when the surface masks are fewer, the working length of the support column is higher, and when the surface masks are more, the working length of the support column can be shortened, and the mask is convenient to transmit.
The lower part of the arc-shaped supporting table is provided with a protective baffle, and the limiting column is a plastic positioning column; through the protection baffle, prevent that equipment trouble from leading to the gauze mask to drop subaerial, and simultaneously here, the main action of spacing post is cooperateed with the suspender locating piece, guarantees the expansion state of gauze mask, consequently, it itself can not adsorb to hang and detain, conveniently hangs to detain and closely laminate with the reference column.
The invention has the advantages that: according to the invention, the automatic belt nailing machine is improved, the auxiliary hanging buckle is additionally arranged on the hanging belt of the mask while the belt is nailed, and the magnetic upright post is matched with the hanging buckle on the storage table, so that the mask after storage is ensured to be kept in a uniform unfolding state; the subsequent collection and packaging work is convenient; the working time of operators is greatly saved, the working efficiency is high, the automation degree of the device is good, and the practical effect is good.

Example 1: the full-automatic nail belt accommodating all-in-one machine shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3 comprises a feeding table 1, a material conveying belt 2, a nail belt operating table 4 and an accommodating table 5, wherein the accommodating table 5 and the feeding table 1 are respectively arranged at two ends of the material conveying belt 2, the nail belt operating table 4 is arranged in the middle of the material conveying belt 2, an inclined blanking section 3 is arranged between the material conveying belt 2 and the accommodating table 5, the material conveying belt 2 consists of a cloth cover conveying belt 15 and two hanging belt conveying belts 14, the cloth cover conveying belt 15 is arranged between the two hanging belt conveying belts 14, a plurality of raised hanging belt positioning blocks 13 are uniformly distributed on the hanging belt conveying belts 14, the accommodating table 5 consists of an arc-shaped supporting table 8, limiting columns 10 and positioning columns 9, the arc-shaped supporting table 8 is arranged in the middle of the accommodating table 5, the positioning columns 9 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the arc-shaped supporting table 8, and the limiting columns 10 are arranged between the arc-shaped supporting table 8 and the positioning columns 9; the positioning column 9 is a steel positioning column, and the nail belt operating table 4 is provided with a magnetic hanging buckle compactor 7.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the magnetic hanging buckle compactor 7 consists of a pressing cylinder 18 and a pressing groove 19, wherein a plurality of hanging buckles 13 with magnetic cushion blocks are vertically distributed in the pressing groove 19; the hanging buckle 13 is pressed on the hanging belt 17 through the magnetic hanging buckle pressing device 7, two hanging buckles 13 are pressed on two sides of each passing mask, when the mask falls onto the arc-shaped supporting table 8 from the transmission belt 3, the hanging buckles 13 are easily adsorbed on the positioning columns 9 due to the cooperation between the hanging belt positioning blocks 6 and the limiting columns 10, so that the mask can be conveniently unfolded, and the masks are arranged on the arc-shaped supporting tables 8 one by one.
Example 3: as shown in fig. 1,2 and 3, the magnetic hanging buckle compactor 7 is arranged right above the hanging belt conveying belt 14, and the compaction point of the magnetic hanging buckle compactor 7 is arranged at the outer side of the hanging belt positioning block 6; every gauze mask through nail area operation panel 4 all needs to be in the same place suspender 17 and cloth cover 16 are fixed through nail area device, and simultaneously, to the last pressfitting of suspender 17 through magnetism string knot presser 7 two string knot 13, whole pressfitting in-process, suspender 17 is the expansion state, makes things convenient for subsequent accomodating work.
