Casein, lactalbumin and soybean protein all belong to high-quality protein and have wide sources.
The whey protein is protein dissolved and dispersed in whey, comprises α -whey protein, α -lactalbumin, lactoferrin, β -lactoglobulin and the like, has high nutritional value, is easy to digest and absorb, contains various active ingredients, and is helpful for regulating sleep, appetite and emotion, and is called king of protein.
The concentrated whey protein can be obtained by the operations of clarifying, ultrafiltering, drying and the like of whey, and the separated whey protein is high-purity whey protein obtained by further process treatment on the basis of the concentrated whey protein, and the purity can reach more than 90%.
The soybean protein contains nearly 20 kinds of amino acids and contains essential amino acids for human body. Optionally, the fat comprises at least one of microencapsulated medium chain fatty acid glyceride, microencapsulated olive oil, microencapsulated soybean oil, and microencapsulated fish oil. The microencapsulated fatty oil is in the form of dry, uniform and loose powder, and can be quickly dissolved into uniform emulsion without layering after being mixed with hot water. The fat oil can be prevented from being insoluble in water after microencapsulation treatment.
Medium chain fatty acid glycerides (MCT) can be produced by esterification of glycerol with fatty acids containing carbon chains of 6 to 12 carbon atoms. Typical MCTs may be saturated caprylic triglyceride or saturated capric triglyceride or saturated caprylic-capric mixed triglyceride. MCT can be a nutritional raw material and an energy source, the small intestine has higher absorption capacity than the long-chain fatty glyceride, and therefore the MCT has the advantages of fast digestion and absorption and easy energy release, can quickly supply energy to patients, and the MCT with equal quality provides twice as much energy as glucose. According to the embodiment of the invention, under the condition of meeting the fat supply of a patient, the MCT content is increased, the fat is favorably digested and absorbed by a tumor patient, and the liver burden is reduced. And because the tumor cells can not utilize fat for energy supply, the nutrition to the tumor cells can be reduced.
Olive oil is the most suitable oil for human nutrition among oils found so far. Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fatty acids include omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oil is a general term for all oily substances in fish bodies, and the main components of the fish oil are omega-3 fatty acids including DHA and EPA. Omega-3 fatty acid can inhibit cell proliferation and metastasis, inhibit intracellular signal transduction pathway, induce differentiation and apoptosis, improve constitution of tumor patients, increase survival rate of patients, and reduce tumor incidence.
The examples of the invention use a variety of oils and fats, saturated fatty acids in the product: monounsaturated fatty acids: polyunsaturated fatty acids ═ 1: 1: 1, is beneficial to the nutrition balance of human body. The energy supply percentage of omega-3 fatty acid in the tumor total nutrient formula food can be 1-6%.
Optionally, the nucleotide comprises at least one of cytidine 5 ' -monophosphate, uridine 5 ' -monophosphate, adenosine 5 ' -monophosphate, disodium 5 ' -inosinate, disodium 5 ' -guanylate, disodium 5 ' -uridylate, and disodium 5 ' -cytidylate. The content of nucleotide in total substances of the tumor total nutrient formula food is less than 0.7g/100 kJ. That is, the total nutrient formula for tumor should have a nucleotide mass of less than 0.7g per 100kJ of energy.
The complex minerals may include one or more of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, iodine, chromium and molybdenum. The minerals in the composite mineral may be organic or inorganic compounds of the mineral.

Optionally, the content of glutamine in total substances of the tumor total nutrient formula food is 0.04g/100kJ-0.53g/100 kJ. Optionally, the content of leucine in the total substances of the tumor total nutrient formula food is higher than 0.03g/100 kJ. That is to say, in the total nutrient formula food for the tumor, the mass of arginine is higher than 0.12g, the mass of glutamic acid can be 0.04g-0.53g, and the mass of leucine is higher than 0.03g in every substance mass corresponding to 100kJ of energy provided by the formula food.
Glutamine is an essential amino acid for human body, and is the free amino acid with the highest content in human body. Under severe stress conditions such as trauma and operation, the required amount of glutamine by the organism is far greater than the production amount of endogenous glutamine, and the effect of improving the organism immunity of tumor patients and reducing the infection risk can be achieved by supplementing glutamine. Leucine and its metabolite can reduce decomposition of muscle protein and liver protein, promote protein synthesis, reduce excessive consumption of protein, and correct negative nitrogen balance. Arginine is a semi-essential or conditionally essential amino acid in mammals, and arginine supplementation can play a role in enhancing the immune function of patients and reducing the incidence of postoperative infection.

Experimental example 1 study of tumor total nutrient formula food on SPF mouse animal test
Purpose of the experiment: effect of tumor total nutrient formula on body weight, tumor mass weight, spleen index and thymus index of pathogen free (SPF) mice.
Test materials: the tumor total nutrient formula food of example 1, the tumor total nutrient formula food of comparative example 1 without the traditional Chinese medicine extract, and the conventional feed of comparative example 2.
Test animals: SPF mice, weighing 18-22g, half male and half female.
The test environmental conditions are as follows: the temperature is 22-23 ℃, and the humidity is 52-58%.
The test method comprises the following steps: extracting S180 tumor liquid and normal saline under the aseptic condition according to the ratio of 1: 3, diluting to obtain a tumor liquid diluent; injecting 0.2ml tumor diluent under the right axilla of mice under aseptic condition, weighing the mice 24 hours later, and randomly dividing into 3 groups, namely a tumor-bearing control group, an experimental group and a Chinese medicine-removed control group, wherein each group contains 12 animals. Wherein the tumor-bearing control group is fed with the conventional feed in the comparative example 2, the experimental group is fed with the tumor total nutrient formula prepared in the example 1, and the Chinese medicinal herb-removed control group is fed with the tumor total nutrient formula without the Chinese medicinal herb extract in the comparative example 1.
Another 12 normal SPF mice of appropriate weight, half each of the males and females, were inoculated with an equal amount of physiological saline as a sham-inoculated group, and fed with the conventional feed of comparative example 2 daily, as a normal control group.
Feeding on the same day, freely drinking water, keeping the laboratory temperature at 22-23 deg.C and relative humidity at 52-58%, keeping good illumination and ventilation conditions, recording the activity of mouse at fixed time every day, and continuously feeding for 14 days. The following day after the last administration, mice were sacrificed, the body weights of the mice were accurately weighed using an electronic balance, subcutaneous tumor masses, spleens, and thymus were peeled off and weighed, and spleen and thymus indices were calculated. Experimental results t-test between groups was performed. Spleen index is spleen mass (mg)/body weight (g), and thymus index is thymus mass (mg)/body weight (g).
And (3) test results:
1) influence of tumor total nutrient formula food on body weight and tumor mass of SPF (specific pathogen free) mice
Referring to Table 1, it can be seen that the difference in body weight was not statistically significant (P > 0.05) before mice were placed in each group. After 14 days, the body weight of each group of mice was significantly increased (P < 0.05) compared to before the start of feeding. After the experiment is finished, compared with a normal control group, the mouse of the tumor-bearing control group, the experiment group and the Chinese medicine-removed control group has low weight growth speed, has no statistical significance (P is more than 0.05) in change, and may influence the growth and development of the mouse by the tumor-bearing state, the medicine and injection stimulation. Compared with the tumor-bearing control group and the Chinese medicine-removed control group, the weight of the mice in the experimental group is increased rapidly, and the change has statistical significance (P is less than 0.05). The average tumor weight of the experimental group is lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine-removed control group and the tumor-loaded control group, but the difference is not statistically significant (P is more than 0.05). The tumor total nutrient formula food provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively inhibit the growth of tumors, provide more comprehensive nutrient substances for mice and reduce the phenomenon that the weight of the mice is reduced due to the influence of the tumors.

2) Influence of tumor total nutrient formula food on spleen index and thymus index of SPF (specific pathogen free) mice
The thymus is a central immune organ of an immune system, can maintain the normal immune balance of an organism, is a main endocrine gland for regulating and controlling the immune system, has the functions of establishing self tolerance, immune regulation, barrier antigen and the like, is a place for lymphocyte differentiation, development and maturation, is also involved in regulating peripheral mature cells, and avoids the occurrence of diseases such as autoimmune diseases, inflammation, tissue hyperplasia, thymoma and the like. The spleen is the largest peripheral immune organ in vivo, plays an important role in body immunity, particularly in the aspect of anti-tumor immunity, is rich in a large number of immune cells and immune factors which participate in tumor immunity, such as lymphocytes, macrophages, cells, opsonin, complement and the like, and can be used as one of immune function indexes. Thymus index and spleen index are important parameters that directly reflect the immune status of the body. Participate in immune reaction through different mechanisms to play the immune function.

Referring to Table 2, spleen index was significantly decreased (P < 0.05) in the tumor-bearing control group mice compared to the normal control group; compared with a tumor-bearing control group and a Chinese medicine-removed control group, the spleen index of the experimental group is increased, wherein the difference of the spleen index increase of the experimental group has statistical significance (P is less than 0.05).
Compared with a normal control group, the thymus index of the tumor-bearing control group mice is obviously reduced (P is less than 0.05); compared with a tumor-bearing control group and a Chinese medicine-removed control group, the thymus index of the experimental group is increased, wherein the difference of the increase of the thymus index of the experimental group has statistical significance (P is less than 0.05).
The experimental result shows that the tumor specific total nutrient formula food provided by the embodiment of the invention can obviously improve the thymus index and the spleen index of a mouse, can effectively improve the immunocompetence of the mouse, improves the immune condition of an organism and enhances the anti-infection ability. Can be used for improving the disease resistance of tumor patients and improving the survival quality of tumor patients.
Experimental example 2 determination of phagocytic neutral red function of macrophage in abdominal cavity of SPF mouse by tumor total nutrient formula food
Purpose of the experiment: the effect of the tumor total nutrient formula food on the phagocytic function of neutral red by macrophages in the abdominal cavity of an SPF mouse.
Test materials: the tumor total nutrient formula food of example 1, the tumor total nutrient formula food of comparative example 1 without the traditional Chinese medicine extract, and the conventional feed of comparative example 2.
Test animals: SPF mice, weighing 18-22g, half male and half female.
The test environmental conditions are as follows: the temperature is 22-23 ℃, and the humidity is 52-58%.
The test method comprises the following steps: the pretreatment method was the same as in experimental example 1, except that in experimental example 1: on the 14 th day of administration of each group of mice, 6% sterile starch broth was injected into the abdominal cavity of each mouse, after 1 hour, the mice were sacrificed by collecting blood from orbital venous plexus, then immersed in ethanol in an ultra-clean bench for 3min, lying on the back, and then 2ml 1640 culture solution was injected into the abdominal cavity, the abdominal part was gently kneaded for 3min, the abdominal cavity was opened, abdominal cavity solution was collected and centrifuged and washed, 1ml of complete 1640 culture solution was aspirated to resuspend the cells, the cell concentration was adjusted, 0.1ml of cell suspension was added to the culture plate for culture, incubated in a 37 ℃, 5% CO2 incubator for 2h, the culture solution was removed, 0.1ml of neutral red solution was added to each well, the culture was continued for 3h, the cells were washed with serum-free 1640 culture solution 3 times, cell lysate was added to each well, the lysate was left in a refrigerator at 4 ℃ overnight, and the absorbance (OD) value was measured with a microplate reader at 570 nm. Experimental results t-test between groups was performed.
Macrophages can modulate both nonspecific and specific immune responses and are important target cells for immunologically active polysaccharides. The experimental group formula contains components such as polysaccharide and tea polyphenol, and the polysaccharide can directly activate macrophages and enhance the phagocytic activity of the macrophages, so that the immunity is improved. Macrophages are the most important phagocytic cells in the immune system, and the strength of phagocytic activity is an important index reflecting the function of the macrophages. The result shows that the absorbance values of the experimental group are obviously superior to those of the control group and the Chinese medicine-removed control group, the phagocytic activity of macrophages is enhanced, and the experimental group is added with ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, astragalus polysaccharide and other substances, so that the immunity of patients can be enhanced to a certain extent, and the disease resistance of the experimental group is improved.

Referring to Table 3, the absorbance values of the tumor-bearing control group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05) compared to the normal control group; compared with the tumor-bearing control group, the experimental group can obviously improve the phagocytic neutral red function of macrophages in the abdominal cavity of the mouse (P is less than 0.05). The absorbance value of the control group without traditional Chinese medicine is higher than that of the control group with tumor, but has no statistical significance. Experimental results show that the tumor total nutrient formula food provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively improve the immune function of mice. Can be used for improving the disease resistance of tumor patients and improving the survival quality of tumor patients.
Experimental example 3 research on SD rat animal test by tumor total nutrient formula food
Purpose of the experiment: the influence of the tumor total nutrient formula food on the conventional blood and serum biochemical indexes of SD rats.
Test materials: the tumor total nutrient formula food of example 1, the tumor total nutrient formula food of comparative example 1 without the traditional Chinese medicine extract, and the conventional feed of comparative example 2.
Test animals: SD rats, 48, weighing 18-22g, male and female halves.
The test environmental conditions are as follows: the temperature is 22-23 ℃, and the humidity is 52-58%.
The test method comprises the following steps: SD rats are adaptively fed for 3 days and then weighed, and are randomly divided into 3 groups according to the sex weights, namely a normal control group, an experimental group and a Chinese medicine-removed control group, wherein each group comprises 16 animals and half of animals. Wherein the normal control group is fed with the conventional feed of comparative example 2, the experimental group is fed with the tumor total nutrient formula prepared in example 1, and the Chinese medicinal herb-removed control group is fed with the tumor total nutrient formula without the Chinese medicinal herb extract of comparative example 1. Animals were weighed for 2 weeks on a weekly basis at fixed times. At the end of the experiment, the animals were anesthetized, 2 blood portions were taken from the abdominal aorta, one portion was used for routine examination of blood, the other portion was centrifuged, and serum was taken for examination of biochemical indices.

Referring to table 4, compared to the normal control group, the body weight of the experimental group and the rats fed with the traditional Chinese medicine-removed control group was reduced after 2 weeks, but there was no statistical difference, probably due to the influence of the animal on the adaptation process such as the taste of new food.

1. A full-nutrition formula food for tumors comprises the following substances in parts by weight:
47-126 parts of nutrient medium, 0.13-0.71 part of nutrient supplement, 2.5-7.5 parts of compound mineral, 0.1-1.0 part of compound vitamin and 8.25-17 parts of Chinese medicinal extract;
the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises at least one of the following substances in parts by weight: 0.25-0.75 part of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, 0.75-1.25 parts of astragalus polysaccharide, 0.25-0.75 part of tea polyphenol, 3.75-7.5 parts of dandelion extract, 0.25-0.75 part of silybum marianum extract and 3-6 parts of wild buckwheat rhizome extract.
2. The tumor total nutrient formula food according to claim 1, wherein the nutrient medium comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 15-45 parts of carbohydrate, 3-8 parts of dietary fiber, 14-28 parts of protein and 15-45 parts of fat.
3. The tumor nutritionally complete formula according to claim 2, wherein the carbohydrate provides 27% of the energy provided by the tumor nutritionally complete formula, the protein provides 18% of the energy provided by the tumor nutritionally complete formula and the fat provides 54% of the energy provided by the tumor nutritionally complete formula.
4. The tumor total nutrient formula food according to claim 2,
the carbohydrate comprises at least one of maltodextrin, xylitol and maltose;
the dietary fiber comprises at least one of fructo-oligosaccharide, resistant starch and oat fiber;
the protein comprises at least one of casein, isolated whey protein, soy protein isolate and soy peptide.
5. The tumor nutritionally complete formula according to claim 2, wherein the protein is present in an amount higher than 0.80g/100kJ of the total material of the tumor nutritionally complete formula.
6. The tumor nutritionally complete formula according to claim 2, wherein the fat comprises at least one of microencapsulated medium chain fatty acid glycerides, microencapsulated olive oil, microencapsulated soybean oil and microencapsulated fish oil.
7. The tumor nutritionally complete formula according to claim 2, wherein said fat contains omega-3 fatty acids, said omega-3 fatty acids comprising between 1% and 6% of the energy supply of said tumor nutritionally complete formula.
8. The tumor total nutrient formula food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nutrient supplement comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 0.1-0.6 part of choline, 0.02-0.06 part of taurine and 0.01-0.05 part of nucleotide.
9. The tumor nutritionally complete formula according to claim 8, wherein the nucleotides comprise at least one of cytidine 5 ' -monophosphate, uridine 5 ' -monophosphate, adenosine 5 ' -monophosphate, disodium 5 ' -inosinate, disodium 5 ' -guanylate, disodium 5 ' -uridylate and disodium 5 ' -cytidylate.
10. The tumor nutritionally complete formula according to claim 8, wherein the nucleotide content in the total material of the tumor nutritionally complete formula is less than 0.7g/100 kJ.
11. The tumor total nutrient formula food according to claim 1, wherein the compound minerals comprise the following minerals in parts by weight: 0.10-0.5 part of calcium, 0.05-0.4 part of phosphorus, 0.1-1.0 part of potassium, 0.2-0.6 part of sodium, 0.04-0.12 part of magnesium, 0.002-0.006 part of iron, 0.0015-0.005 part of zinc and 1 x 10 parts of magnesium-5-5×10-5Selenium, 1X 10-4-5×10-4Copper, 5X 10-4-1.2×10-3Manganese, 2X 10-5-7×10-5Iodine, 1X 10-5-5×10-5Chromium and 2X 10-5-5×10-5At least one of molybdenum.

The tumor total nutrient formula food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vitamin complex comprises the following vitamins in parts by weight: 2X 10-4-8×10-4Vitamin A, 4X 10-6-1×10-5Vitamin D3、5×10-3-1.5×10-2Vitamin E, 2.5X 10-5-1×10-4Vitamin K, 0.05-0.15 part of vitamin C and 5 multiplied by 10-4-1.5×10-3Vitamin B1、5×10-4-1.5×10-3Vitamin B2、5×10-4-1.5×10-3Vitamin B6、0-2×10-6Vitamin B12、1.2×10-3-3.0×10-3Nicotinic acid, 1X 10-4-5×10-4Folic acid, 1.5X 10-3-5.0×10-3Pantothenic acid and 1X 10-5-4×10-5At least one of biotin.
13. The tumor total nutrient formula food according to claim 1, further comprising at least one of arginine, leucine, and glutamine.
14. The tumor nutritionally complete formula according to claim 13, wherein the arginine is present in an amount higher than 0.12g/100kJ of the total material of the tumor nutritionally complete formula; the content of the glutamine in the total substances of the tumor total nutrient formula food is 0.04g/100kJ-0.53g/100 kJ; the content of the leucine in the total substances of the tumor total nutrient formula food is higher than 0.03g/100 kJ.
